I wanted to give an update to this post. They have made all repairs and have corrected all problems. Im now very happy..........(previous post>). m not happy at all with my experience thus far and I just moved in two weeks ago. I have a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom. The toilet has been clogged for 5 days even after using the plunger. The tub has been backing up sewage also for the past 5 days. I have not been able to use the bathroom or shower at my apartment. No one has called or come to try and fix the plumbing. I made calls to the maintenance hot light several times a day for the past 5 days. NOT EVEN A CALL BACK! UPDATE!!!!!!! Help has come. They sent over a very helpful maintenance man name Howard who is on the job. Thank you

The house was rented quickly and the company got the new tenants settled quickly and they handle everything on our behalf. I have had a good experience from the team in The Woodlands. I rented a town home for close to 2 years. I did have issues like no hot water, Air conditioning not working. They were taken up urgently, even if it was the holiday period. The owner was good enough to offer hotel stay and emergency fix. I had delays in some items but overall a good experience. I had no hassles with my moving out either. Professional team and luckily a good owner :-)

I leased a townhouse in The Woodlands and the experience has been nothing but spectacular. The AAM team was very professional and helpful despite the fact that I have never done this before. Sharon was very helpful in guiding me through the process making it sound so easy. I did have a leak in the upstairs bathroom which water was coming through the ceiling but when I called about it took a couple of visits from the plumber to find and fix the leak. Wet sections of ceiling had to be removed to avoid mold. Paul the maintenance manager came and patched up the ceiling. Throughout the whole thing the AAM team responded immediately and took care of it. If you are looking to lease a house I highly recommend Advantage Asset Management!

The communication, pricing, and process has been outstanding. I have been dealing mostly with Charlie (the owner) and Sharon (the realtor) who have been top notch. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone needing a property manager. One thing that sets AAM apart is their in-house maintenance. This is worth its weight in gold and has saved me a lot of money in make ready and maintenance costs. Highly recommended.

I moved into this wonderful community on July 2017 and have loved every minute of it. Jessica and April are wonderful if I have a question and respond as quickly as possible. The complex is still undergoing renovations but the noise is nothing at all. Even when they were breaking up the concrete next to the supply shed it is still pleasant and I am home all day. The only thing I wish for is a recycling program on the property. Maybe that will be in the future. This is a wonderful community and all the tenants are very pleasant and thoughtful. I thank my lucky stars for finding Willowbrook Apartments. It is tucked away in a neighborhood and is a destination. No major traffic.
