Dave has our highest recommendation. Dave represented us as we bought our first ever home here in the Austin area. He is personable, listens well and provided us with solid/pragmatic guidance for all our questions throughout the process. He has strong knowledge of the market in terms of pricing/appraisals etc and also about structural aspects of home construction. In addition, he has a great network of professionals that help in home buying process. All of them - home inspector, lender, home insurance agent - were super nice and professional to work with.And as one other reviewer commented, we also felt we were very well taken care of during the entire process. We were fortunate to have someone like him in our corner while navigating todays crazy Austin market.Ill strongly recommend Dave to family, friends looking to buy a home in the Austin area.

Dave was an actual god send in selling our house. Our home selling process was a months long saga of Murphys law. None of which was Dave’s fault! He stuck with us and fought at every turn. He was an absolute bull dog working day and night to get us the best deal possible. His feedback was incredible and helped us make informed decisions. I truly believe we wouldn’t have been able to get as great an outcome with any other agent I can’t recommend him enough!

When we received an offer on our home with less than 30 days to vacate, we scoured the Internet looking for homes in Georgetown. David was referred to us and added some to our list. The first one he showed us from his list was the one we liked the most and purchased! He is an excellent communicator and negotiator. He has many contacts; he referred the best moving company we ever used, as well as a very thorough and competent inspector. He also followed up with us and the title company after the closing regarding an outstanding issue. He knows how to get things done and never failed to answer any questions. In our numerous house hunting experiences over 50 years, he is definitely our favorite and we would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell. He makes house hunting fun and the closing less painful! Should we ever sell, we will contact Bedrock Realty.

I could NOT be happier with my experience with Bedrock Home Group and Dave! I have bought and sold six houses in the past 9 years in this Austin market; this is the first time I used Bedrock and it was by far the best experience I have had. I will use Bedrock for every real estate dealing moving forward. Dave listened to my priorities in selling the house, gave me a cost/ benefit analysis of every repair and modification he suggested to get the house ready for sale, and worked with contractors AND my tenants to get everything done! He provided valuable advice in screening offers and backup offers, as well as during the stressful option period. We went from my first contact to close in 5 weeks! My neighbor was selling her house during this same timeframe; the value of having Bedrock Home Group and Dave as an agent was VERY clear when comparing our two experiences.

Dave is one of the best realtors we’ve worked with - and having moved 6 times over the past ten years, we’ve worked with several. I’ve never felt so taken care of during a real estate “transaction.” From organizing to-dos with spreadsheets to researching, hiring and following up with various cleaning and repair companies, Dave had every detail covered. In some past real estate experiences, we felt like the standard 6% commission was excessive for the amount of time and work put into the sale. In this case, we felt the opposite. Dave was an excellent, honest, responsive and knowledgeable realtor who went above and beyond our expectations.

I’m so glad that we had Dave to help guide us through every step of the way. I think that when you’re new to the home buying process it can sometimes get really discouraging, but Dave always kept us upbeat throughout our search and coached us through any slump. He was always down to go look at houses with us anytime of the week (or weekend), to discuss the things we liked and didn’t like about each house we saw, and to help us come up with a competitive offer that would be appealing to the seller while also being considerate of our own budget. Without Dave, I don’t know that we would’ve ended up with the wonderful house that we have today. After extensive searching, we are now the proud owners of our first home! I would highly recommend Dave to any buyer looking in this competitive market or someone searching for their first home especially – he’s the kind of realtor you want!

He was always available, always made time for us, and was always friendly and patient even when things got difficult (as they often do when house shopping!). This was not my first home sale experience, but my first in Austin. I had a fairly good idea of what to do, but David clarified everything for me and worked with me like we were a team, not like I was just another client. I loved his straight forward approach which worked well with my way of doing things.He saw the house, pointed out some things we could do to improve the sale and off to the races we went. Improvements that made sense were completed and then we were ready to list. David had his own team of professionals to help us every step of the way. For example, the painter he recommended was outstanding and the photographer awesome.David laid out his thought process on sales price, open house, types of offers to accept and negotiating process. Just the whole scenario of what to expect and how everything would go down. He was dead on from the offers we received to the closing process. We did not have to look at a dozen homes because we gave him our specifics & he only showed what meet our criteria’s. This isn’t our first home & our experience with other realtors was much different. Some realtors sends dozen of pics daily of things of non interest and never act upon them or the ones you like. Needless to say, we highly recommend Dave. He knows the market & he provides excellent customer service. Dave will not stop until he finds what you want!!

David and his team work hard to get the deal done. In a hot market with so much going on, Bedrock got my offer accepted the first day. Other agencies will give lots of stories on marketing and fancy technology, Bedrock focuses on the most important elements of a deal. If anything went haywire, like when we walked the house and large portions of flooring had been damaged, Bedrock was on top of it and helped resolve the issue.
