    Bella Real Estate manages my home rental. The last couple months my automatic mail-in rent payments were disrupted by an apparent mail fraud. Bart Sturzi of Bella contacted me a few days after the rent was due and alerted me. He knew I always paid on time and wanted to allow me time to correct the situation. I got him another check for that month. We agreed to watch payment the next month.Same problem the next month. He contacted me again and I got him another check. I then changed my payment process to another service that he recommend and this solved the problem. Bart worked with me cooperatively both times to solve the problem. Very professional. This is the kind of cooperation I have grown to expect from Bella over the years.

    8/12/24...4...I would give Bella 6 stars, if possible. I bought a brand new house in 2005 in Pflugerville, TX. Ive never seen it, but Bellas been managing it since day 1. I rarely talk to Bella (maybe once or twice a year) because they do such a great job running my property. I have 3 property managers in TX, FL, and MO and I wish they were all Like Marissa and Bart at Bella.

    Bella Real Estate is a valuable find when it comes to property managers. We recently had flooding in our rental house that they manage for us, and they were ON it, immediately. They gave me timely updates and were very persistent to get things fixed quickly in time for us to not lose our renters. Because our insurance guy could tell they really knew what they were doing, he approved the repairs needed without even coming on site. This saved us several days and enabled us to get our new renters moved into the place in time, which saved us $1200. Thanks, Bart and Marissa, for the great service! Well be using you for more rentals in the future.

My family and I moved here from about 200+ miles away, so trying to find a place and sign the lease paperwork could have been a nightmare, but Karen made it very easy and was very helpful. Since we moved in Ive had nothing but good experience with them, maintenance calls are handled quickly and professionally and the office staff is friendly and efficient. But what made me get on here to review is what they did today. I made a mistake with my rent payment and not only did Bart help me fix it but he also inconvenienced himself and went out of his way so I didnt have to!     Leasing staff was never particularly friendly even after 6 years of leasing from Bella. They were professional & prompt when requesting repairs on the property such as plumbing issues or other repairs. They were also honest & returned my entire deposit.
