Susan French is a great property manager. Want to also say maintenance guys are awesome as well. Work orders are handled fast, these guys are great. I have lived here for almost three years and I love it here. Nice clean property and homes with great neighbors. Super friendly and has gone out of her way to to get me air filters even brought them to my house for me!!! Best maintenance crew ever, these guys are friendly and handle work orders fast. Highly recommend Bluebonnet. Love it here!

Let me first say, the managment of this company is outstanding, they went above and beyond to get me and my family a great place in there community. The maintenance guy is such a great guy, and knows what he is doing, very helpful. I have lived here for 4 years and I have some good and bad things to say.The first several years here were horrible!! The management didn’t care about taking care of issues and I was at the point of losing my mind trying to get issues taken care of. Recently we have had a change in management with a lady named Barbera. Since she came to this community it has been full 180. She is on top of issues and is a kind and fair property manager that actually cares about the tenants and the community. Since she has been here we have had zero issues that were not addressed immediately. This is. Trialer community but it is maintained well. The neighbors are all polite, quiet and respectful. There are tons of kids in the neighborhood for families. Few things they are picky about, keep your grass cut, maintain curb appeal like no broken blinds in windows, clear yard with no trash or piles of junk. Which helps maintain the community with some standards and makes it look nice.The only thing I hate about this place is the towing enforcement goes overboard. There is a tow company that circles this place like a vulture. Day and night looking for any reason to tow a car. We are able to adopt lots that do not have trailers on it to use for the extra parking. They give you a sign to put in the yard for this parking. The sign breaks and blows over constantly and the second it falls over the tow truck swings in and takes your car. So families that have more than 2 cars it makes it hard to have parking without getting towed. Cars are not allowed to park on street.Other than that it’s been a great place to live thanks to Barbera and her dedication to the community! Thanks again for making this a good place to live again.!!

Susan is extremely sweet and helpful. She helped me and my partner along with my in law brother get a place quickly with no issues and has been nothing but helpful to us. I definitely recommend coming here if you are looking for a home. Any issues here get resolved quickly and the area is quiet with friendly neighbors.

You get what you pay for, but not a horrible place to live. Susan French is a great property manager and is really good about hearing your problems and concerns and getting things fixed in a timely manner. But get your own mower so you dont have to pay $50 for that little yard to be cut.

Since Tina took over as the property management I have noticed a significant change in the quality of living here. All my requests are taken care of promptly and done correctly. I am very pleased with management team and looking forward to continuing to being a resident here. The pool is always clean and very nice. They do a good job at keeping unwanted guests in the area and make it a peaceful enjoyable environment for the family.

We moved in about 6 months ago and I love living here, the manager is extremely friendly and helpful with anything my family needs. Their strict on keeping up with the lawns and with our personal yards and I love that because it keeps the park looking so nice and welcoming. My kids love playing at the community park and they have a huge grass area they love to play football and whatnot in as well.I would recommend anyone to come stay, we got a brand new trailer and we really are just loving it!

Since Tina has come to manage this property, she has been so prompt on getting work orders done. She is kind and thoughtful. She has done such wonderful things for the kids in our community. She threw a party for the 4th of July and the families all cakeTogether and she was outside talking and meeting families. We finally feel likeSomeone cares. And getting jobs done.We are thankful for her and all her ideas to make us feel special.

My wife, kids, and I have been here for 10+ years, and I will say this place has had its ups and downs, but what neighborhoods do you know that dont? Compared to past management and maintenance crew(which havent always been great) we now have a crew that is helpful and diligent in their efforts. Mrs. Vicki has always been awesome and helpful, and she has dealt with a lot of drama and problems, but she has always been here and fair in her efforts. Now, Mrs. Tina (who Vicki recently hired) is the manager and she is a perfect fit. Very friendly, and will help you the best she can. Together, they have started to turn this neighborhood around and make it better. Any where you go, you will have to deal with crime, crazy neighbors from time to time, and other issues. That being said, the management we have now are here to help keep those situations under control as much as possible. Its not the Ritz, but its clean, safe, and well managed.

I have lived here for just over two years and the new management is doing a great job, the place is kept up well and the rent is fair priced. I would definitely say its one of temples best trailer parks by far. Its also very quiet and safe for children and the elderly and its close to all your shopping needs.

She was kind, knowledgeable, she was honest, she made me feel important and cared about my family: I would hope everyone would be the same way. I’m excited to live here and I am so thankful to Tina for taking the time when I knew she was super busy. This company is very lucky to have her.

The new manger is very kind and she is getting all together like it should be and the new manager drives around the park and check out the houses and MAKE SURE THE LAWNS ARE DONE !!! That right there is a blessing in it self !!!! Cause other manger alot times didnt come around and look at the the park and check out their yards !!!! I hope and pray that they will keep this manger for a long while ... I have been here many many years and the park is starting to look like it suppose too.Since the new manger has come in and Im veryyyyy thankful we have someone that really cares about the tenants and the way the parks looks now !!!

Lets get this out there. This is a mobile home park. The maintanance Isnt %100 but theres someone there. The cost of living is considerably low and they are flexible with payments and such. It doesnt feel like a trailor park it feels like a community and thats why Im getting another place in it when I move in a month. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for their first place or are on a shorter budget.
