We rented from alt realty for a year and during that time they provided a very decent comfortable residence on horseshoe drive, place is very well took care of and neighbor is very nice. recommend their services if you wanna live in copperas cove....

I initially contacted Alen to help me rent out my property that was a bit farther out, he was very nice and agreed to help me out with that task, Alen is very patient, he will take the time to explain everything to you to help you achieve your goals, he is quick to respond and always willing to help if you have any question and is open-minded to some changes that I wanted to do on the listing, very easy going and easy to get along with, very satisfied with my interaction with Alan.Also Alans management fees to manage your property are the cheapest you will find around which was great for what I was looking for.
