We rented a house through Blessed Properties for 3 years. Whenever an issue arose in our home, we simply submitted a ticket, and without fail, it was addressed within a day or two. This kind of responsiveness was truly exceptional and made our lives so much easier.The team at Blessed Properties conducted walk-throughs efficiently and with great attention to detail. They were always respectful of our belongings and our time. Their kindness and consideration throughout our tenancy did not go unnoticed.After some time my husband and I decided it was time to try to purchase our first home for our family again. My family and I rented a home from Blessed Properties for three years and the service we received was top notch. Whenever we submitted a work order it was addressed in a timely matter. Most of the time it was handled within 24 hours. They always communicated well in advance to schedule the periodic home inspections. Ive been a home owner before and always treat things like my own so there were never any issues with inspections. They make the application and lease signing process easy and informative. Our experience with them was great! This has been the best property management company weve worked with.

After renting my house out through Blessed Properties for five years, my wife and I decided it was time to sell. Let me start by saying that Patrick and his team at Blessed Properties are the definition of professionalism. They were quick to resolve any issues with the house while it was under their care. Not once in the entire five years that they managed the rental did it ever go longer than a week without a tenant.Patrick and his staff at Blessed Properties did everything possible to help me sell the house as fast and easily as possible. This was especially important to me because the house is located in Texas, and I live in Colorado. The service provided by Blessed Properties helped ease the stresses that comes with selling a house.When it came time to sell the house, Patrick worked around the clock to keep me informed during the entire process. He listed my house at its highest value and it closed at exactly that. The best part of it all, is that it took only nine days after listing the house for Patrick to find a buyer. Overall, it took just over a month from its listing for us to close.I would like to thank Patrick for his support, and I highly recommend his services to anyone who is considering selling their house in the Fort Hood area.

Patrick and Tosha managed my property for 4 blissful years. I was a first time landlord and still fresh to navigating all the maintenance and issues that commonly arise for properties being rented out. However, Blessed Properties did an amazing job to help me as a landlord get the most out of every dollar being spent for these issues, they even helped me to pay mortgage on time by holding off on repair fees, I couldnt have found a better property management company in a million years! I highly recommend Patrick and Tosha to anybody needing a property management company for their home, they will treat your home like its their own personal home. The home buying process was VERY easy for me! I almost feel like it was too easy! I was new to the area (getting ready to move from another state) so I really needed someone I could trust with the best area to live, school systems and getting to work. I was shown a few homes based on my wants/needs I narrowed it down and let Patrick do the rest. I purchased my home with Patrick in 2011, lived in it for several years then decided to leave the state for my family and a new career. I was able to trust Patrick as my Realtor and then again as my property manager. I could reach out to him or the team and get a speedy response. I felt so comfortable with Blessed Properties I didn’t check on my house in person for 6 years. They kept renters in my home and getting the rent money was never an issue. After a little over 10 years I decided to sale my house this year (2022). I used Patrick to help with that process as well and got above my asking price. It was a smooth transition. The whole process was less than 30 days which I know isn’t normal but Patrick knows what he is doing!! I know several ppl who have purchased and sold their home who would say I Just got lucky but Patrick and his wife have been doing this for years!Patrick helped me to make the right moves, the first time around. He negotiated and gave honest and fair expectations which were exceeded due to his amazing skill set! I highly recommend Patrick to anybody buying or selling a home, he will treat this deal like it’s his own personal business being handled. Thank you again Patrick!

First off: I have no idea whatsoever why anybody would place a bad review about Blessed Properties. The only explanation could be some type of weird retaliation... Patrick and his wife Tosha have been nothing but amazing from the moment I met them. We have actually become family over the years. These guys are professional at the highest level, and go above and beyond at the same time. From outstanding assistance to finding the perfect home (fitting our budget and preferences) to finally selling it, I could not have wished for a more perfect company with heart and compassion. I have gone through some extraordinary hard times, and Patrick did not once hesitate to be by my side at a level I have never experienced. Without him and his company, I would have been completely lost. I cannot even begin to describe how much he helped. (When I left the state, he not only personally assisted in getting rid of tenants who had destroyed the house; personally supervised the complete restoration at an affordable rate, then the company perfectly managed the rental of the house; fully handled an insurance claim, and then found the perfect solution for me to live without any worries about the property. Subsequently the house was sold. I have never experienced anything like that. Thank you so much for making my life so much easier. I could not have done it without you. Not only have you been the best business partner, but also an extraordinary fellow veteran. I am proud to call Patrick and his family my dear friends

In my opinion probably the most honest and credible realtor in Killeen. Everyone complains about not getting their deposits back and getting scammed. We kept our house clean and orderly and even had pets in the house. We got 99% of our deposit back. Any work orders we put in we’re dealt with promptly. House was older but nicer than what other companies had. I’d recommend them before any other realtor in the fort hood area. They’re honest trustworthy people.

I have worked with Blessed Properties for over 10 years and I received nothing but the most immaculate service from the owners, as well as the staff. They are very easy to talk and are very prompt. I would definitely recommend this company to my family, friends and anyone in search of property. My wife and I also love the community service that Blessed Properties distributes throughout their community. They assisted hundreds of children with book bags and supplies for the 2018-2019 school year. This speaks volumes as this is not just a Property Management Company but a God sent team that has your best interest at heart.

I had a positive experience with Blessed Properties. I was able to reserve a rental property, site unseen, while I was deployed. This made my move smooth and quick when I returned to the states. I rented a house for two years. During that time I had a few maintenance requests that were responded to within 48 hours.When our A/C broke, they were quicker (although it must be 103 degrees for it to be an emergency request). They have a new online data base that you can pay rent and submit maintenance requests, so everything is documented. They also do house inspections every 3-4 months and take photos of the house for the owner and cite anything that needs attention (i.e. A/C filter).When I moved out I elected to clean the house myself and clean the carpets. I received approximately 70% of my deposit back within the month I moved out. Their staff seems to have a low turnover, so I worked with the same people during my time in Killeen. I was never late on rent, so I dont know how they respond to personal issues. Overall, I would recommend Blessed Properties.

We first used Blessed Properties when we purchased our first home in 2007. Once we PCSed, we used another company in the Killeen area as our property managers, huge mistake!! We had such a horrible experience so we switched to Blessed Properties in 2010. We have had nothing but a positive experience with them. We can get in touch with any of the employees within 24 hours or less. I have recommended them to everyone I know that received orders to Ft Hood and wouldnt want any other company handling my rental property!

The property was maintained well and taken care of. What I like is they dont pressure you into any decisions they are professional and very sensitive to the needs of their tenants. First of all, I just want to say thank you to the entire Blessed Properties team. You have been 3 in 1 for me; my property manager, landlord, and Realtor, so all I can say is that Ive experienced different sides of the company, as well as, an employee. Being an employee gave me the opportunity to see on the inside what others couldnt, as a property inspector, you taught me what to look for and to look at in a home so that every customer is satisfied and comfortable. I never knew of any other company that go out every quarter to inspect their rental properties, as well as, take photos and send to the owners so they can see what shape their homes are in. I tell everyone I come in contact with, who are looking to buy, sell, or rent to stop by Blessed Properties. The best part out of all of this is that the staff is friendly and very helpful and has a great working atmosphere. To top it all off, the owners (Patrick and Tosha Purifoy) are not just blessed but their saved as well. It doesnt get any better than that. I was able to tour the home that I was interested in leasing and given the space and distance to do so, however I was notified after I viewed the home that they were no longer taking applications on the home after my 6 minute drive home I went directly to my computer and submitted my application. I understand that it is first come first serve but I am almost certain that there was an abundance of applications prior to my being allowed to tour and fall in love with the property. I would have understood and appreciated a cancelation call in advance so as not to have wasted my time and dashing my hopes.

We got most of our deposit back which I hear from a lot of people that rent that dont get anything back. I definitely go back to them if we come back to killeen.

Patrick took him through this nerve wracking process with business acumen, and compassion. This is the way a service business should be operated.

Blessed Properties has been renting out my homes for me for the pass few years.A one stop shop says it all, if you have a home that you want to rent out..... they have everything you will ever need, like:-cleaners to get it ready to show.-handyman on call for repairs.-realtors when your looking for that next tennant.I still live here in killeen, and i sleep good at night knowing that Blessed Properties is manging my rental.
