I couldn’t be happier with my experience leasing this home! From the very beginning, everything has been smooth and stress-free, thanks to the incredible team behind the property.Brooke, the property manager, has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Her positive attitude, quick responses, and attention to detail have made the leasing process seamless. She genuinely cares about ensuring everything is perfect and always goes the extra mile to make sure I feel comfortable and taken care of.Bob, the maintenance man, is another standout. Hes always available and super helpful, handling any issues or small repairs with a smile and professionalism. We love living at Beacon at Vine Creek!! First the process was easy and Brooke was wonderful. The maintenance man Bob, stopped by on our first day and introduced himself. The neighbors are great. We hope to live here for a long time.

As this is my first home renting experience, I can say that Brooke did the great job related to renting process. It was really smooth and straight forward. All requests were resolved, all questions answered. When we were looking into rent a house, Vine Creek had 2.1 stars, but as a person who always study reviews I can say those were far from normal ratings (e.g. no description, or description is not negative as for my perspective), so we gave it a shoot. No regrets so far.

I just want to say that Brooke has been amazing and so helpful and the rental process she is at answered every question and been so efficient and quick to answer. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful and I’m loving the new house even if it’s just a rental. Every maintenance issue so far has been resolved fairly quickly, considering that they are probably really busy and shorthanded.

I have lived here for close to a year now..I loved the pool this summer, the staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable. Moving in was made a breeze and I was able to get all my questions or issues resolved very quickly.

Let me start by saying that the rating here is low and honestly its mind-boggling that its this low. Im a newly resident of this quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The neighbors here are chill and respectful. So my experience so far is that the water heater went out and needed maintenance to get on it. Bob the head maintenance showed up 15min later after putting in the phone call around 11:35 P.M. mind you in 50 degree weather. He explained the situation and said hell need to order new parts but will talk to the property management and see if I can be accommodated by allowing me to use a vacant home to shower until repairs have been made. First thing in the morning, management reached out and gave me a code to a vacant home down the road. All said and done repairs where completed within two days and had a chance to meet Bob on a personal level. 2.5 may be the rating but honestly this company is missing good reviews overall and I honestly believe it should be averaging 4.9.

Great and quite little neighborhood tucked away from the business. Has a great park area for the kids and a nice pool, we love it here .

The truth is that it is the best rental I have had, the treatment of the people in the office and the maintenance is excellent, to all the people who are thinking of renting a house I 100% recommend that they rent here, the truth is that you will not regret it. I really like that when I have any problem in the house I report it to the maintenance staff and he comes right away and he is a very kind man. In short, I highly recommend that you rent with Beacon at Vine Creek.
