Great rental. My Family and I were placed here while our insurance made repairs to our home, we loved it. Close to the schools, great location, and not far from our home. Property was clean and almost felt like home - almost lol! Management was great and responded quickly to any concerns we had.

We relocated to Plano area with work and needed a place to stay at the beginning until we move into our rented house and get our cargo. The house we got through Grant was PERFECT for our needs as a family of four with 2 young girls - it was clean, cozy and inviting, we felt at home immediately and enjoyed a spacious and fully equipped house, up to the very fine details. Check in and user instructions for the house were super user friendly and the communication with Grant was pleasant and efficient before and throughout our stay. The area was great - quiet and accessible. I highly recommend this option for anyone who needs temporary housing where you can just bring your clothes and nothing more…smooth and positive experience all together!

We stayed at this property managed by Grant Wickes for 5 months while our house was under construction. Grant took great care of us the entire time. Anything that came up, he took care of immediately. He promptly responded to anything we needed. He was very kind and checked on us frequently. Thank you Grant for being such a blessing!

We can’t recommend ANGR properties highly enough! From the first view of the website and all of the communication and service that followed, Grant was highly professional, friendly, and responsive. After experiencing a major flood in our home while we were out of town, we had no idea if we would find a suitable place to live with our two dogs while our home was being reconstructed. The home on Elizabeth was clean, and fully stocked where all we needed to bring was our clothes and groceries. Grant was very familiar with the housing provider that our insurer uses, so that made the whole process even easier. As a bonus, he had a great recommendation for a general contractor which we used. If you find yourself with a large loss and will be displaced for several months, staying with ANGR properties will make difficult situation much easier, knowing that you have a clean, and comfortable place to stay.

We recently had the misfortune of being displaced from our home due to water damage. Being out for several months, we needed short term housing. Grant is an amazing property manager and knows exactly how to deal with situations like ours. His property was perfectly located and he worked very hard to ensure any issues during our stay were resolved quickly. On top of that, Grant is a good person and we are glad to know him. Would strongly recommend consulting with him if you are looking for temporary housing in the area.

We had a pipe in our attic burst and flood our house. We stayed in one of Grants properties for 5 months while the repairs were being completed. Grant was very thoughtful and kind about our needs and stress levels - he made sure the property was warm and welcoming for us! Grant was also very responsive to any concerns we had during our stay (all minor things, like a smoke alarm battery) and even brought out a couple of end tables for the couch, when he noticed we needed them. He communicated well about any visits (from himself, lawn guys, pool guys) and always followed through in a timely matter. His calm and encouraging manner was just what we needed during this very stressful time! If I am ever in need of temporary housing again, my first call will be to Grant!

My husband and I will always remember this place.We are grateful that it was available when we needed it for a temporary use after our house got caught on fire. We loved that it was furnished, including kitchen appliances and utensils. The view from the living room through large windows was a beautiful golf course and nature walk . Mr Grant, the manager, was mostly available for us when needed, just a text away; he he was very kind and friendly with us too.

My family had to temporarily relocate due to a leak in our kitchen. It’s not easy to find a rental in Plano that will accommodate four people and two dogs, but we did manage to find one. Our property manager, Grant Wickes, truly went above and beyond to make sure our stay went well. There were just a few minor problems at the house and he bent over backwards to make sure everything was fixed to our satisfaction. He is very detail oriented and listens to his clients. His wife, Anne, helps him and she is wonderful, too. I would not hesitate to call on him if we ever needed to and I would highly recommend him- if you are considering renting one of his properties, you will be in good hands!

Grant was very attentive to all of our needs/requests while we were guests here. He was always very prompt at answering our calls and making sure our stay went smoothly. We enjoyed the home as it had so many amenities to make it comfortable while we were away from ours. Highly recommend!

The home is perfect for short/long stays, Grant goes above and beyond to ensure you have the basic necessities. The house has ample room with a large back yard. Our length of stay was two months. What I liked: Master bedroom is very spacious, patio with grill and large backyard, quiet neighborhood, quick access to groceries/shopping, and a host who was awesome! Would stay here again!

This house and contents are in great condition and functioning well. It is close to highways and main roads, shopping malls, restaurants and grocery stores, making it very convenient as a rental residence for insurance housing, and particularly attractive for month-to-month or corporate housing needs. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. Grant is an excellent friendly host, very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely recommend it to all my friends.

The property on Augusta is by far the best short-term house rental I’ve ever stayed in. My family and I spent two months at the property while I worked over the summer. Every part of the home was clean, including the shower and bathtub. The home was well-apportioned and included everything we needed over our stay. There were only three of us, but the kitchenware, bedding, and towels would have been more than enough for a large family. The kitchen was spacious and comfortable to cook in. The yard was well maintained and roomy enough for our three-year old to to play in frequently and safely. The beds and furniture were comfortable, and despite having a ton of seating, the living room was spacious. The photos on the listing represent the home accurately. There is one very large TV in the living room configured with cable tv and a Chromecast for streaming. The WiFi was fast, and we didn’t experience a single internet outage the entire time we were there. The location is perfect for getting anywhere in Plano/Allen/Richardson/McKinney. My commute to Richardson was about 20 minutes during rush hour, taking only surface streets. The nearest large grocery store (Tom Thumb) is about a five minute drive away, and there were plenty of good restaurants within a 15 minute radius. The neighborhood is safe and surrounds a golf course. We frequently took walks after 10pm, and there were plenty of people and families still out and walking their dogs. There’s a small park/playground about a 5 minute walk away, and much larger parks a short drive away. Grant was an excellent host, very friendly, and very accommodating. The only time we had an issue with the house—the garage opener got stuck and we had to open the door manually—he had a repairman out the next day and met him at the house so that we wouldn’t have to be home. Everything about the place is great, and it really felt like we were home for the two months we were there.

Relocating can be stressful, but looking for short-term housing with multiple dogs is even more daunting. We were so fortunate to find a lovely property with a backyard and walking trails nearby. The owner is super-easy and flexible to work with. I would highly recommend this property if youre looking for a stress-free, comfortable home.
