Our community is currently managed by Assured Management. With like every business, there is good and bad that occurs .. however to me the value of a business is determined by the people who manage it. I have been going through a very rough time in life and the current Assured Management team has always been there with open ears and mind to listen to my situation. Id like to give a specific shout out to Jessica, Courtney, & Ashley whove been nothing but angels to help me during my struggles. They have been patient, they listen, and very understanding. Even if it is a situation they cannot directly help with, they work together to try and find a solution on behalf of the people within the community. Words cannot express how appreciative I am for their team and what they have done for me.

Today, I needed help! Margaret Johnson answered her phone. She took time to listen to me and understand my request. Margaret displayed fantastic Customer Service. She was able to email me very quickly! I would highly recommend Margaret get a raise and accommodation for outstanding service.

Experienced an issue with submitting my application to make changes and received a FEE regarding. Reached out to Margaret and she was able to guide me to reach out to Phillip Pelley. Our community has been working with assured management for the past year. They have been proactive in providing services and overseeing projects that have made our community better. Sonya is always available to discuss concerns and address them is a positive manner. If you are looking for a property management company I would recommend Assured!!

Assured Management has been an awesome resource. They keep our HOA board out of trouble by advising current laws of what we can and can not do and what we should and should not do. Specifically, Steve Sumners is our go-to guy. He puts out so many fires and takes very good care of our community. Assured Management is an awesome company and I can’t score them high enough.Thanks for all your hard work, Steve!

As a new and first time HOA resident, I was a bit skeptical with all the negative reviews I have read about living in a HOA community. Fortunately, these negative reviews do not align with my observations. Assured Management has done a great job bring the community together with planned events. They have also been extremely helpful providing detailed answers to questions that I have had. To date, no question has taken longer than a few hours to get a response. I recently submitted an application for some exterior modifications and was told that it would take up to 15 days for approval. To my surprise, the entire approval process took less than 3 business days. Lastly, I love the mobile app. I was able to check on the progress of my application through the entire process. Keep up the good work Assured Management. I look forward to many years with this HOA team.

Assured Management has done a great job managing the Prestmont neighborhood. They are extremely responsive when emailed and work closely with the ACC to get requests reviewed and approved. There have been a couple of neighborhood issues they were able to step in and handle in a professional manner. Steve and Jessica, along with everyone else at AM do a great job. They were quickly able to adapt when Covid hit and kept things moving as normal and have kept things moving as we move back to normal. Very happy to work with them!!

Here is my assessment of the HOA - do I get to do everything I want to do to my property - No.But I will say - they are the most responsive group of HOA I have ever worked. I send in a request - it is acknowledged and responded typically same day or within 24 hours. .... AWESOME.The staff sometimes has to give me answers I don’t want to hear - but they are professional, they show me exactly the line in the by laws, and they are kind about it.No one wants to be told no - but for HOA - I would say I’m happy to have them .... feel I’m treated fairly .... and the customer service is great.GOOD job!!!! Thank you.

Be grateful that we have Assured Management and Steve Sumners. They are responsive and take care of business. They do not make the rules, they enforce them. If the rules need to be changed then please participate in the community meetings and any online voting.If you see something that needs to be done in the community contact Steve. He wants to do a good job for us as a community.

When I moved into my community in August, 2018 I initially had a meh experience with our management company. I received citations on my property before I arrived, and the (now former) manager was less than friendly...but that has all changed for the better! Assured Management has taken major steps to improve their service and I could not be happier with the changes they have implemented. The biggest and most important change was the assignment of a new Sr. Association Manager, Sonya Mokry, to our community in Waxahachie, TX and I cannot rave enough about her! Sonya is very professional, yet friendly and she is extremely responsive and proactive when engaging with me and other residents in our community. Thank you Assured Management for making this important change! It is truly wonderful to know that our community manager is there to work with us, not against us, and it shows how as a company you are invested in the communities you manage and are working very hard to please your client residents.

After moving from Plano to McKinney in 2001, we have owned two different homes dealing with two different HOA’s , I can say it has truly been a pleasure living in the Villas of West Ridge. This gated community is very peaceful and very well managed by Assured Management. The two people I deal with are Wendy Stuart and Cynthia Mahar . It’s their behind the scenes hard work and effort’s that keep this community as peaceful and beautiful as it is. If there is a problem they are very quick to respond your email and address it. You never have to wait for an answer. They keep community informed with regular homeowner meetings at the clubhouse. Without a doubt it’s Wendy Stuart and Cynthia Mahar, that help make the Villas of West Ridge and wonderful place to live . I give my heartfelt thanks to both of them . Thank you 😊

Assured Management is a great management company! They work hard to keep our community up to par. Several times a year Sonya plans community activities for our residents (pool party with a DJ, movie night, community garage sales, etc.) Unfortunately, participation in these is low, but its not from lack of the management company trying.

I am responsible for the landscape management at a very large HOA that is managed by Assured Management. As with any large property communication and support between landscape contractor and management company is very important in order to meet the needs of the HOA. Assured Management is always very supportive and responsive to the needs of their properties. Steve Sumners, the property manager, has always been very quick to respond to any property needs that come up. They simply make it easier to manage the property.Internally, from an accounting perspective, the office personal is very organized, helpful and thorough in their processing of all paperwork. I would highly recommend Assured Management to any of my colleagues or clients.

I called about an issue with billing after I sold my home and my call was immediately answered. In less than 5 minutes on the phone, I had my issue resolved. Really happy with the customer service. I never had an issue with them while I lived in the neighborhood.

I think our HOA does a great job of keeping in communication with us residents and I always have an easy time dealing with them on all needed issues.*Edit* - Now that I read a lot of the other reviews I am highly entertained! I have seen HOA situations since I was a kid in the 1970s and all of you people that are complaining have no idea what a bad HOA looks like.And if you want to go live in a place where there is no HOA, enjoy all of your neighbors that park their cars in the yard and do all kinds of various other things that bring your property values collectively down. If you are dissatisfied with the HOA then you need to realize that the HOA is YOU! Get involved, make a difference, and communicate with the HOA people efficiently and effectively. You cant just sit back and take pot-shots and expect the situation to fix itself.

AMI has provided nothing short of excellent, first class service to our 800+ member HOA and Board of Directors. Five stars? Give em SIX.

ASSURED Mgmt was chosen to legally and holistically rescue and return our community to health. AMI has the heart, know-how, along with industry credentials/experience to advise our board and enforce our governing documents and policies.Our AMI property mgr, Sonya Mokry (CMCA, AMS, PCAM) is far more than proactive; she sees, listens, advises, resolves, and follows up. In almost a year the turnaround is astonishing. Just what can be seen is only part of our story of returning to health.

Sonya has improved the appearance of our community by enhancing with additional updates to our community park and common perimeter areas. Sonya goes above and beyond on enhancing our community and assisting with social activities for the community. Sonya is truly appreciated and a welcomed asset in managing our community.
