This HOA is great! They really listen and any complaints and repairs I have are done in a timely matter. No hassle and no having to call over and over. They really care about their residents. The office staff is so kind and helpful. Havent had any issues.

Some of these reviews are actually very surprising because I live in Sutter Mill and I have always had a really good experience anytime I’ve had to put in a request and need answers. I speak with somebody named Esperanza and she is very nice very quick to get me answers, and she always make sure that even if I’m frustrated she gets everything taken care of for me so if anyone has any issues, I would specifically ask for her.

Bryce Scarlett at Beal BCS got our condo SOLD and made it look easy! His communication was great and the transaction went smoothly. If we ever need to buy or sell in College Station we will go with Bryce at Beal BCS again for sure.

Beal Properties is the way to go. You cannot find a better property management company to work with. They are very professional and super helpful. They are very quick to do repairs and the contractors they work with are really good too. All the small and big issues in my rental unit was taken care of promptly. Within the time I lived at my unit, they put a new water heater, new fence, and new counter tops as they were getting old. My unit is not new but I never had any issues with bugs or roaches. They provided lawn care as well. They do an amazing job of communicating between renter and owner. Just all around a professional and kind team. Student living with Beal properties is a breeze. They have gotten it into really good shape, are super friendly, and are efficient with finding tenants, finding reasonable repair people, and are great to work with. Since we havent actually moved yet, this is about our pre-move experience-- Agent Bryce was the absolute best to work with. He was very prompt in answering all of our questions, was so patient and helpful with even the tiniest requests, and always got back to us when he didnt know an answer off the top of his head. He made sure we knew he was available any time of the day on his phone, and he truly was! Since we we are moving from out of state and couldnt tour the property in person due to COVID19 travel restrictions, Bryce accommodated us in every way possible to make it feel like we knew everything about the place before making a decision. He is a big part of the reason we feel comfortable moving a thousand miles across the country-- we trust we will be in good hands once we get there!
