I lived here twice , once from 2019-2021 and then from 2022-2023. Both times I was able to get my deposit back, however I clean frequently. I lived in 108 and 109 I had a few issues with roaches but they actively worked on getting rid of them and it only seemed to occur after a bad rain. The parking lot does flood in the back alot but youre right by a major creek. There are some loud neighbors here and there but mind your business, be nice to people and I dont see any problems! I LOVED my time here and how everything is within walking distance and is affordable! Tons of closet space too! As for the comment about Z she was kind to me and I never had a problem with management , they even worked with me when I got my dog out of nowhere. She no longer works there however and the new management is great too!

Big units with a lot of open space and amenities. Bedrooms are not huge but theyre workable. Apartment complex also has a pool near the office and a walking trail leading to Banita Creek.

My mother is very happy there. Residents are respectful and share a small community, helping each other. Mgmt very good. There is flooding from Banita Creek.

I lived here over 2 years and loved it! I’m from Houston so I was loving the rent price, amount of space, and unique floor plan of my 1 bdrm apt there in East Texas.They’re old apartments so noise was never an issue and I had great neighbors. Never experienced break-ins or anything like that.

Very affordable and nice place to live. The neighbors seem nice as well. I know some people have had issues with maintenance but I personally havent had any issues.

Amazing place for college students finding a place. The rooms are pretty big, and at the same time, very cozy. It can mainly hold 1-2 people, but you can fit 3 snugly.

Very good apartments and very good stuff, honest people and very nice. I use to live there for 3 years and 2 months and i was very happy I suggest everyone who wants to live in Nacogdoches and needs apartment for rent go first there and check if they have something available.Very good apartments and best management in Texas!!!
