* edited to include the resolution*I received a call this morning from the President of the Management Co that handles Alden Landing and I am very pleased to write that my issue was addressed immediately and all parties are happy with the outcome. I can now change my review to 5 stars.Im going to write this review right now in the middle of an issue and I will update it as it gets resolved. I moved to Alden Landing a year ago and have been very pleased with the upkeep of the grounds, maintenance response, and until recently, management.The issue I have is that my one year lease ends this month and for weeks since December I was blasted with emails, texts, and phone calls regarding renewing my lease and giving me options of 3, 6, or 12 months. I could also rent month to month but of course that would be much higher.My first lease was for a year but I chose 6 months this time because I am dealing with uncertain health issues and didnt know for sure if I could honor a 12 month contract. Then I get my rent bill for March and my rent is jumping $200 anyway.Today I looked up their advertised rental price for my one bedroom apartment at Alden Landing and you can walk in the door right now and rent it for $200 less than I am paying now, and $400 less than they want to charge me a month now, after living here a year.I called the office for an explanation and I was told by the newest manager that she would check with corporate to see if there was anything she could do but told me I dont want to raise your hopes up. So that is why I decided to write this review today and will keep you apprised as to exactly how they handle residents after they move in here.Stand by and I will let you know what kind of people you will be dealing with if you are considering moving in here.P.S.I am 74 years old.

Moving can be stressful and wanted a better view and Elisha Walker at Alden Landing Apartments my transition smooth and easy to the new unit. Ive been a resident here for two and a half years and recently moved to a new unit. Elisha was instrumental in helping me find the perfect fit and handled all the details with efficiency and care. I absolutely love this community – the grounds are beautiful, the pool is a great amenity, and the overall experience is top-notch. Thank you, Elisha, for your outstanding service! 👍

Maddison is a fantastic leasing agent, she did a great job showing me and my family around. The area is great, and the community is charming. Theres a lot of pros, however we decided to lease else where due to size and finishes. Still wanted to leave a review because out of all the properties we visited, Maddison was the only agent we encountered that was the most engaging and professional.

I love this place. It’s peaceful, quiet and my family is safe here. Since day one everyone at the office has been extraordinary wonderful. Mrs. Sarah has been a blessing, thank you for being such an amazing property manager. I needed to downsize my apartment, I was able to do a unit transfer right in the middle of my lease. She made the process of doing so, so simple and easy. Thank you Mrs. Sarah. Also Shout out to Fidel, Bree and Kristen you all make living here feel like home. The maintenance team is top notch at Alden Landing if you put in a work order they come the same day, if it’s after hours believe me you will see them bright in early. If new to Houston and you’re moving from another state like I did looking for the perfect safe & convenient place for you and your family YOU WILL FIND IT HERE!!! Worries where???? It’s all peace here!!!! Thanks to the whole team!!!

Its wonderful community and I think Alden is peaceful, plenty of sidewalks for outdoor walks, pretty views from indoors, ease of getting mail and packages. The maintenance guys responds to requests required inside of the apartments very quickly. The gym, the lobby, the pool, everything is beautiful! Sara is amazing! She just made me feel like this is the place for me! She helped me with everything all the time knowing this is my first time and was always the best!! I hope I stay here for a long time.

These apartments are the largest in the area, and there are no I mean no roaches, Chandis Picone the new manager is incredible, she is very approachable and welcoming she is very quick to resolve problems or concerns, she does not hide from you after you have signed the lease, the whole complex is extremely clean all the time, love it!

This is our 2nd visit to Alden Landing, first was a few months ago while apartment shopping for our daughter, today for ourselves.Fidel was our representative today, and he is such a pleasant and extremely helpful person. Our tour was thorough, Fidel answered any and all questions we had without hesitation, very satisfied with what we learned today. The apartments are well kept and have such pleasant surroundings! Ive been a resident at Alden Landing since May of this year. The staff and property have been fantastic! Maintenance has taken care of all my requests either the same day or next day at the latest. Special shout out to Bri and Fidel in the office who are amazing and always happy to help! Every month the complex is usually undertaking a renovation, upgrade, refresh, or new addition. This has helped keep the property very tidy. Heres a quick list of some of the maintenance done to the property since Ive moved in (that I can remember) - Repainted parking lot lines, refreshed the roof shingles, trimmed up a bunch of trees in common areas, expanded the dog park to also include a self-service bathing/grooming facility, added a brand new lounge area near the pool with a stone fireplace and TV. Overall highly recommend this complex to anyone interested in living in The Woodlands, especially families!

We (I/Zoe, my daughter, and my grandson) absolutely LOVED this apartment complex. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, safe, and beautiful place to live.The interior layout and set up are good, outlets every concerns, very convenience, and always enough racks for your stuffs.The exterior, like: they have a beautiful, warm water pool, nice gym, and dancing area with big TV.On top of those, Sara (the manager) and Fidel are very friendly and helpful. Its in a wonderful location in the Woodlands, beautiful, woodsy, and takes care of its residents.If you are looking for a place to call home, Alden Landing absolutely is the place .

I fell in love with this apartment complex instantly. The place is clean, the people are very nice and super welcoming. Fidel made me feel super comfortable and I enjoy his personality. He was such an amazing tour person, made it even more excited since is my sister and I first time looking at apartment. He helped me with various thing and took well care of both of us. Additionally, Kristina welcomed me with open arm and help me finish few steps I needed. Both have such uplifting attitude which made me feel even more welcome and please with my decision to apply at this place.

I cant tell you how refreshing it was to stay at this apartment. It was clean, friendly, quiet, convenient and well maintained. They were quick to fix any maintenance issues and the staff was kind and respectful from the front office to the maintenance workers. Apartments like these are hard to come by. Shout out to Kristen, Bree and Sara at the front office for all their help!

Ive browsed through the reviews that some folks have left that were less than stellar and it honestly sounds like they are talking about a different complex. My family has been here for a year and a half. The front office is always helpful and professional, and friendly. They greet me by name whenever I pass them with a Good morning/Hey Mrs. Barnes even though I rarely have to call them or see them. Maintenance is there ridiculously fast to take care of your issue and update you regularly with whatever plan is in place so you arent left wondering where things are in repairs. One person complained about parking stickers- you get one on move in for each vehicle so that no one dumps a car here (which has happened at a previous complex I lived in). Another complained about domething regarding a grill but folks have to realize that using a grill on your balcony is a huge hazard for any building. Luckily there is a resort worthy pool with impressive stone patio/grilling area that is very well maintained as is the pool gym equipment and property grounds. As a pet owner, the dog park and paw spa are amazing (especially when responsible dog owners pick up after their dog in the dog park). There is rarely any barking, and generally only a few excited yips on rare occasions that come from the dog park. The apartments themselves are well made and quiet. 10/10 recommend.

I fell in love with this apartment complex in the minute I walked in. Fidel gave us awesome service. Show us around at different apartments. He explained everything in details and was flexible to show us different properly to have an ideas of different apartment in the complex. Love this apartment community! Everyone in the leasing office has always been extremely nice and helpful! The pool area is beautiful and the community is very quiet and peaceful. The maintenance crew members are always professional and courteous and fix issues right away. The community engagement activities are also a very nice touch. Food truck, yummy snacks and festive activities for kids during the holidays. The community is also dog friendly, offering a dog park and dog bathing station on the property.

My husband and I moved in about 6 months ago and everything has been great. I believe management is a big factor when making a decision and let me just say Sara has been amazing from the beginning. Seriously, best manager! On the other hand, the apartments in itself are nice and we have only needed maintenance once for something minor. The office is always super responsive and maintenance is quick on things. They are all a hardworking bunch!

This has been the best apartment I have ever lived in, and it has been a great experience so far. Bethany, Alison, and Jami do their job well, and they are very friendly to anyone who walks in (including dogs). The property manager (Sara) is the most approachable PM I have ever met. The maintenance has a pretty quick response time. I have found that the best way to report a maintenance issue is through their website, and the leasing agents will usually give you a call back to catch any details they may need.The property/management company is dog friendly. I have never dealt with a negative dog experience with the other residents either. Speaking of residents, I have met some really great people in this community who care for each other and help each other out.

I lived at Alden Landing for almost 5 years. I can say everyone was friendly and neighborly. Unfortunately, I moved to a new place that doesn’t have a patio so I certainly miss the extra large patio I had at Alden Landing as well as the trees and trails. This community has a lot more character than the new places do. If you’re looking for a new home, you will not be disappointed if you choose this place!

I lived here for 1 year, and only moved because of work. Beautiful grounds, always felt safe. Though the complex is around 20 years old, the apartment was very nice. All the staff was very friendly, and the few times I had a maintenance issue response to resolve was very, very quick. The other residents, in my experience, were quiet and respectful. It was peaceful at night; the complex has a secluded feel to it. As I said, I only left because I moved out of state, and really have only positive things to say about Alden Landing.

I lived at Alden Landing for a year and it was a wonderful and peaceful complex! The complex was super accommodating when I had a rushed move-in. They got me in and settled within a week of putting in my application. During my stay the ladies up front and the maintenance staff helped me with anything I needed and were always polite and helpful. Even after I had moved out of the complex, the management staff helped me retrieve some old mail that did not get forwarded to my new apartment. I would recommend this complex to anyone who was looking for a nice quiet little home in the North Woodlands.

I have lived in this apartment complex for two years and I have never met nor experienced such a wonderful staff. They are amazing people; three situations have happened and they responded immediately. I didnt have to wait for a care taker nor did I have to change my schedule to be present at any time. They notify you of apartment check ups to make sure everything is up to date and regulations are cleared. Its really sweet how they leave treats to thank you for living in their complex. The area is always clean, children friendly and I can sleep safely at nights. They also take the time to have community hang outs. Pool parties, game nights, movie nights for the children and public safety meetings in meeting the officers, and fire fighters who help inform us how to be safe and how to handle situations. Cops live there too and also they check the area during the late nights to make sure everything is okay. Its only five minutes away from the mall, the market Street, the pavilion that hold amazing concerts and great eatery. I enjoy my time at Alden Landing and will definitely move back there again.

Ive been looking for a new place to live and have been calling around in the area and I called Alden Landing just to get some information about rates and availability. I had the pleasure of speaking to Fidel when I called, if you are looking for someone to help you, you definitely need to ask for him. He was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I have called so many other complexes in the area and they are either rude, or try to rush you off the phone but that was not the case when I called Alden Landing. I will definitely be stopping by for a tour.

We lived at Alden Landing for two years. Overall, no complaints! The staff was incredibly friendly and maintenance was done very quickly. I absolutely enjoyed living there for the two years. We recently had to relocate and they made it very easy. The apartments are very spacious and parking is fairly easy.

We have been living here since December of Last year, and have loved every minute of it ! Apartments are roomy and up to date. The community and location are great however; the team is amazing! Definitely what makes this community . The entire team in someway has gone above and beyond to make my experience at the community even better. The maintenance Guys are the best and are quick to get to you when you need something. The front office team is also very friendly and willing to help you with anything from questions about the complex to questions about places around us. Sara and Alison are very helpful and have the best personalities. When we toured this property we were a bit worried about the parking spaces and the possibility of not having one when we come home late, but we never run into that issue! I would HIGHLY recommend this apartnent complex to anyone !

From the apartment hunting process to signing a lease and living here, the process has been extremely satisfying. Sara was very honest and genuine when we were looking for apartments and didnt pressure us at all to sign. She answered all our questions while we continued to hunt for other apartments. This was a big factor in us deciding to move here. Once we made the decision they were flexible with our move in date and very transparent about any concerns or questions we had. The move in process was smooth and dont have any complaints. As for the apartment itself, you really get a great value even with the non renovated apartments. Very nice place with a big patio and outside storage closet a nice addition for the price. Weve had a couple early maintenance requests and they took care of both of them. Always lots of parking and so far the people that live here seem to be professional, courteous and friendly. Coming from someone who has lived in over 8 places in the last 5 years, so far this has been one of the best experiences moving into an apartment.

Love living here. Maintenance is always there as soon as you need them. A manager always is available to speak to. The grounds are clean. The road is noisy if you live in the front unfortunately but I’m getting used to it. Have lived here for 7 months. Have transferred to a bigger unit in the complex and it went so smoothly. I love this place. The pool is great and the two fitness rooms are awesome. I love the use of the mobile app to notify us of what’s going on as well. Highly recommend!

I… am a complicated situation. I am caring for my ill mother, and continuing to usher 2 young adults into the flow of life. Moving is difficultElisha (I think she’s the manager), has been with me professionally and patiently as I navigate setting up moves for 3 households. Her care, her partnership when I’ve cried in her office because i am overwhelmed, her support and encouragement exceeds any experience of renting that I’ve ever had.My interaction with Alden Landing, especially when the manager takes the time to engage, and help, truly help, a potential tenant(s) during an incredibly stressful time, has been nothing less than 5 stars every way you look at it.Bravo Elisha and team for being savvy enough to read the room, and meet me exactly where I am.
