I wrote a review on Avid about a year ago. I have been trying to edit this review and just dont know how to do that. I must say that in the time I wrote that review, I have seen and been privilege to be in a HOA that is managed by Melissa and Bryana. They both go out of their way to help not only the homeowners but each Board Member. If you are looking for a company to manage your HOA, Avid is the one..... Thanks to all.

Melissa and her team did an excellent job transitioning our services from our prior Property Management Company to Avid Property Management. We are very satisfied with her responsiveness and professionalism. She is creative and easy to communicate with. We are excited to have Melissa assisting us as we move from the developer to the home owners association. We appreciate her organizational skills and her drive to push forward.

We hired Avid Property Management in September 2021. They have been the best HOA Mgmt Co that my community has ever had. They know the HOA rules and they are responsive to homeowner concerns. I highly recommend Melissa and her team to serve your community.
