Dawn is amazing. I oftentimes represent buyers, and one particular seller in a community managed by All Investors, some investment company, has attempted to get away with murder. This seller has attempted to skirt all of the rules in the community, absolutely shirking all responsibility and ignoring rules. Dawn ultimately put her foot down and forced the investment company to abide by the rules and clean up its act. My buyer is very excited to buy into a community where All Investors manages. It is evident that Dawn will do everything within her power to maintain the status quo and protect value in her communities. Thanks, Dawn, for representing so well your hard-working homeowners.

I am on the Board of a Homeowners Association in Arlington Texas. Dawn Taylor is our property manager and has done a fantastic job in getting our neighborhood/community back to a valued neighborhood. Her enforcement of the HOA rules and regulations has turned around our neighborhood. She has also been well connected with vendors that provide services to the HOA. She has the skills to take on projects and complete them at a reasonable price (i.e. Gate maintenance, pool services and renovation, landscaping, etc), as well as the financial reporting to the board members.
