As someone that has experience with many different management companies, AMGI is a great, cost effective management company if you want a management company willing to get in the weeds with board members about issues, especially in with repair, maintenance, and insurance costs increasing. Management with these issues has only gotten more complex since HOA dues must increase to cover these basic costs. What you see in most reviews are issues, which of course happen, but keep in mind, typically people happy with services do not take the time to post positive reviews.

The customer service is fine. But the only issue is whenever u go and ask something, they try to find a way to charge u.
