    We recently purchased a house in stonewall estates. Contacted Lilly Rivas to assign a new gate code for me and my family. She was very helpful and always responsive to my email.     I was having issues with my HOA account and could not access it for payment. The app and website had different information so we did not receive any notifications. I was lucky to have Ms. Chapman help me with the website. She contacted me the very next day with my issues and replied to my emails whenever I had a problem or question with the HOA website.     My HOA switched to AAM about 2 yrs ago. Heather Leyva is our community manager. I’ve reached out to her as a resident seeking answers to questions on HOA restrictions, quarterly dues, & budget reports. Heather has always been happy to help, responds in a timely manner, & will point me to resources I can refer to for information.I’ve also worked with Heather in an HOA Board capacity where I served on the Social & Communication committees. I appreciated her quick email turnaround when working with our communications deadlines. She was open to my feedback & suggestions on improving our resident experience with AAM. She worked diligently with the appropriate AAM departments to have them implemented.Heather and Lily Rivas have done a phenomenal job the last 2 yrs. It has been a pleasure communicating with these ladies as a resident and while working with them while on a committee.

    Heather Leyva is a top-notch property manager. In her time as Community Manager of our HOA, shes made significant improvements with making the board and community more efficient. She was also instrumental in overhauling the processes that our modification committee uses to review applications.

    I was out of town when the HOA chose to change the company managing our gate access system. When I got back I found the tag I purchased when my car was new in 2021 would no longer open the gate. I contacted Heather at AAM and after a few fits and starts finally got the problem resolved. Throughout the process Heather was prompt and courteous responding to my inquiries and requests. I appreciate the efforts she took on my behalf, though Im still in the dark as to why the HOA changed the gate access system in the first place and what if any benefits accrued from doing that.
