Excellent Texas Property Mgt company!A friend of mine refered this company to me.Blue House Property Management was able to manage four properties at a reasonable price with high quality service to both myself and my renters.COMMUNICATION was phenomenal with Bluehouse,Thanks to bluehouse I now have more time to pursue other interersts.

James is the Manager of Blue HouseHe was so efficient when we had to find temporary housing due to a fire of our home. He worked well with our insurance and ensured we were well taken care of. If there was an issue at the rental he was right there when we called or texted. James is very personable and professional. I recommend Blue House company to anyone that is looking for housing needs.

James, the property manager, goes above and beyond. He was also very understanding with my moving situation and was very helpful. That aside, the repairs take a long time and get into contact with him kinda of a hit and miss.

Blue house deserves 10 stars!!!They supported me in my property tax protest. I lost my registration over 4 years and I was feeling hopeless. Blue House did the protest and I received a great refund amount. Blue house services are outstanding. I fully recommend them.

We were wanting to rent our house but did not feel we had the experience to do so. We also were not going to be in the vicinity during the rental period, in case something had to be fixed or looked at.We looked for a number of agencies and was recommended Blue House Management from a friend.The service they provided was excellent, they had clients that were vetted and could be trusted. We rented for a month and the folks liked it so much they renewed for another monh. We had some small issues with our house but Blue House took care of all the small issues fast and efficiently.I would highly recommend Blue House to anyone that asks. They took care of our house and the clients were happy as well.

My Carrier AC went down. We were quoted between $3,000 and $4,000 from Home Depot and a few other places including replacing the whole unit for 12,000. We were recommended from a friend at church. Blue House was able to diagnose and fix it same day for 1,800. Affordability definitely made our stressful situation much better. I will recommend their services to everybody.

I worked with James to place a family in temporary housing through their homeowners insurance and not only was he amazingly professional, he was prompt, flexible to the families needs and genuinely caring. I work with lots of families in Texas that need placement and I most certainly will reach out to James again for future placements.
