    I been living here in the Wildhorse neighborhood for 20 years. We had 2 previous associations. They hardly did anything except charge us more.Ever since AMG came along, they been taking good care of our neighborhood. They fixed all the fences, added, fixed things, etc. They are doing a great job, now our neighborhood is looking good again and I want to thank them for all the work they’ve done here!

    I called and was lucky enough to get a young man named Jason who listened patiently to my request to find out what violations i had on the properties i own in Kensington Ranch. He took the time to go over each one and to offer a remedy for each. He was patient and completely knowledgeable of what he said. Again it was a pleasure in this time and age when you dont normally get the customer service.

    Lyn, was very kind over the phone. When I called I was upset about my assessment since I pay them through autopay and it showed I still owed more money. Lyn eased my mind and told me I had been over paying and I only owed that lower amount for Jan. She advised me to pay the balance for Jan and set up a new reoccurring for the $82.00.     Your online payment site is AWFUL! I paid my fee on Jan 6, 2024 and was told my HOA fee was accepted and I had a zero balance. I was billed again in Feb with late fees/penalties. And I was not billed for my second property, an empty lot that you continue to send bills to. They dont come to me because theres no mailbox for that property. Ive told you several times I own the property - send the bills to me - never happens. So I had to pay late fees and penalties for that property too. Ednalyn Lorenzo was the only person who could fix this for me. She gets the five stars. AMG Assn Mngt - 0 stars :

    We manage over 300 properties and at times have to deal with not-so-friendly HOAs. Unfortunately, it is not the best of experiences, but we currently have a violation in our vacant properties, and their Community Manager (Michael Martinez) was quick to answer our questions in our email submission and was cordial enough to explain exactly what the issue was and how we can correct satisfactorily. He also followed up to see if we needed more time, which we didnt but the follow-up was not expected and greatly appreciated. Extremely thankful for the quick response and will be correcting the deficiency ASAP.

    Recently we submitted an ACC request for front yard renovations we planned to complete. After a month of waiting on our HOA committee to approve the project in a timely, we were exhausting our efforts of following up. Our community manager was out of the country, and RaShonda Bell-Allen was able to not only take the time to hear me out and allow me to vent, but she went the extra mile by personally taking the time to call our committee members to remind them that the deadline was quickly approaching. RaShonda went out of her way to help get things done in a timely fashion. She deserves kudos on a job well done, stepping up when her team was out, and going above and beyond to ensure residents are helped and happy!
