Nothing short of remarkable. When I joined this organization, I immediately felt supported, cared for and valued. From the Regional Manager, my site team, and all corporate support, Birchstone is very intentional with what they do. They not only are open to new ideas, but expect them and truly explore ways to better the organization. They have a team of professionals dedicated to ensuring our processes and procedures are streamlined, as well as partner with the teams to train them for further development. Senior leadership encourages us to be the best version of ourselves by ensuring we have the proper tools for success, and challenging us to be the best and obtain results. The culture here has been refreshing and inviting. All of these factors, in addition to the PEOPLE from CEO down, have made the experience here extremely positive.
