    Super happy to work with Joel!I am myself work for a painting company and have partnered with him on a few recent jobs!Each and every time we have worked together he has been very communicative, understanding and kind! When challenges are faced, he is patient to work through them together, never points fingers and never gets upset! If youre looking for a realtor who makes the entire buying and selling process a breeze, look no further.Selling my old house could have been a stressful ordeal, but Joel took care of everything. He gave my place a thorough evaluation and helped me understand the current market in Bowie. His advice on staging was spot-on, and thanks to his expertise, we got multiple offers and sold the house quickly and above asking price!Finding a new place was just as smooth. Joel listened carefully to what I was looking for and showed me only properties that fit my needs and budget. He was incredibly patient with my indecisiveness and always available to answer my questions, no matter how small.Overall, working with Joel was a fantastic experience.     I loved working with Joel Ake, he is the best realtor I’ve worked with by far. He really listened to understand what was important to us for our new house, and he sent us listings to review, daily, that was inside our guidelines and budget.
