He is invested in both the landlord and tenant to ensure all runs smoothly and efficiently. I love that Micheal resolves issues quickly and is always responsive! We are current tenants of this company and is very happy since the transition. Michael is very responsive, courteous, patient and very helpful. As a landlord, he listens to our calls, answers texts and even meets up when needed. One time I locked myself out our home and luckily Michael was in the area. He made me key and meet with me at last minute notice.The transition from our old company was very smooth. Im so glad they put us in good hands. Bear Creek Properties are not just landlords they are good people with good hearts.
