Better World just took over the management of a property I’ve been struggling with for the past two years. Their action plans and day-to-day management have been phenomenal. I’m in a tertiary market and they’ve been able to bring in resources that I never had access to within that market. They are proactive on leasing, make readies and collections. I’d give them more than 5-stars if I could.

Better World is a superb property management company. Always focused on the NOI while keeping staff motivated to continually pushing forward. Ownership does not hesitate to jump and assist when needed. Our monthly performance has been on an upward trend since Better World took over management.

Better World is an amazing property management company! As a Property Owner, I reached out to Terri and her VERY talented team to help with the initial assessment, pro forma / underwrite, due diligence and takeover planning. Their inputs on income, expenses and CAPEX planning is invaluable in helping me build a sound investment strategy yet give it the flexibility to adapt to situations as needed.I would highly recommend engaging them early and having them perform the due diligence / feasibility. They sent a mini-army for the unit inspections and lease file audits and the level is detail and analysis is a great value!At takeover - the commitment, dedication, and enthusiasm the Regional Property Manager and team continues to solidify my decision. I am excited to have the best managing my property.At operation - they did a tremendous job. The back office support is also amazing.At owner selling of property - team performed solidly and kept occupancy high and tended to any issues like normal showing their dedication.Still very happy with my service and value they have provided and recommend them!

Amir Apartments is lucky to have found Better World Properties as its management company. My business partners and I believe that we have truly found the needle in the haystack. They have brought our 310-unit apartment complex occupancy rate from 74% to 97% within just seven months despite the COVID 19 outbreak. The best part is that all the tenants were well qualified, and our property is in its best shape compared to the last four years, and the property is producing more money than ever. The team over at Better World Properties truly knows how to satisfy the tenants and, most importantly the owners. My partners and I cannot wait to purchase more apartment complexes in the future for Better World Properties, LLC to manage.
