    As a naturally suspicious person that tends to check everything from all angles before he takes action, I was quite reluctant to work with an agency to purchase my property and thought I should go about it myself. I have to say I was absolutely shocked with the level of service and professionalism Or and his team delivered every step of the way from the property search, to negotiation, closing, renting and maintaining it. This is a team of true pros that really do care for their clients (been one for nearly 2 years now) and go above and beyond to make sure everyone is satisfied.     Jennifer and team are awesome! Friendly, patient, and professional about everything they do. Jennifer offers above-and-beyond-expectation service and can pretty much get anything done to fix/stage/and sell your home for top dollar. She actually had to talk me into listing our home higher than I thought we could possibly get--so I bet her how long it would be on the market--she said 2 weeks, I said 2 months. She won--getting us top dollar in 4 days! Amazing--truly.

    Jen is now my AMAZING broker! She had me at her genuineness. Shes got it all and a bag of chips. When choosing a broker theres all the normal questions.... splits, training, facilities. Every firm has a different vibe and every agent is different. I chose to not be just another number at a big firm thats going to take a huge gouge out of each transaction I close.     The word “Amazing” truly defines realtor Carol Adra of Amazing Realty. With the crazy real estate market in Austin, I am thankful I was referred to Carol. From the first contact, until I found a home, Carol went above and beyond my expectations.The listing I wanted to see had limited availability for showing. The first time I was on the phone with Carol she told me that there was only 30 minutes before the time expired for showing. She agreed to leave right away to meet me at the house. We arrived in time and she got on the phone right away with the listing agent to see what we needed to do to get that house.That deal fell through but a better deal came along. The timing was horrible for Carol, however, because she was away. That didn’t stop her from doing what she could to get the deal done. Carol stayed on her phone and her computer, taking her personal time to do all that she could for me. With her help, I got the house.     We would like to thank Or Yochanan for the time and effort he spent on our behalf. Or listened to our needs and wants and showed us neighborhoods and properties that matched our requests. Once we decided on a house, Or negotiated on our behalf the best offer that allowed us to have our bid accepted and the purchase price appropriate for the area.We also want to thank Or and his team for helping us afterwards. He not only helped with the purchase of our house but then went on to oversee the settlement, monitor the delivery of our furniture and property from Israel and helped with the installation of our security system since we could not return to Austin, TX from Boston, MA. We can not say enough about Or Yochanan’s expertise and knowledge. He made the purchasing of our new home in Austin, TX easy and without too much stress. We appreciate everything they did for us.

    I don’t even know where to begin… My family and I had put our house on the market with another realtor- who with thought had out best interest at heart. He staged our house, had pictures taken and paint touch ups done. Then we would get last minute calls or texts saying someone is at your house ready to see it. I have 3 kids under the age of 12 and two dogs. I cannot tell you how stressful this was for us. Having our home in a constant state of “show ready” status since there would little to no notice of people arriving. Our house was on the market for nearly a year and had several price drops. The realtor ended up needing his staging furniture for another client, and since we had to get rid of most of ours to make space for his, we were left with nothing in the living room to sit on.We take our house off of the market and nearly give up hope. A friend of mine at work suggested a realtor friend of hers who was amazing and she was sure could sell our house. Well it turned out that realtor did not work our area but she was able to recommend a wonderful realtor to us.Within 48 hours, in walks Devin Forbes. He was like a ray of sunshine in the darkness. Devin showed up prepared with comps and all of the other necessary data to help us understand the best way to sell our home. If it hadn’t been for a leak in our roof occurring a few weeks after hiring Devin, I am sure he would have sold our house in less than 2 months.Devin helped us to set a price point that helped us to compete in our neighborhood, it only took one open house, which he did an AMAZING job with to get our house sold. He went to bat for us and worked the numbers to ensure we came out on top at the end of the sale. If you choose to work with Devin, you will NOT regret it. He gave us plenty of notice before showings and he had feedback or some kind of update for us within hours of each walk through. We had to pester our first agent for days to get a few words from the people who had seen our home.Devin will do everything within his power to make sure you are happy and comfortable throughout the process. HE is truly an amazing realtor and now lifelong friend. If I could go back I wouldn’t change a thing… so happy he came into our lives when he did. Thank you Devin!
