    Typically responsive and easy to deal with. Maintenance requests were usually dealt with quickly. Florence was very professional and overall it was a good experience.

    We moved to San Angelo from out of state and the folks at Angelo Rentals D&D made the move SO easy. They made sure everything was in order so we could just drive up and move in. Weve now been their tenants for two years and have only great things to say. Their management and maintenance teams are always timely, attentive, and kind.They are also very good at explaining the ins and outs of the lease agreements so that everyone is on the same page. Its very nice to have a property manager that treats you with respect as a tenant.Finally, they have everything we need available online in a tenant portal system that is so fast and easy to use. We love it!

    Excellent and prompt Maintenance service. I put in a Maintenance request on the Company Portal on Sunday after 7pm and on Monday by noon I had someone calling to ask if I could meet them at my home. My request was for a leak under my kitchen sink. It was determined that I needed a new garbage disposal immediately. The technician asked about the bottom of the cabinet because it was sinking due to a leak that had occurred before I moved in. The cabinet floor had never been replaced. The tech quickly went to purchase a new disposal and went above what was asked for in the original request, he measured and cut wood to fix the bottom of the cabinet as well. He then even asked me for my broom and mop to clean up the saw dust and the water prints from his work. I insisted that he not worry about the clean up because I was so grateful for his going above and beyond what I expected. He was kind, respectful and very professional. I was thoroughly pleased and told him that I would recommend he get a raise. Very impressed with the over all processes from stay to finish! Would highly recommend!!!

    Ever since they bought my apartment complex, the quality of service has just gone up exponentially. Very grateful they have been able to work with me and have always excelled in maintenance requests.

    Very kind and courteous, maintenance always comes in a timely manner and work with my schedule. Theyre very good about giving reminders on routine inspections and informing of any unexpected maintenance issues. Easy to get ahold of and very helpful. I am more than pleased with my experience and my apartment as well!

    My apartment flooded and management took care of me getting moved to a different property. Was frustrating to deal with and make 40+ phone calls about it to get it all taken care of but regardless when there was an issue they did the right thing.

    Absolutely love renting from Dierschke and Dierschke!! I am currently wanting to rent a new property with them and they have been so kind and patient with me. They sent over the lease and answered every question I had and ensured I was knowledgeable about what I was signing! The thing I appreciate the most is the hundreds of times I called them with a new question, even though I am sure they are super busy, they NEVER made me feel rushed or a burden!! Great great people here!!!

    My husband and I made the huge move from northeast Pennsylvania,aka the coal region to SanAngelo to be closer to our grown daughter and our two yrs old grandson,and soon to be born g randdaughter.I started looking for a place to call home,but not to own.Been there,didthat for 32years!And ,there it was ,a 3)2 literally two streets from my daughter!From the first time I contacted Derschke ,my calls,texts,emails were answered I n a timely,professional,and friendly manner. .They co ordinated seamlesslywith me,and reassured me the house by would be ready for us after our 1618 Mile drive to Texas.And it waa!That was a huge relief!the only time I had to put in a maintence request to have the doors rekeyed,my request was responded to within an hour,and I was scheduled on with the locksmith and she called the next day,came out that day and rekeyed the doors in a timely, professional,friendly manner. We are so glad to be clients/renters of Dierschke.The house is perfect for us two Nana and pap pap.Freshly painted,with a big yard,that I can plant my beloved flowers in,play outside with our in grandkids and enjoy this second half of our lives here in toasty warm,(love this permanent sunshine!) friendly,welcoming SanAngelo.And never have to worry about doing the repairs,if and when any wouldbe needed!just put request in amaintence request and they got it covered!
