    I received a HOA warning letter for having weeds in the flowerbed last October. I took care of the issue immediately but later in November I found in my account a $50 penalty. I contacted the Community Association Manager Kailey Jordan for help. She was very friendly, responsible and diligent in her work. The penalty was waived thanks to her help.

    I called in due to my health issues and being a widow of 75 years old had informed them that I’ve been here for almost 30 years that I was not able to take care of the painting of my garage door. My yard is done every two weeks for the past 10 years. The lady I spoke to was very nice and she addressed my issues so I don’t have to worry about it. I can take care of it after the new year when I am able to healthwise. thank you for being considerate of my needs at this time in my life

    Our Condo Association uses ASI Craig Lester and have for years. Solid. Dependable. Craig has become a valued member of the Island House Family as we have navigated through storms, insurance, plumbing, pools, trees and other challenges. Great work. We just re-signed with them. Value for money.

    Our home was inspected and found to need a good pressure wash and painting. Though we werent really planning to paint our house for another few months Amy and Cheryl (Associa Gulf Coast - St. Pete, FL) were very understanding and gave us the time to properly prepare and get things done, despite the reputation of HOAs, this has been an excellent experience! Thank you ladies for your kindness and helpfulness, its been a joy to meet and work with you on this.

    Laura Rosenfeld was recently assigned as our property manager to our community. She has proven to be very professional, attentive, and super responsive to the community requests. Her response time is almost immediate. She has helped me answer several questions i had regarding community guidelines as well as guided me on best practices as it relates to addressing my home needs. I believe her professional approach and expertise on community management is a great asset to Associa and helps raise customer service standards to this professional industry.

    Re 100 Park Ave. West, DenverThe staff and tenants here are clearly one of the best features of living in this building. You find yourself surrounded by extraordinarily thoughtful and helpful people. Jennifer and staff, without hesitation, are quick to respond to your needs. And the tenants offered help on so many occasions. You realize you have settled into a caring community. I dont know what I would do without them!

    Diana Smith took over as our rep at the Villas at Country Lane in McKinney when our regular rep went out in maternity leave. If I could give her 10 stars I would and I would really like to keep her as our permanent rep. She responds to our board and members promptly, sends our reports timely, and has made numerous very helpful suggestions. If all of Associa Principal Management reps were like her they would corner the market.

    I have had a nagging problem with acknowledgement of a bill payment. Its one of those things that makes no sense and is no one persons fault but that ultimately falls back on the person who is responsible for the payment.To my great good fortune, I have had the very capable assistance of Jo Kleckner, of Associa Mid-Atlantic, who has helped me work through the problem. Not only has she responded to all my questions in a timely and detailed manner. She has also shown the kind of friendly and caring regard that one associates with the best corporate service, and that is, alas, all too often unavailable today.Jo Kleckner is a tribute to her position and to the corporation for which she works. Shes old school quality.

    Our community facilities have improved a lot after Mr.Daniel Matos joined the facilities department. He started looking into issues that were not working from years and months like bringing back community hall for owner/Tenent to rent for an occasion, keeping the streets clean by constantly moving around and removing the trash, bringing back the children play areas back to form by installing new swings and equipments. Looking after the community trash, which was always a problem before.Helping tenants by passing their suggestions and reviews to community management board. Overall a Nice and friendly person to work with!!

    I am very happy with our Legacy at Meadowcroft (Home Owner Association) under Management of Associa Mid-Atlantic, AAMC for their 5-Star Service in processing Rooftop Solar Panels over my house in their development in record time. Legacy at Meadowcroft is very friendly community for 50+ adults and served ny HOA with various amenities like swimming pool, pleasant Clubhouse, and many others to keep their resident busy and cooperative in carrying out required permits in case single house homeowners need any modifications without any hassle!

    We have been with Associa for 4 plus years now. They are superior to all of the prior Management companies We previously used. The infrastructure provided in Financial Management is extremely useful to us in seeing our snapshot daily. We are a small community but are treated like their number one priority when we call on them. The Town Square app is particularly useful in notifying the Community of meetings, upcoming maintenance, and special announcements. The owners can also check their account status as needed.

    Heather Spardley is the manager at 1340 Gulf Blvd. We have been in this building since 2009. In all these years, we had seen several mangers come and go. However Heather has been providing good services. She is customer friendly but effective in enforcing the necessary rules for the betterment of the building. She responds promptly for any questions or needs. This is the first time we have come a good manager for these buildings. Thanks!

    We hired HRW-Associa to begin February 1. The transfer was a little less than smooth but once we met our manager and saw the superior service and attention to detail they have exceeded all our expectations. Our previous Management Company had never provided this level of service. In the past two years the old company had neglected inspections of the neighborhood, writing violations and assisting with any gathering of bids on work. Within one month our new manager, Ashley, with HRW has had two contractors come in to get estimates for pool renovation and for vendor estimate for repair and service of our 11 areas of rip rap. Amazing. She produced a Board Book with definitions of the Board Objections, descriptions of all the roles and what is expected of each role. HRW process of feedback is smack on.If I could improve one thing--it would be their call system. Our homeowners are experiencing long hold times and then having to leave messages. They feel they cant get the answers they are looking for and our senior population prefers to do things by phone over computer systems-TownSq. Not ideal but I believe they are working on it.Much appreciation for the time and effort HRW and Ashley have put into our community.

Since Associa has been our management company since April, not only has Robby worked to help with our budget and vendors, he also has been very instrumental in getting our neighborhood up to date on broken items and keeping the board informed of what we need to do and what is going on!New Pool Company within 1 week, as our previous pool company gave us a green pool since they stated they didnt get $$ so decided not to treat our pool. Robby was instrumental in calling them SAME DAY! to get this taken care of and addressedLandscape, instrumental in getting the needs of the neighborhood and SEVERAL complaints addressed real time and on the spot, you both even came out and met with TINY! THANK YOU!!!!Day to Day needs of our community, fire that broke out in the wash (robby was onsite and helped with anything needed). neighbor complaints. the payment issues of the ebank, just to name a few.Budget! THANK YOU, I knew we were severely handicapped but didnt know how mcuh~Townsquare, instrumental at making it work for me, yes I love anything IT related and to have this instead of this email address for neighbor complaints! 5 STARPool Lock, Robby and I had to look at some houses that needed painting (questionable), I appreciate being included by the way, as you know I am very involved in this community. The pool lock was broken, Robby helped get the repair man out ASAP!! Saves the DAY again!I very much appreciate our partnership. If you need me to do anything more than an email, review, video let me know. I am happy to work with any other HOA president and/or market the Associa name! PS Thank you for assigning Robby (James) Buttke as our community manager! I am very thankful.

    I presume all depends on where you live with how your experience will go. At Equestrian Parc in Tampa, FL, it’s all about communicating and following up, but the job gets done. I’ve been really impressed with the team here and Daniel Matos is very helpful. From the day I moved in, he and his crew helped me unload my motorcycle and got us new keys for the mail and entry/pool after scheduling time to meet.

    Just had to take the time to write a review of Gary Hawthorne, I recently 6mo ago moved into my HOA and had a HUGE issue. He advocated for me and several other home owners and approached our board to discuss options in meeting a middle ground for us. He is always responsive and warm and welcoming. He truly is amazing.     I wanted to give a shout out to Mandy Brittain with the Silverthorn HOA (Brooksville, FL 334609). As a resident for the past 3 years, we regularly have questions or concerns and I know that all I have to do is reach out to Mandy in the HOA office and not only does she answer our questions so we are in the know, but she also follows through on anything that pertained to the question or concern. This month was a gate clicker that wasnt working, booking one of the rooms at the Silverthorn Community Center and trying to place an ad in the community magazine, Traditions. Mandy is so knowledgeable and is always willing to help as we appreciate her efforts. Thanks!!

    April 16th I sent an email to Jessica Alexander, Supervising Community Manager, Associa Nevada South. I don’t know Ms Alexander personally but I wanted my concerns to be seen by someone in authority.I expresed a general concern about what appeared to me to be an ineffective inspection and enforcement program that ensures owner/occupants comply with community standards. I also made mention of a couple of specific examples.I sent my email to Ms. Alexander late on a Sunday night. Less than 14 hours later I had a very polite, informative and profesfional response from her. I can’t remember the last time I experienced such responsiveness from a service-provider anywhere.Not only was she quick to reply, she was straight-up in acknowledging to me that there had been some problems related to the inspection program, and advised that they were working on a remedy.And further, that she would be personally helping out with the monthly inspections in the interim.And as if that’s not enough, just a couple days after sending my initial email to her I saw that the most egregious violation I mentioned had already been corrected.I commend Ms. Alexander for her responsiveness, initiative and professionalism. An outstanding ambassador for Associa.

    Lili is an awesome Community Manager. She delivers white glove service and addresses all of my concerns efficiently, professionally, and promptly. She is by far the best manager this community has had as we have gone through many!

    We had some hard times with our asso before . but since Melissa Brooks be came our manager things are going to so much different . She responded requiring and solve the problems very nicely and quickly . I feel like I am in good hands
