Paul is fantastic to work with. Friendly, responsive, and somehow always has the answer no matter what comes up. Getting started with him took no time at all and he has helped me understand how to be the best host while still balancing costs. His team is wonderful, including everyone who works with him on admin, the cleaning group, etc.

I had a situation last year where my previous property manager kind of left a project unfinished and I was scrambling to look for a new management. Luckily I found Austin BNB Management and they took over right away handling the project from start to finish; mold remediation/remodeling. So far it has been amazing to work with them. They have fully taken over all responsibilities for our rentals and it has been the best decision for us to switch. They made everything 100% hands off for us and have increased our bookings while also maximizing our payouts. I would recommend Paul and his team to anyone who is looking for property management especially long or short term!
