My favorite leasing experience in 15 years, easy. I just moved out of my home rented from them, and it was a great experience the past year. Im honestly surprised by how friendly and quick they were to accommodate us if we needed a repair or anything. They are tough to reach on the phone, but they will always get back to you through email. In 14+ years of renting around the country, ARAH was the best.Im really confused by the negative reviews, and before I rented with them I was wary based on them, but Im sure tenants / people in general ignore the hits and focus on the misses, which is unfortunate! Rebekah fought to get me approved when we moved in, and helped with many reminders as I was moving out, and David always responded to my emails and the 3 or 4 times weve needed maintenance, we got technicians in quickly and the issue was resolved. Everything was smooth through email.Theyve gone out of their way a couple times for us, but I wont go into details. I just say take the negative reviews with a grain of a salt in my opinion. There are 2 sides to every story. Thanks ARAH for making our first home in Austin a great rental experience.

I just bought a house and moved out of a rental property I leased from Austin Rent A Home. We had a great experience. ANY time we had an issue with the house they were on it quick. Always responded quickly to emails and took care of any issue we ever had. Very Pleased!!! Highly recommend ARAH.

Leasing is a difficult business to be in, but I know that David does his very best in following the Texas leasing laws/codes. He really works with tenants and gives much more grace than he has to. Tenants do get upset, and the definition of clean is so individualized, but he tries to be very very fair to the tenants while also serving in the owners best interest.
