    We have been renting a house managed belmares properties for 2 years and they have been excellent. They communicate well and we’ve never had any issues. We’re getting ready to rent our second property managed by them.

    Belmares Properties sold our house during a very difficult period in the real estate market- in record time! Nick Belmares was our agent and he handled every aspect of the sale very professionally. Mary Belmares, co-owner of the company, provided my wife and me with expert advice for property tax evaluations and a future home purchase. These guys are awesome!!!! My wife and I highly recommend Belmares Properties to everyone we know who is buying or selling real estate. Couldnt be happier!!!!

    I am a current tenant at one of the properties that they manage and i love the kind of people they are, very family oriented and very dedicated to making sure there tenants are happy. The owner Mary Belmares has even gone out of her way to give me plenty of opportunities when my rent is late and even when my credit came back to deny me she heard me out told her i was a hard worker and approved me for the property anyway. To this date they still treat me like family and Liz does everything she can to make sure my repairs get done even if she works outside of business hours, these other reviews do Belmares no justice on the type of business this place is it really does look out for the small people

    I have been a tenant of Belmares Properties since 2014 and have been very happy with the Belmares staff. Mary has always worked with me when it comes to maintenance around the house. When it comes to making appointments for a home inspection her staff is staff is very helpful in making them according to my schedule and are always on time when they say theyll be here. Ill be renewing my lease again this month for the third time. Thank you Mary and all the staff at Belmares Properties.

    I purchased my first home through Belmares Properties and could not be more content with their staff and services. All of the staff was cooperative, kind, helpful and always willing to assist. Their years of experience and ability to speak Spanish always made me feel comfortable. I could not be happier with my purchase, as they ensured that I purchased my home at a reasonable price.

    IN mid January of 2017 I decided to move to Corpus Christi to be with my daughter. I called Belmares Properties because Sal and Mary had been very helpful to me a couple of years ago when I was wanting to buy some rent property. I told them I needed to rent my house and also sell a duplex that I needed to sell for tax purposes. Oliver listed the duplex right away and brought me an offer the second day! And he said if that does not work out for you, I have a back up offer waiting. He also listed my home for rent and the first couple that saw it, rented it. Everything went very smoothly. I moved out Feb 20th and the renters moved in March 1st. I have had a couple of issues at the house and Belmares Properties have notified me and promptly taken care of it. I am very pleased with their work and Im happy I chose them to take care of my needs.

    Cindy Regalado and Tom at Belmares Properties were absolutely amazing to work with, and I definitely thank the friend who recommend them to us! As first time homebuyers, we wanted to be confident in the home we chose and Cindy was patient with us all 25 odd times we said a house was not the one. She sent us tons of listings to look at and review, and always had 5 or so to show us each time we met and checked houses out. She was super responsive and really listened to us and did an excellent job at finding a home that checked off all our boxes(requirements). I recommend Belmares Properties and Cindy and Tom to everyone that mentions to me that they are in the market for a house.

    Belmares Properties sold a home to my parents. They were very happy with the service and loved their house for a very long time. They just bought a new home and the service they received from their new Realtor did not compare. Great job Belmares Properties!! My parents should have used you this go around too, but instead used a family friend. Never again.

    Belmares Properties help me sell my home and a very competitive rate and after 30 days of being on the market. They also helped us purchase our dream river property in Sequin at an affordable price. They have always been professional and responsive. In addition, Belmares Properties also contributes to the San Antonio Community through fundraisers and donations. They have helped needy people get back on their feet by providing them affordable options for living. They give from their heart.

    Sal and Mary are the best! I have been leasing for years and when I was leasing from a different property manager I became displaced due to a fire. I called Belmares Properties and they were able to get me in an even nicer building that I was in at a better price per square foot and meet my budget and needs. Thank you Sal and Mary and Belmares Properties I cannot thank you enough! And I am very happy to say I extend my lease with Belmares Properties for another 3 years!!

    If i could give this agency more than 5 stars, I would. I have been renting apartments, and houses for over 10 years, and never have i ever been treated so fairly and cared for by somewhere i am renting from. Any time i need work orders put in on my property, they are taken care of that same day or the first thing next day. I wish all agencies could take notes from Belmare Peoperties!! They staff i deal with are amazing people!! They all deserve a bonus for how well they represent their company. I️ have and still continue to recommend them to people seeking for a great place to live. And i thank everyone for being so great!!

    Ive been renting through this property management company for about 2 years and highly recommend it. They have always been quick to respond when any issues occur in my house and have always tried to be accommodating with rent payments and late fees for months Ive paid my rent a few days late. They are a great, honest property management company for those looking to rent unique properties in San Antonio at afforadable prices.
