We’ve used Barham Properties as our realtor for purchasing a home, selling a home & as our property management company for our rental property. When purchasing and selling our home, the team at Barham Properties made the process smooth and helped us very quickly navigate from start to finish. On the property management side, they were very professional and quick to manage any of our tenants needs which was extremely helpful since we live out of town. 10/10 would recommend Barham Properties for any and all of your real estate needs!

So far as for customer service it was great 👍 the ladies there were friendly 😄 we shared a few laughs and stories we have yet to get a property 😕 but because of lack of trying the lady at the first desk is trying to work her magic 🤞 I pray and hope she can figure it all out..She explained everything in full detail if something I didnt understand she didnt mind slowing down and explaining and breaking it down to for my better understanding... So far I look forward to renting with this company... 🙏

I had so many questions during the process, and they were creating an automatic payment portal, during all of this Tessa and Abril from Barham never got tired of my questions. He even helped us fix up the property and house before moving in, and allowed for payment flexibility in doing so. In naming the newly established subdivision surrounding our home, he named it after our daughter. We definitely recommend.

I recently moved from unit 102 on Pearl at the end of April, and I has not one problem. The unit was extremely spacious and peaceful. Unfortunately, they didnt have anything available in the city I moved to. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Krista and Tessa, were so understanding and helpful.

Move to Nacogdoches after hurricane Ida and found a rental with Barham Properties and from the beginning they have been nothing but help full. They are quick to respond when you have an issue love the fact that you can go in to there app to request maintenance service and do just about everything through there app I have been very pleased with this company

What I like about barham property is that when I asked a question it is not left unanswered my question is addressed in a timely manner it has always been handled professionally, I also enjoy the quietness and of the location setting, And I have only had to deal with one of the young ladies in the office I think her name was Miss Christy and if the other young lady is anything like her I would say they have a great staff and not to mention on the day that I was moving in the young man address putting my ice box in immediately, I always try to have my rent in on a timely manner im big on time ,and what I am liking is that my needs are addressed Be blessed Ms Jenkins
