    They care about the customer! I have done business with them through as vendor and they do an excellent job as the go between with the vendor and the property they manage. The office staff cares about all those involved in business transactions. They deal with issues promptly as they arise. If your an HOA looking for a management company they are your go to!

    Id like to compliment Paula Demoya... Allied management staff member at Ladera in Mansfield. Homeowners are very stressed due to the insurance claims and consequential assessment fees, roof construction, reimbursement process; all the complexities involved with this large claim. She is always very respectful, very diplomatic and professional, and keeps a cool head despite the unpleasantries of some homeowners. She clearly explains the process to help them understand and she provides clarification to each caller of the next step. Paula is an integral part of the process, and her diplomacy and professionalism is greatly appreciated

    This review is for Cynthia De Leon. We call her Cindy. She is a manager for Allied Property Management and is in charge of our Condominiums. We have not had good luck with Allied or their staff… UNTIL the amazing Cindy came along! She is like the energizer bunny. You email her and she responds. You ask her to come look at something and she is there. You need information and she provides. She follows through on all the things we need and the laws of the HOA. She is a true professional and is a voice of reason in the board meetings. We literally didn’t want to be with Allied Management any longer, but then in walks Cindy. She is simply amazing! She is kind and friendly, but adheres to the laws and is not partial.She is all around one of the best HOA managers I have come across.Thank you Cindy for turning our perspective around on Allied and for just being an incredible human!-Kenda Kiker

    I am giving a huge shout out to Stacy Mier at Allied Property Management. Stacy has absolutely made my time as an HOA board member great. We’ve had other managers since teaming up with Allied but Stacy by far has been the most attentive and the kindest one to work with. I’ve served two terms as the HOA Board VP and that’s mainly due to working with Stacy. Stacy helps to get things done in our community and she cares.     As the president of a new HOA, I cant even describe how helpful and valuable Allied, and specifically Cynthia Cindy De Leon have been for our collective team, and neighborhood. Of all budgeted items that we pay for annually, this is the easiest one to pay, and we get our moneys worth, and then some. This profession is so under appreciated, but they are the port in a storm; a wealth of knowledge and always there when needed, whether that be for legal advice or just situational guidance, or any of the other instances in between. We compared 5 different HOA management companies, and definitely made the right choices when we chose Allied, and hit the lottery when we got Cindy as our rep!

    Cindy Deleon was so helpful, I’m renting in the area and was trying to figure out how to get a pool pass for my family and I. With little to no help from my rental company , Cindy was able to help me get a pool pass and delivered it to my home immediately! Now the wife and kids are excited to enjoy the pool!

It is a diverse community, thus provides opportunities to socially interact with people of different cultures and learn from each other.I am a senior living at this property and I continue to be amazed in regards to then respect, the willingness to be of service and the response time to provide whatever service is needed.We recently had a water incident in our condo and the efforts to correct the problem was immediate and the follow up was appreciated.The property is well maintained.

    As a board member of the Colby Crossing HOA in Mansfield, we changed to Allied almost two years ago in order to shop local and improve the value of a property management expense. During that time, I have found Allied to be both professional and a great partner in addressing our specific requirements. In addition to customary services, Allied is able to provide a convenient meeting space for annual meetings or smaller conferences. Our Community Manager, Stacy Mier, is responsive to special neighborhood concerns and is an experienced problem solver. Together, we are able to maintain an attractive neighborhood, enhance property values and do our part in contributing to the overall desirability of Mansfield.

    Just moved in recently and had an issue with parking. Worked with Kim the office manager to resolve. The HOA was very accommodating and understanding. The common areas are mowed and maintained weekly as well as trash picked up daily. We are very happy in our new condo!

    My experience with Allied HOA Management has been outstanding and this is due to one of their property managers, Diana Sotelo. She became our property manger in November taking over from a previous management company which was not meeting our needs. Four months later the entire board of directors changed and 5 new inexperience directors bombarded her with dozens of questions each week. She has responded to each and every question with patience and knowledge leading us and me in particular to better understand my role and her role in managing this HOA. Thank you Diana.

    We were needing a release for a HOA lien. We tried reaching out to several people and were not getting a response back. Annabel went about and beyond of her duty. She gave me contacts to reach out to but still didnt hear back. Annabel, walked over to the dept that handles these and got me a release with 15 min. She is a great asset to Allied HOA!     Boca Club Condominium is a nice place to live. Kim Seamen does not only communicate with the board she is also very good in interacting with other members of the community. The yard, driveway, parking garages are always maintained in top quality cleanliness. When there is something that needs to be repaired either plumbing, site work development and other work that needs fixing her workers is on its best to tackle the problem and resolved the situation. Notices for temporary repair of things goes ahead as scheduled. Boca Club has a peaceful environment people living respect each other there were no fighting during the day no shouting at night. The club is a a peaceful to leave. Thanks to Kim Seamen for providing best club management

    I had a urgent plumbing emergency that warranted immediately attention. Kim Seaman was very instrumental and professional in helpings to get the issue resolved. Consistently, she checked to make sure all was well; the level of care she exemplified throughout the entire processwas paramount.     The property I live in was poorly managed prior to Allied HOA Management stepping in. Our very professional Property Manager Josh Beupre can be counted on to make thorough weekly on site inspections and attend directly to any needs that arise.. Many improvements from security fencing , lighting and foundation repair have been addressed. The landscape and pool maintenance have greatly improved. Josh is always looking for ways to bring quality improvements to the community while not stripping our community budget. Many other concerns have been addressed and swiftly dealt with in a professional no nonsense direct manner. I am so grateful to have Allied and their professional staff overseeing our property and protecting my investment.

    Allied HOA. It was hard getting to someone this day that I called them, BUT when someone called me back who happened to be the manager (Annabel) I was provided five star customer service and she stayed with me until my issue was resolved and even followed up with an e-mail. When you sometimes think all is lost comes an angel named Annabel. Grateful all around for her great service!

    I have lived here since 2007, i have always had a great love for this community!!!! have always had the best experience with the hard dedicated work of the property manager KIM SEAMEN and her staff.. NO MATTER What time of day or night she comes out a takes a personal approach to help with any problem. over the years she has tackled floods, water leaks, parking issues, trash issues, package delivery problems, noise issues, theft and neighbor problems...and most of all pool and trespass issues they come from the surrounding area complexesexample today I woke to water backing up from my toilet into my tub, and since about 7am when knocked on her door she grabbed her phone, dropped her coffee and star helping me bail water until plumbers and wet vac people arrived two-to three hours later.. I dont think i would have stayed this long if she was not on property!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I seen her deal with the rudeness and disrespect of a lot of people, she is the best asset that BOCA CLUB HAS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Allied is the managment company that our HOA needed. They took over for us from another company that could not meet our needs and during a difficut transition within the HOA board. Allied really stepped up and provided excellent service and guidance in every area of management. They are very professional and have experienced, seasoned people on staff.     Speaking as an HOA director and for myself, I have found Allied HOA Management and specifically Diana Sotelo to be very responsive to the needs of the Wildwood HOA. We had a a less than smooth start as both the HOA board and Allied were new, but I can personally attest that Allied has been very responsive to the needs of our HOA and Im looking forward to a long term commitment with Allied.

    The on-site office staff has been very responsive and helpful. They take care of issues quickly. If they dont have an answer for you in the moment, they will make sure to find out for you. I wish there was support staff on the weekend to assist with things like access to the laundry card machine, but other than that, the service has been great!

    Although this is an older property I have never lived anywhere that felt more like community and where the staff, at a local and corporate level, work so hard to help in whatever way they can. I moved here 5 years ago and I do not have one regret. I am thankful for the office staff, maintenance staff, and corporate staff that gets me whatever I need in a timely manner no matter how busy they are. I have never met a better group of people than the ones I deal with on a daily basis.

    This review is based on my experience with Josh Beaupre who manages our gated community.I was worried about living in an HOA environment but my worries have been set aside. Being elderly I tend to over worry about everything.Josh not only reassures me, he takes care of any problems promptly, whether they are large or small. He makes himself available to all the residents day and night, including weekends.I feel we are all so fortunate to have him. He takes a personal interest in our community as if he lived here himself.I would be devastated if we were to lose him. If you live on a property managed by Josh Beaupre, you can consider yourself fortunate.

    I’m an owner and board member of Meadowood Village Condo. Our Allied HOA Mgmt assigned HOA manager is Josh Beaupre. My experience with Allied/Josh has been great. Josh is always available (even on weekends), his response time is reliable and most of all he cares about our community and owners. Allied Management (Josh), keeps board members update with community issues and duties. Josh has been excellent with documenting accounting transactions, activities, and keeping records for our association. Allied HOA Mgmt has high ethical standards.
