I highly recommend AJ Real Estate. I have trusted them for LITERALLY all of my real estate needs. They have assisted me with purchasing property, selling property and with property management. I am not sure if I could express how wonderful Jessica was when my wife and I were searching for a home. We were in a tight spot, and Jessica was able to really help us out! We spoke to her and explained our situation. She was kind, compassionate, and understanding. Jessica was able to get us into a rental home within 24 hours of us doing our application. Her application fees are among the best in Killeen, and she did not drag out the application process for 3 days like several other companies had. She got us set up with a virtually signed lease, and automatic rent payments on the first of every month. My wife and I will undoubtedly renew our lease with AJ Real Estate for at least one more year before we go through Jessica to purchase our first home.

I had the privilege of knowing Alex when he was still serving. His work ethic and attitude in the Army was always exceptional and trustworthy. When I retired last year and was getting ready to relocate out of state. So I reached out to him about selling/renting my house since i trusted him while we served. Alex and Jessica told me the pros and cons of doing both and how the process would be. Ultimately i went with selling. While the house was on the market he was outstanding in keeping me informed throughout the process of selling the home since this was my first time selling a house. He will definitely look out for your best interests and is very upfront, honest, and professional about how things are in the market.My house didnt sell prior to me leaving, so Alex said he was able to handle things since I wasnt there. Definitely went above and beyond in keeping me informed if the grass needed cutting or when I needed to replace the roof after the house inspection for the sale of the house. He had reputable businesses lined up that he trust to get whatever the issue was fixed. They are relatable people who are true professionals and will put your best interest at the forefront of what they do. If I ever make my way back down to Texas AJ Real Estate will be the only people I worked with.
