Lived here for a year and the leasing agents and the maintenance man were phenomenal. Loved the house and the location. Neighbors were a bit crazy but you’ll get that anywhere. Would recommend.

Less than a week ago we were rushing to find a home as our current lease was about to expire. We looked into several homes, but most werent immediately available, and to make things worse, the realtors would not adopt to our time and did not answer calls on time. We were lucky to come across Granden Bunton Creek at Kyle, who had a couple homes available within our income requirements and distance from work, and not to boast about, but they also had the best representative ever - Ilene!Ilene was like a breath of fresh air. She went above and beyond to get our home approved in less than a week. She was there early morning and late evening to answer our calls and emails and ease our frustrations. Ilene is more than just a sales representative. She is there not just to sell or lease you a home. She is there to help you find the home you are looking for because she listens, provides you with options, she is not pushy, and she gets things done!We are so grateful to have met Ilene and happy to have the opportunity to leave in a Granden Bunton Creek home. Okay so I moved from GA and made the move before landing a house and everything that could go wrong did. Let me tell you about Ilene she is the most incredible person to work with. This woman worked on her days off and a holiday working with me to push all papers through and going the extra mile to figure out any issue instead of just saying “we will fix it tomorrow” she truly is the standard of caring and professionalism and didn’t hesitate to go the extra mile. Seriously one of the best perks of living here is knowing she is on the team cause I know I don’t need to worry about a thing with her. She has her tenants back and will do everything she can to help you out. I wish there was a button for 10 stars. Thank you so much love the house beautiful neighborhood and amazing staff.

Attention Attention Kyle Community! I am local realtor in the area, if your looking to rent a home for your family... This is the place! The homes are awesome, but the best thing about these options is the employee that works there (Ilene Listrom) Ive been in the business for 8 years and Ive never meet someone so helpful and thorough and knowledgeable of community! My husband & I recently moved into the community! The house is absolutely beautiful and we can’t wait to make some amazing memories, however we are so thankful for the amazing and helpful work from Ilene Listrom.
