Five Stars Is Not Enough. Over 10 year relationship says it all! What started as a quick rental find for a couple of years went to a home purchase for more than a few years. Bobby didn’t just make that sale and disappear. During those “more than a few years”, there were more than a dozen times that I would call Bobby and say, “who do you recommend for this”. He always had the best contractors and someone to meet my need at the time, from a roof to outdoor spaces and from carpet to kitchen cabinet glazing and everything in between. All of these service people spoke very highly of Bobby and were eager to do a great job for him. Fast forward to just a month or so ago, my family grew and we were busting out of our home, so without hesitation, we called Bobby. He came right over and put calm in a very stressful situation. Bobby had all his ducks in a row even if we didn’t! This was a team effort with Bobby being the Team leader. He gave us our homework of things to do to put our home’s best foot forward. Bobby shared with us everything he would be doing and the timeframe in which everything would be done. This timing was after the surge that most experienced so the sale didn’t come easy. That just made Bobby work that much harder, which he did and everything was done with complete confidence, calming demeanor and a smile to boot. It’s easy to be confident when you know the market and you stay in communication with your seller. Bobby gets an A+ on communication and his follow up is outstanding. All of the traits I have listed add up to Professionalism, pure and simple! Bobby has earned our business for life, let him earn yours! Bobby Fletcher is our “go to” Realtor for all our Real Estate needs!
