    I have enjoyed this home for over four years. The maintenance guys have come out every-time I’ve had an issue. I am also grateful for management who actually reaches out. My neighbors have been great and there is community support. We’ve had some plumbing issues but that was on the city to fix the issues we had. Other that I love my home. Thanks.

    The manager is nice and she works with us as much as she can. The apts do need some updates but they are working on them. They are affordable for people on fixed incomes. I like my apt but it was really hard when we had the gas leak and got ask to leave for a few days. Since last week they have been working hard to get everything fixed and safe.

    One of the best living situations I have been in! They made moving in very easy. Anytime I have an issue or a question they are on top of fixing my issues. They can be a little hard to get a hold of, but after a couple of quick calls, they are very attentive.

    Rent-LBK has been so amazing to work with. They are so reliable and very quick with responses, both for work orders and just any concerns we may have!     Mike the owner gave us a good deal to get two connecting spots and we absolutely love it here. We were allowed to remodel as we wanted . We are going on 3 years being here. Making payments and submitting maintenance orders are very convenient with online services. We definitely highly recommend!!

    I’ve been living here over two years And have never had any problems with neighbors or the office. It’s very peaceful over here. All staff is kind and if I ever have any maintenance issues, they resolve them quickly. I hope to continue staying here for many years in the future.

    We have been with Rent-LBK for almost two years, and have chosen to stay with them for at least another year. The office staff, as well as the maintenance crew are all very courteous and professional. Each time we have had to enter a work order, it is completed in a timely fashion. The property manager is always available to speak with me over the phone, and is always helpful in answering my questions. We recommend Rent-LBK to anyone in need of housing!

    RentLbk got off to a poor start but I have been renting from them for about seven months now and they have been responsive and helpful when I’ve needed them. A couple of things I have appreciated that they did, were refunding me (through rent) the cost of mailbox keys and providing me with air filters for my home. Small things like this make a big difference.

    I have lived here at Farrar West Apartments for years. It is a quiet and safe place to live. Management is great and the maintenance team work hard to get things done as soon as able. Pet friendly and great location in Lubbock.

    Being a resident here at Farrar West has been a true blessing! Everyone is always friendly, maintenance is always swift and prompt to tackle any work order issues. The attention to cleanliness and trash issues is always appreciated and I love showing everyone where I now live unlike previous residences.     We do not have Rent-LBK anymore as landlords and I sorely miss them. With them I felt I had a partner in my living situation and my voice was heard, everytime. During a heat spell, hey, Texas, our living room fan switch failed. After requesting we had a new fan the next day. It was not a cheap piece of crap, it was a few steps over what I might have paid in my old house! If you rent from Rent-LBK, be assured they care about both you and the property.

    I have had nothing but a great experience with BOLDT Real Estate. I started in the summer looking for places but my lease wasn’t up until August. I knew what I wanted and I knew what area I wanted to be in, I met with an agent a couple of times which was very helpful and attentive to what I wanted. When I got closer to my lease coming up I reached out via text to the agent and he was able to answer all my questions quickly. I was able to get my application & fee in and was approved rather quickly. Maintenance is quick with service and easy to talk to. Front office very friendly, I am overall just very satisfied with my choice.

    Unfortunately, most of my maintenance issues have occurred Friday evening. The last time was a plumbing issue that kept both toilets clogged and we weren’t able to get a plumber until Sunday. Not convenient but understandable given the availability of weekend plumbers.Usually any maintenance issues are dealt with in a timely manner

    I’ve been with LBK rentals for a year and a half now and they show nothing but kindness and respect. They help you out in times of need by giving you tons of information and guidance while in your rental and they do it all with no judgment.
