    The friendly staff at this company have very much made me feel at home since we are relocating to the Fort Cavazos area. My sister recently moved in to one of the properties they manage and recommended looking to rent with Armadillo. Their leasing agent Stephanie showed me and my husband one of their properties and was very patient and helpful. We look foward to moving to Texas.

    I was limited with five stars. Otherwise, I would have given nine. All I can say is if you like money and would like to keep as much as possible or to give yourself a decent chance for a profit, I would recommend this organization and their team.I recently sold a home with this team and could not be happier or satisfied. Every effective organization needs professionalism and proficiency. There is rarely a unicorn in this world of Real Estate and Armadillo Properties is that unicorn.It was my first time selling a home and there was much to take advantage of as far as trying to make a quick buck. However, such was not the case. Mrs. Denise and her team educated me and were patient with me. They represented me based on my interests and not for a quick sale.Proficiency.     I don’t think I could say “thank you” enough to Armadillo Properties. The kindness, respect and generosity they have bestowed this far to my mother and myself is better than I would ever have imagined. LaShonda is the epitome of was a truly caring individual should be especially business wise. I hope and genuinely believe that this kind of respect and compassion will continue. As most people know rental companies only see numbers and not people. I look forward to my mother renting from this company and have peace that this company takes care of its tenants.

    The staff is sweet. As long as you don’t give them a hard time, they won’t give you one. I’ve lived here over a year and they never gave me a problem as long as you pay your rent on time. I would’ve gave 5 stars but however the only problem I’ve had is the work order issues. My washing machine broke first month in and I called to get it fixed but they told me the longest I’ll have someone to fix it would be 9 months. It’s been over a year and still a broken washing machine. That’s okay though, I’m glad I’ve got to live in this quiet and peaceful little neighborhood for an extraordinary price for rent for the time being. Absolutely great place :)

    After relocating to Texas I became a renter for the first time in decades. During Covid rentals were very hard to find. Armadillo and the property owner replaced the tattered carpet in my unit before I moved in. They have been very responsive to the minor repairs needed and they replaced a ceiling fan and the range when needed. Because of Armadillo and this property owner renting has been a good experience. Five stars! 👍

    We have had Armadillo as a property management company for 7 years and theyve been great. Very open communication, professionalism, and timely responses. Ive been satisfied with their service. Upon deciding to sell our home they were very helpful in determining fair market value and getting documents done promptly. They gave sound advice upon receipt of an offer and worked hard to get it closed quickly. Im hair with them as a property management company and feel they handled the sale wonderfully. Id recommend them to others 😁

    I rented a townhouse from Armadillo Properties with no issues in 2007-2008. I used them as a property manager to manage my rental home from 2014-2022. I never had a problem they couldn’t fix. They managed my property well and coordinated repairs with little hassle as I was out of state.Finally, I used them to sell my rental home in 2022. They marketed it, showed it, and sold it for above asking. When the buyer required repairs, they handled that as well. If my life ever takes me back to central Texas, I will gladly do business with them again.

    I have worked with Armadillo Properties for many years as property management for my rental property and they have always been on top of anything I needed. They are very professional and get things done fast. Since I have already built a trusted relationship with them I decided to use Daniel when I was ready to sell my property. Everything went very smooth and Daniel was always there to answer any question or concerns I had. We had multiple offers and closed faster then I would have imagined! Highly recommend!

    Armadillo Properties has been fantastic to work with for the past 15 years!I purchased a new 4-plex in Killeen with Denises help back in 2006 and have been very happy with their property management ever since. They take very good care of the property and grounds. They perform an annual inspection of all units and send me a report with photos of anything that needs attention. Repairs are made promptly and tenants are charged if the repair was their responsibility. They have an excellent website for accounting and documents and communications with the staff were great. Armadillo was very good at finding good tenants and I rarely had a vacancy that lasted for more than a month.Since Armadillo was so competent and easy to work with, I recently asked if they would help with the sale of the property. They found me an all cash buyer for a good price within a few days and we closed escrow in about 10 days!I can recommend Armadillo Properties to anyone looking to invest in the Fort hood area without hesitation!

    They have been absolutely wonderful! I cant speak for home owners, but as a renter, and going on 3 years with them, I can say they have always treated us fairly, work orders are high priority for them, and they care about you being treated right.I would also like to remind people, that work orders that take awhile, are not the fault of the rental company, but more often than not, the fault of the actual home owner. A rental company not only works for you, but for the home owners, and if the repair is costly, they have to get approval from the owner.After the amazing job Ive seen Armadillo do with their renters, I can only imagine their work with home owners would be just as great. I look forward to a continued relationship with them!

    Ive rented from them twice and they have always been fair and thorough. I recently bought a house but if I had to rent again I would definitely go to Armadillo. Always friendly, prompt with any maintenance issues. The maintenance gals really showed empathy when we had an AC issue last summer and worked fast to resolve. It was middle of Texas summer so it was very much appreciated!

    We bought our home with help of Aramadillo Properties in 2001. The Army moved us 2008 and Denise and team managed our property for 12 years. For 12 years we had piece of mind because of the excellent maintenance department. AC, heater, plumping issues never a major issue the team handled all these issues with speed and professionalism. When we finally decided to sell our home the Aramadillo team gave us an honest assessment of what our home was worth and worked hard to sell in a timely manner. We are very thankful for the years of service. They are a family owned business that works hard. We will miss Copperas Cove.

    I have owned 2 duplexes and as an owner I kept up with maintenance orders and appreciate their quick response to maintenance issues. The tennants appreciated their homes. There were regular inspections set to protect the interest of the tenant, owners and the property. They can only get the work done the owner authorizes and is made aware of by the tenant A few owners are offered to leave their services if not maintaing the properties as contracted. My properties had to be sold due to my husbands health. I now have another property and intend to get it up to standard in a few months to have it rented out by their service again. I allow no pets and they abide by my wishes as I appreciate due to my allergies. Ive had tennants who have violated their contract an when found immediate action had begun. Though the new COVID policies have been enacted, I was rightly concerned and have been reassured they will protect both my interests and the tenants. With a more indepth understanding about the policies enacted. They stay knowledgable about up to date laws concerning both tenant and owners interests. I am confident in their abilities to manage my newest property and any future properties having had the many years of no complaints from my visits with the tenants at my unusual request with their chaperone and clearing up any issues immediately. Occasionally tenants had a complaint and it was found that they had not placed the required request for repair handled by the repair department. Rather some tenants complaints were lodged at the time of payment through the leasing section of their facility. Please feel free to ask about my property in a few months from now and I will expect happy tenants. It is planned as a 3 bedroom 2 full bath brick home, with a large fenced yard, newly shingled roof, new hot water heater, washer and dryer bought within a few months, and the further maintence I will have done to bring it up to my high standards. I dont intend to rent cheap, but I intend to have tenants that can reside happily within the contractual requirements for both owners and tenants. If my property has been rented request a owner with a history of excellent maintence or a property with a high standard of the required inspection of the property at the onset of the contract and between tenants.

    We have been working with our property manager, Daniel Edwards, for five and a half years now. Until recently, we decided to sell our home and made the decision to use him as our realtor. Daniel displayed a wonderful sense of urgency and got everything done in a timely manner as well as going above and beyond to meet our needs. He always kept us up to date on changes and progress during the entire process of trying to sell our home. I highly recommend Daniel and Armadillo Properties for anyone who is in search of a realtor to aid them in the buying, selling, or even during the rental process.

    I have been renting with this company since 2014 and am sad to be leaving! Moving back to our home town. This company has been amazing and fair!!! They keep nothing from you and are very helpful and military appreciative!!! After moving out of one property to a bigger property within the armadillo rental company we received a good portion of our deposit back. They were very reasonable and did not overcharge us for the wear and tear in the home. We upgraded from a duplex to a four bedroom home on half-acre and it has beenThe best experience thus far! They do check quarterly and do walk-throughs and have been very kind and quick and courteous when we are at the home. Moving out has been a very easy and smooth transition with this company! I have never visited the Killeen location, but the coppers cove location has always been kind and sweet and extremely knowledgeable. They have always taking time out to answer any of my questions and go above and beyond to help me out! The portal is very user-friendly, and when I have entered and submitted work orders they contact me the very next day to let me know how soon the maintenance can come out to check on the issue and or fix it. At one point my stove top completely went out, they attempted to contact the homeowner home was a military active-duty member and was overseas. They were unsuccessful in trying to contact him and get information from him to verify if they could purchase the part for the stove that was needed, as it was more expensive and exceeded the limit that the homeowner allowed the property company to purchase. With that said the company wanted to honor the agreement between them and the homeowner but also understood that my family of five needed a stove top. The company decided to go ahead and purchase a brand new stove and advised me that this was on the company!!!! I asked them what they were going to do with the original stove and they advised that they were going to put it in storage until they could reach the homeowner and let him decide what he wanted to do. As far as a rental company I give them as many stars as I possibly can! Great company and if they ever reach Dallas I would be happy to rent from them again!

    I moved into my rental house August and I had so many issues. The water heater busted, garage broke, back door lock was messed up to name a few things.     OUTSTANDING FRIENDLY SERVICE. Rental Agent Ms. Lashonda Mosley was very helpful and made the renting process so easy. As a new residence of Texas relocating from out of state she made feel right at home and that was greatly appreciated. Flatly honest all through their move out list is a bit extensive bordering on asinine but its close to a white glove military standard clean as it should be...Though washing the outside windows is a bit absurd in texas....
