My wife and I have been renting through Amberson for a little under a year now, and completely disagree with many of the 1 star reviews.1) Everyone we have spoken to or dealt with from Amberson has been kind.2) All maintenance on the home we are renting has been handled immediately and professionally.3) I have had no issue getting ahold of Amberson when I have questions or concerns regarding the lease.Based on these points above, I would suspect some of the poor reviews to be one sided and are from situations where the commenter is not taking responsibility for their faults and/or not providing the full story.I am a veteran who has dealt with many poorly run realty groups; Amberson Realty is not poorly run.

If you need a house to rent or buy, Anita Reeves if a professional and I would HIGHLY recommend her without a doubt. I bought two houses and she was my realtor. I rented a condo and she was landlord way back when before I had kids. Then I reached out to her to when I wanted to rent my house and she took care of everything for me, WITH EASE. She’s been doing this for a long time. Guess what? She didn’t use social media to list my house. Seriously!

Ive been a tenant for almost a year and recommend Amberson realty. When I was looking for a rental, they were going quick & most were taking several applications at a time and they didnt do that. Ive had to call about my garbage disposal & Microwave not working & the maintenance crew were at my house the following day. I appreciate their professionalism & understanding!

The best property managers in San Antonio. Youd be surprised how well Anita Reeves takes care of her clients properties. She goes way beyond the scope of any other management company Ive dealt with. Highly recommended to have this team manage your investment properties.

Ive been living in a property managed by Amberson Realty for a year and a half and I have never had a problem with anything; Anita and her staff are always a joy to talk to!
