I love these guys! Ive been renting a house for over 3 years. The property is awesome and in a great location. Clay is always very responsive to my property requests. Ive only had three problems with the house and he had them solved and maintenance people here within 24 hours. You want to lease one of Agaves properties!

I used to live in the black diamond apartment on red river when they manage it. I dont know if they still do it though.They were very nice about me subleasing to other people as well as all the hassles as an international student.They were very cooperative and very punctual whenever I ask for the maintenance request. I didnt have any problems with them.I would have continued to live there if I and my friend didnt live together the following year after that.

At first I ignored the reviews for the prop. mgmt because the deal we got on our place was so fantastic. They worked within our income to help us move in at the very last minute, and upon walk through of our unit, I asked if the place would be painted. The agent made a call, told us it would be painted within a few days, and we moved in a week later. Right away, I was surprised at how quickly they helped to make it up to snuff for us. I was happy they gave us a chance.Since we have moved in, we havent had any issues at all, other than a mix up with the length of our lease, which was my personal fault for not reading the original lease all the way through, and they were patient despite me going ham on them at first, because I jumped the gun and assume everyone is out to swindle me. They were polite, made sure they got me caught up on the lease update, and I happily signed on for another year. Seriously, I sent a million emails and Clay/brian/jade and the whole gang kept up, and didnt even get angry with me. They are patient. I was impressed.Recently, our first issue came up when the water went cold out of nowhere, Within Five hours of the maintenance plugged into the portal in the form of a request form, and a quick email with clay, and boom, the water heater is fixed, I was kept up to date on it the whole time, and they even followed up.So I was moved to write this review, because frankly, either the previous reviews are a select few bad experiences in a sea of good ones, or maybe people just arent as compelled to share when something good happens, but I just had to. They are a good company that seems to have had some past issues that they have since corrected, and adjustments to a new computer portal system can be difficult, I get it, Ive worked in property leasing offices before, but I must say, Clay, Jade, Brian, the whole crew has really come thru and done a great job making us feel comfortable and helping to fix issues within a very rapid fire manner. I think they deserve a good review and I would recommend this company to anyone I cared about. Give em a chance. This house is dope and we have a beautiful wood wall that is very twin peaksy that I will eventually post pics of. The properties are well kept, the neighbors quiet, and we like em! Cheers!

Agave is a great property company. I rented a house from them for a year. I still would but I had to relocate for work. They are easy to deal with and extremely flexible. Doing business with them was great. They were not the typical uptight management company.

Carly is a great property manager. She is very responsive and helpful. I feel like I get a quick response when I have issues with my house (I am renting). The maintenance people that come to my house seem to be nice and fix the issues within a reasonable amount of time.

I have been a tenant for around 2 years and I am very happy. Ive only need maintenance a few times and Clay has always been very responsive! Definitely sticking around.

Great managers. They respond fast, they are nice, and they will work with you. Weve lived her over a year and re-signed on for another because the house is great.
