I had such a fantastic stay with the Barclé team. I’ve never been to Austin before, nor did I know anyone from Austin to help guide me. So when I had to look for a last-minute stay, I kind of panicked until I came across this lovely residential building and thought,…hmmm, it seems too perfect. So, I checked the reviews from their other properties and realized, no, they’re just professionals – how refreshing!The host and staff were so accommodating from well before my arrival to departure. I had some important mail sent to me, but it arrived too late. The owners agreed to mail it to my new destination – how kind!Now, back to the property, it is a very modern, chic building and in a trendy location with access to great restaurants, bars, coffee shops, etc. I also loved the convenience of the coffee shop on the first floor of the building, as well as the plethora of scooter options right outside the door to get around the city. Did I mention they have a pool? Plus all the other amenities – gym, w/d in unit, dishwasher, smart TV, private balcony, and more.The apartment itself was incredibly clean and I’m OCD, so it’s impressive that had no complaints! I honestly thought to myself that if for some reason, I had to move temporarily to Austin, this building would be on the top of my list. Given that I’m involved in the Austin Film Festival, I’m sure I will be back again!

Beautiful pool!! Perfect stay! The bed was so comfortable, and the view from the balcony was overlooking the downtown lake. We were literally a walk from all the bars on Rainey St. Definitely a five star experience!!

This condo was exactly as I expected. It has everything we needed and was very clean. Check in was easy and personal with a concierge to answer all of my questions. The only constructive criticism that I have regarding the room, was the bathroom had very little towel bar to hang wet towels. Also, the only closet in the bedroom was filled with baby items which did not allow me to hang my clothing inside it. other than that, because I brought some of my own personal items for what I wanted, the place was amazing! My daughter, and I had a fantastic time, it couldn’t have been better with the view and the balcony! Everything was easy to check in and check out. The pool was wonderful, with a gorgeous view on the rooftop, the gym had everything we needed to work out. Fantastic location, walking distance to Rainey Street in Antica Lady, Bird Lake. This condo is a do over for us.

The views were amazing and it was so peaceful that there were deer in the back of the house. You could hike to the beach if you wanted and so much more. So worth the stay

Our family had a wonderful time in NB at this condo. Very clean & comfortable. The AC was FANTASTIC!! Short walk across the parking lot to the river for floating & around the corner is Schlitterbahn. I highly recommend this condo!

An amazing stay in the heart of Austin Texas! The location is within walking distance to a lovely strip of restaurants lounges and food trucks, but far enough away to not hear the bustle. The room we stayed in had amazing new amenities and a modern design. 10 foot ceilings, and comfortable furniture and bedding. Just like the picturesWe love moving and we would use the workout room in the mornings and go for walks by the river which has access at the end of the same block.The roof top pool overlooks Austins downtown and is a great place to relax even if you are not swimming. I took a swim in the non-heated pool which was chilly in January but still very worth it.Make sure to get the biscuit sandwiches from the cute boutique grocery store, Royal Blue, which is open till late. There is an amazing coffee shop on the main floor, which has a Mexican Late which I ordered multiple times. We walked to many shopping locations on both sides of the river.At first the price tag on the valet surprised me, but after looking, parking is tricky downtown and priced competitively when shopping around. the Valet are amazing and friendly and make getting in and out of the hotel a breeze! Cedric the Valet was especially attentive and made a great impression on us. He remembered us by name each time and made us feel at home.Highly recommend.

Great location. Luxery Hotel vibe when enter building. Large apartment nicely furnished and clean. Speaking of cleaning, would have given 5 stars if I wasnt asked after paying for cleaning to strip the bed and take out the trash.

I had a wonderful stay with Barcle Group at one of their Lago Vista properties. I am a very particular person who cares very much about cleanliness. The property was very clean and had very nice amenities. I am six months pregnant and it was very comfortable being there. The property included a beautiful view of the lake. As soon as I stepped out of my vehicle, there were deer everywhere. It was very peaceful and quiet. I will be returning for another visit soon.

Our experience was amazing at this condo. The building staff, the location, the coffee/drinks at the lobby, the views and last but not least, the unit itself. It was spacious and clean. A great space for my husband , myself, and our 2 year old. We will definitely return. If you are hesitating in where to stay, dont! This is the place for an amazing experience in Austin!

Awesome space with great amenities!! We loved the apartment and the rooftop pool was awesome. The location is excellent, super walkable. Could have used a couple additional towels but having the laundry machine available was great. It would also be nice if there was coffee or tea or basics like that available, the kitchen was pretty sparse. Overall great experience though!

3 of us stayed in Connors place for a weekend. Location wise, it was absolutely PERFECT. Very close to the 12 South area which is chalked full of adorable coffee shops and eateries. My friend got up and jogged every morning around 6am and was amazed at the activity already. Lots of other active people out and about. We felt very very safe all weekend there.Just a short Uber downtown that ran us about $8 each way.Ample parking. Clean and modern.If I could critique anything it would be the pull out couch. It was the thinnest mattress ever. To the point I just folded it back up and slept on the couch itself.We said we would for sure stay here again next year.

Very very nice home, perfect for our 3 generations! One-level open concept with beautiful pool area. We were an easy 5 minutes from the beach and easy drive to local attractions. Host was very gracious and easy to work with. We would definitely return!

Great property and room. The pool was a plus! Location was very walkable to area restaurants and bars. Room was clean. There was a slight plumbing/sewage smell that came and went at times in the room, not sure what was causing that, but it didn’t interfere with the stay. The coffee/bar area in the lobby was also a nice perk to this property. Overall, I would recommend the stay.

Absolutely beautiful home!!! Everything was perfect!!! Private garage parking, all the necessities plus more were already there. It truly was a home away from home. I’m extremely picky about my bed…all the beds were super comfortable! There were 8 people who stayed in the house. We had more than enough room (and privacy). The home was super clean! Communication and customer service was superb!!! I will definitely stay here again!

A big beautiful apartment in a perfect location. Incredibly walkable to downtown and just a few steps from Rainey St. The building is stunning and feels like a hotel. There is always someone at the front desk so you feel safe and well cared for. The building smells incredible too, still trying to pin point the scent. The apartment itself is bigger than expected and so comfortable. We loved coming home and sitting on the balcony. The rooftop pool is very cool- although unheated in winter if you’re curious. We loved our stay and will definitely stay again next time we are in town.

We stayed at this property for a girls trip, and were very happy! The location was perfect, we felt very safe, and the condo was spacious & clean. The only thing that would have made this place any better, would have been a hot tub, but I would definitely stay here again!

The property was more than I expected, starting from the reception desk, lobby through the main unit, it was a delightful experience. The bedding is probably the most comfortable and luxurious Ive experienced away from home in a long time. The fixtures in the unit are tasteful and appealing to the eyes and senses. This was an amazing condo located in a perfect area where there are tons of places to eat, drink, and just enjoy the beauty of Austin. It is also located very close to South Congress and the Downtown area. Cant wait to book this unit again. Please take the time to check it out and book your next stay in Austin.

The apartment was very clean and had a nice view with a balcony. The building was safe and had a terrace with a pool overlooking the city which was great for New Years as we saw the fireworks from there.The two bedrooms were spacious with attached bathrooms and kitchen was fully equipped. However, there were no provisions in the bathroom other than a towel, so bring your own toiletries.We were also asked to strip the bed sheets at the end of the stay even after paying a cleaning fee.There were games and a tv in every room. There is a paid parking garage but also street parking in front of the building. It is located right next to Rainey street which is a very happening street. It is also right by the river walk. We had a great time in Austin. Thank you for hosting us.

For the amount paid, its annoying they expect your assistance with cleaning the room. That said, the views are great and the unit is beautiful. Location is good as well. Also, we really enjoyed the coffee cocktails that you can buy at the bar on the ground floor.

Stayed at this place for 4 nights. The space was fantastic, with a nice open area for the family room. Bedrooms were a great size and the 2 washrooms with it were clean and modern. The building itself has hotel vibes, and the rooftop pool was great.

Great location for a very reasonable price! Walking distance to Rainey Street and the Austin downtown night life. There is a grocery market right around the corner, within walking distance, that made our stay very easy (and they have everything you need for your visit!).The unit was very clean and perfect for our family of three with two master suites. Property managers were very responsive, before, during, and after our visit.

Absolutely amazing stay. I attended SXSW and this is one of the best apartments Ive stayed in whilst at a conference. Super easy check-in, super clean, very communicative staff. Ill be returning to Austin and definately booking directly with Barcle Group Property (booked initially via Airbnb).

The condo is in a good location to enjoy Rainey Street and downtown Austin. Parking is pricey. The condo is very basic and had no working lights in the living room also no clocks. It could use some hooks in the bathroom. The television is nice but the cable is basic.

Great location for exploring the city, very close to a waterfront park and trail. Building was stylish with a lovely pool on the roof. Foyer was very inviting and concierge very friendly. Unit was well decorated and we were very comfortable.

Excellent accommodations (have to think hotel, more than traditional single owner AirBNB, since the entire building is an AirBNB Hotel managed by Barcle). Clean, friendly, great location adjacent to downtown, and affordable considering how nice the unit was. Communication was one way prior to arrival, I didnt get responses to my questions prior to booking, but wound up being a non-factor. They also didnt review my notes regarding check in time - and asked me 3 separate times when I would be there - when I had sent the information over twice previously. Otherwise, I would book again.

We enjoyed our stay so much! The house was clean, spacious and cozy! It far exceeded our expectations. The house included everything we could possibly need and you really felt at home when here. A fenced in backyard with a portable Bluetooth speaker was a hit. We are transplants and so we’ve been scouting out towns near my husband’s new company. This home made us fall in love with the Lago Vista area. There are restaurants near the house such as the Lucky Rabbit, The Grille at Highland Lakes and Casa Mexican Cantina. The mountainous views and the plentiful deer, it was a dream.

Our rental was the perfect location if you want easy access to the lake and all Downtown Austin has to offer. The building functions much like a home with easy check in, a lounge & drink/coffee bar, pool with stunning view and valet. This is a self accommodating airbnb so no extras like blow dryers, iron, etc... so make sure to bring your own. This was the perfect land spot for our stay in Austin and would definitely recommend.

This was a lovely place to stay for our visit to Austin. The location is within walking distance to Rainey Street, where a lot of food and bars are in this hopping area of Austin night life. It’s also close to the trails that border Lady Bird Lake and lead you to Congress Avenue where downtown Austin and the State Capitol are located. The view of the Austin skyline is wonderful from the kitchen/living room, and the outdoor balcony is the perfect place to sip your morning coffee or enjoy a drink at night. Target and Whole Foods are also close for groceries and supplies. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Austin.

The condo was exactly as described! We had a wonderful experience and took advantage of Rainey St. just a few blocks away! Few things I would say is the air circulation in the main bedroom could be better, the air extractor in the full bath wasn’t working or non existent, the parking might be difficult to find but we got lucky, lastly we were asked to take out our trash & strip the sheets. We were charged a cleaning fee of $150 when booking but it wasn’t a big deal. Would definitely book again!

We stayed in a property in Panama City Florida. It was a beautiful well kept house. Barcle Group was quick to respond to our questions, but they arent local so other than point us in the right direction they couldnt do much for us. However, our stay was wonderful and we really cant complain.

Everything tip top. Very nice house. Ultra comfortable sofa and bed. Great cuisine. Had a good time and some peace and quiet from the hustle and bustle of SXSW in Austin, where we were represented for 7 days. (approx. 45 minutes, drive). Was almost perfect. However, we had a bit of difficulty understanding the air conditioning and there was probably a misunderstanding during check-in. Still: it was good.
