Weve enjoyed living at Bandera Crossing Apts. very much. Its a clean,quiet, friendly, place to live. If we needed maintenence done theyd come immediately or the next day. The office personnel is very friendly, caring, & helpful. I highly recommend Bandera Crossing Apartments.

I’ve been here for quite sometime and I can say that this is hands down the best apartment complex I have ever lived at! Maintenance is always fast and efficient, the ladies, Kat and Alyssa, are very sweet and attentive and the community is very quiet and clean!!!

Assistant manager & main manager made move in process easy with all questions answered. Apartment is nice with newly appliances. No pest. rent price was great. parking space and peacefullness is wonderfull.

I love living here! The staff is super friendly and has been wonderful from day one. They now know who I am when I call the front office and make sure all my needs are taken care and answer any questions I have. Their maintenance team is wonderful as well, anytime I put in a maintenance request (no matter what time of day ) they are out the next day fixing what I need done. This is a wonderful place to live and I cant imagine living anywhere else!

I’ve been living here for multiple years and have always been impressed with the front office and service crew with how helpful they are. The environment is pretty quiet most of the day and the apartment has plenty of space for the price. I love this place.

We love Bandera Crossing! My husband and I moved in a few months ago and we just are so happy here! The apartment was so clean and nice when we got here to move in. The pool is always so pretty and clean. The complex itself is beautiful. I’ve seen some apartment complexes that have been around for a while and just look awful but here? They do not disappoint! If we need something done, it’s completed fast and in a very timely manner. Shout out to the Maintenance crew for an awesome job well done. And thanks to the office staff for being so sweet and caring when we call or stop by!

After more then a year of living at Bandera Crossing, we would like to take the time to thank all the current staff, and recognize this sites team for their great effort. You have truly encouraged us to think of Bandera Crossing as our home; we couldnt think of a better place to be. It has been clear to us that we have made the right decision in choosing this apartment complex over others. Being first time apartment renters, I have to be honest, we were nervous, but this apartment complex has exceeded our expectations. Noting that before choosing Bandera Crossing, we did come across a lot of apartments, all with mixed reviews. I have to say apartment hunting is very similar to finding the right doctor or school for your kid, it can be extremely stressing and exhausting. Thats why below I will state reasons why Bandera Crossing is the best choice for you.1. Location is extremely convenient everything you really need is 3 miles away or less and the elementary school is 0.3 miles away.2. The schools belonging to the apartments are above average, the area is pretty calm and neighbors are nice.3. Apartment prices are reasonable and more affordable then others. Renting deposit was $200 and pet deposit is $150 plus$10 monthly fee which is way lower than in other apartments.4. Grounds are well kept and clean, parking is never an issue, pest control is taken very seriously and garbage is never overflowing. ( bonus they have an on site police officer.)5. The current office staff,(Norma, Cat, and Sam) and maintenance team is amazing. Their positive attitudes, strong work ethics and good communication skills have been very admirable and refreshing to us. They provide great customer service. We’ve become really fond of them and its very pleasant to see them around. They are also very fast and efficient at answering questions and fixing problems.That being said Id like to say Maintenance is the real jewel of this place; both Ken and Stanley are very humble, optimistic, accountable, hard working and diligent individuals. They truly know how to delegate work between each other to get things done. They are fully committed to their job, and are innovative when it comes down to fixing things. They constantly provide us with fast friendly service; self taught these guys have some epic problem solving skills when it comes down to fixing things. They know how to manage their time wisely for the number of apartments that they have to maintain. They are great at listening and good communicators. They know how to empathize with the residents and show it. My heater and a/c have always been fixed when needed. Again that being said it saddens me to hear that some of the staff is leaving, who ever is hired next will have very big shoes to fill in.only con my only concern about this apartment building 9 is the dips that you feel on the floor and the cracks on the building itself which, we were told is normal being a older building and all, other that everything is excellent.

Major shout out to the maintenance crew on getting out and taking care of the routine maintenance, and when I have a maintenance emergency or something that can turn into one they are quick and getting it taken care of. They are super friendly and take their time to make sure things are done correctly. The office staff is great as well and are quick to handle anything that arises. The staff here at this property are amazing and make sure the residents have a great experience.

The people in the front office are super friendly and helpful, especially Catherine and Stephanie.The guys on maintenance are quick and professional.The apartment itself is a great space and price with lots of little touches that don’t make you miss a house. We already love it here!

I love living here! Never had any problems whatsoever and the maintenance guys are always super quick at taking care of any problems. The only thing I wish is that the appliances were a little more updated. Other than that, I love my apt.

Had a great experience with Bandera Crossing. I always interacted with Gilberto and Sabrina in the office and they were always very sweet and professional. The gentleman that does the maintenance work was always quick and thorough. While I was there, it was always quiet and never felt unsafe or at risk. The apartment unit I was in could have used some upgrades, but I respect the fact that complexes usually do those over time. What I worked great :) Overall, I have recommended the complex to friends and appreciate the time I spent there.

Ive been living in this complex since 2012 in two separate units. The office staff is responsive and polite. The maintenance crew is nice and very quick to fix any problems you may have and are very good at what they do. I will highly recommend living here.

Big big shout out to the maintenance team Ken and James!! Our AC went down right before the weekend, they did not have the part on hand and had to order it. To help us get through the weekend, they were able to install a small window unit. Monday when the part came in, they were able to completely put in a new system in a skillful and timely manner. Our apartment has never been colder!!! Way to go!! Thanks!!

Samantha is a sweetheart who helped ease the stress of applying for a new apartment and showed genuine care about our concerns. We’re moving in next week and I couldn’t be more excited!

Just moved in and everyone in this complex has been super awesome, Cat in the front office was super helpful and always available to answer any questions I had during the move-in. The maintenance dudes are super awesome as well, Ken and Stanley came and gave me a new fridge for my apartment and they are very friendly and helpful and are good with dogs too. I would recommend this place all day.

Maintenance is great believe it or not. That was a big concern of mine when picking a place and I’m happy with the choice I ultimately made. Always explain what’s up and why and I have never had any problems go unresolved. Office staff is great too and and pretty responsive when answering questions or concerns.

Great place to live. Staff are kind and eager to help. Just had my refrigerator replaced. Maintenance was quick to install new refrigerator. If you are looking for a new place to live, give them a call. You’ll be glad you did.

Stephanie is the best, ive been here almost 2yrs,she help and explain every question I had, she helped me through the whole process...I never once saw my apartment everything was done by email and phone call very kind and respectful to the Situation that i couldntcome in person becauseof work schedule..Best part I was able to communicate with her in Spanish which is a plus..til this day she still helps...

The apartments are roomy for the price, the office staff is always polite and were very helpful when I was trying to find a place to move into quickly. The lease was super leinant and allowed me to move out easily when I needed to move for my job. Would highly recommend!

I used to live here. April 1998 - November 2005, when Building 11 burned down. I was in apt 1121. The fire started in the laundry closet of the apartment next to mine. One week before I was to move to Northern VA. Loved living there, would live there again - if you ever convert them to condos, put me down for 1121.
