Weve been working with David for several months and just closed on our new home a few weeks ago. David is always punctual, humorous, and professional. If I had to sum up David in one word, it would be honest. Within a certain budget, its almost impossible to find a perfect house, and David would always make sure to point out all the pros and cons.David was also very quick to respond to all our questions. During the later paperwork process, we didnt have to worry about anything. All the teams recommended by David, including mortgage brokers, inspector, repair workers, etc., were all very professional and proactive.Were so glad to have David as our realtor for our first home purchase. Believe me, David is not only a 10/10 business partner but also a great friend to get along with.

His knowledge of the building process was indispensable! David regularly visited the build site to ensure everything was done correctly and timely. Without his expertise, we would have missed key issues that were easily remedied by the builder.I highly recommend David! His patient and understanding approach are like no other realtor Ive worked with in the past. He listens to your wants and is super responsive. He is professional and trustworthy. We met David through a friends recommendation. Because of job relocation, we packed up and moved in a rush. It was challenging to arrange house repair, interview tenants, and give tours from far away. However, David made the process as smooth as possible and took away the stress from both the landlord and tenants. He came to our house with a thorough evaluation soon after I contacted him and recommended a great handyman to address some maintenance issues for us. We found David very professional in his recommendations, very proactive and efficient in handling tasks. Also, hes a very good communicator. David is also very detailed -oriented and has a good sense of humor in negotiations. I found him very knowledgeable and experienced in property management, we were able to get a tenant that we feel will take care of the house like we do, and we know David will assist us and the tenants to take care of our property. Also, we noticed that David has a good heart of Samaritan. His fee is very reasonable, and he was able to put himself in all related parties shoes to figure out the arrangement in a timely manner. He goes above and beyond his duties to take care of the house and gives his own referral for different professional services that provide quality work. Im suspicious that David doesnt really sleep because we are in different time zones, and yet he email/text us back immediately all the time.We had other property manager in the past and there is just no comparison.Overall, we feel blessed to meet David and really trust him and will highly recommend him to our friends who want to buy/ sell /rent property.

There was no urgency in finding a place and as such, I took a super long time to find the right home.David was always available to show homes spur of the moment and if not available, he always ensured someone was available to do so. He knew exactly what I was looking for and was patient during the entire home buying process.Immediately when interested in a home, David provided all the information needed to be able to make comparisons on homes sold in the neighborhoods that were of interest.There was never any pressure from David to make an offer on a home or to make an offer that was overpriced.Having a list of professional resources available at his finger tips ensured everything went smooth after signing the contract, during the option period and at closing.David cares about the desires of his clients first and foremost. We had a great experience having David help us purchase our first home. His depth of experience and knowledge was very apparent each time he showed us a house. David pointed out issues that were not obvious to us like where to look to see if the foundation was level and how do you know if the home has experienced pest problems. If there are repairs or renovations to be made, he was able to give us ballpark figures on how much it would cost, which was very handy.David was very detailed and patient in walking us through our purchase contracts and closing. He even had the foresight to ask us if we wanted to do a sewer line inspection during our inspection period. The inspection revealed that roots did get into the sewer lines and we asked the seller to fix the issue before closing. That saved us thousands of dollars in repairs. We cannot recommend David highly enough.

David is simply the best. At every step of the way he was on top of everything. If we had a question he would always have a excellent answer. If we wanted a comp for a house he would create it for us rapidly and give us his knowledgeable input on what a fair offer would be. If we wanted to see a property on short notice hed have us on the property quickly to take a look. Most importantly of all, he never told us was we *wanted* to hear, but rather what we *needed* to hear.And at the end of the day, he was able to get us an excellent deal on the investment house we bought because he recognized a very unique opportunity that another real estate agent wouldnt have noticed. And we were able to go from signing a contract to closing in under a week.I recommend David without equivocation or any reservations.

He has always go above and beyond to help with our problems and watch out for us like he is getting the property for himself. He also takes his time to know us and hear our concerns and address them accordingly. On the day we closed on our property, he even gives us an extra garage remote and dry wall protector that he often carry around on the back of his truck for his clients. And now he is even assisting us with our other property that we are selling by ourselves without asking for anything in return. We can’t be more grateful to have work with David. He is super responsive and has a very good idea about the market. We were selling our property remotely (internationally) and David made the whole process seamless. He was there in person to coordinate with any handymen that came to the property to get it ready for showing. His experience and knowledge of the real estate market was invaluable and his guidance on several occasions saved us from making wrong decisions. Being a first time rental home owner at the time, I was very apprehensive about the whole process and if the incoming tenants would take care of my home properly and so on. However David eased all my concerns by answering my questions, addressing all my concerns and helping me find a great tenant. Since then, David also helped me find another tenant once the first one left. Same experience the second time around as well. Last year my tenant wanted to extend the lease for one more year and David helped me with that as well.
