    As a homeowner that uses Ally for property management, I have to say the entire staff has been outstanding for myself and my tenants. Holly is professional, friendly, and prompt at every step from start to comple and I could not ask for a better partner to lead my property management needs. Lauren, who handles all the maintenance, has been a great addition to the team and has gone above and beyond to help make sure my house is clean, well-maintained, and move-in ready for the tenants.     I’m a homeowner using Ally for nearly a year as our property manager after we moved unexpectedly and with a tight timeframe for a great job opportunity cross country. Maintenance and property issues are handled swiftly and efficiently. They’ve provided great peace of mind while we’re 15 hours away. Holly is always on top of things and I felt SO at ease during the time crunch of moving and sorting out what to do with my home in Bossier after meeting with her.     Heather Matlock is wonderful! She has been tremendously helpful and reliable as the property manager for our south Bossier home. She is also very friendly and personable.I came to her after trying other property managers in the area that were unsatisfactory. Heather turned things around very quickly! She gave helpful advice, placed great tenants, and answered all of my questions. She ensured that all required repairs were done to the home as well.She always responds to my calls and emails in a timely manner.She is detail-oriented and very good at what she does.I honestly cant recommend her enough.     Ive been working with Heather to get our house up for rent and shes been fantastic! She and her team got it posted on the sites and we got a good amount of interest and were happy to report its been leased! Heather also took time to meet in person and we were able to discuss the rental process, the local market, answered questions I have, and just life in general.     I had a lock on my air conditioner cage that needed to come off because the key was nowhere to be found and they drove out to Benton to cut it off. My rental property is at least 30 minutes from the office and they went on a weekend to take care of it. I am super appreciative! They always answer me quickly and the service is awesome!
