By far the most valuable decision that I made as a business owner was to employ the help of APM Help. I feel like I have never had to worry since the very beginning and I almost chose another company but was told to look around just before I signed the contract. So very glad that I shopped around a bit more, the other company gave me bad vibes and took a long time to provide responses. I am editing this review just to add that years later I continue to use them and they do an excellent job! Sept 2022I am so thrilled to have come across this company to handle my Bookkeeping errors that are a little more involved than I am able to quickly resolve.It feels great to know that I can just tell them what the problem is, give them access, and they give me very detailed instructions with links exactly to the areas of what I need to fix and those fixes are accurate.That’s not always the case when I go directly to my systems support tech team. APM fixes the problem right the first time. This is huge when you consider the errors that can follow a bad fix.I no longer worry about bookkeeping errors and whether I have time to get them worked out. I simply send it right on over to APM and don’t bother with the stress of trying to figure it out myself. Time is money and stress eats up the time you can be doing productive growth generating work. So far so good. We have been with APM Help for 5 months now and I have no complaints. I like the daily tracking of my trust accounts. I am immediately notified if the accounts are out of balance. It is so much easier to deal with a fresh transaction discrepancy rather than try to figure it out 3 or 4 weeks later. Hamda is so friendly and very helpful and professional.

Oh my gawd. I can’t say enough good things.We would be on our way out of property management as opposed to on our way up without APM.The entire organization is amazing and impressive. We are using rent manager and their accounting services, but can’t wait to expand into maintenance coordination.If you’re a property manager use this company, and then focus on what you’re (most likely) good at -> go get doors.If you ever have any questions about them or who should use them, why you should use them, anything at all -> reach out to me directly. Buildium should partner with APM. Their book keeping is amazing. If you are not using APM to do your books you are missing out. I only wish I would have known about them when we first got started with Buildium. As we grow I will definitely be increasing my services with them.

Our company has been working with APM Help well over 3 years--the fall of 2017. Prior to engaging them I struggled to keep our AppFolio bank accounts tripled tied -- not because owners and vendors werent getting the correct payments, but because of my failure to understand AppFolios posting nuisances. The stress was starting to keep me up at night. Not only did Taylor and his team identify and fix the issues I had, but they educated me in what I was doing wrong so I didnt make the same mistakes going forward. AppFolio is a great tool and our business could not perform as well without it, but the accounting functionality has some gotchas . I go to them immediately with any issues I have, the issues is resolved before it grows into something bigger resulting in our bank accounts being consistently triple tied out and my accounting stress is nonexistent! Thanks APM Help team!

I own my own property management company and as in real estate and property management there is lots and lots of admin and book keeping work required. I often have to integrate and connect transactions from my corporate account to our real estate trust account. APM Help has been my most valuable asset in 2020 and 2021. They have turned my financial structure from a hodge podge of day to day transactions (which I know havent been exactly coherent) to a professional highly categorized accounting system. Both for my trust account AND for my corporate account. This has now allowed me to implement a proper accounting structure based on income stmt/balance sheet to properly assess my financial strength on a month to month basis and make critical financial decisions more precise and with a vision of profit goals, expense control, which will in turn allow me to concentrate on sales, which is why Im in business! I cannot say enough how Rena Widboom, Lysa Truong, Stacy Ellison, John Paul Porras, Chonalyn Ong, and the rest of this team has turned my business into an organization with financial structure! Of all the third party vendors I work with on my business, APM Help has definitely been my vendor of the year for the past two years! Thank you so much for all youve done!
