Paul Gerace is a professional of the highest caliber. At one point we had 14 properties not only managed by Paul, but he served as our purchasing agent as well. He is multi talented to say the least. Not only did he help us locate and assess the viability of income properties, but he quickly had them rented out with qualified tenants. After which, we were fairly hands off as he handled every aspect of the management process. Every month we would get an easy to understand breakdown of the income and expense report. Then when we were ready to cash in on the property appreciation, Paul would very competently list and sell the property with minimum income downtime. And don’t get me started on how helpful he was during the pandemic. Any tenant we had that wasn’t paying their rent, he was able to guide them through the rent relief application process so that we were eventually made whole. This was a service to both us and our tenants that was especially helpful to the understandably stressed tenant.Ultimately, whether it be as a buying agent, selling agent, property manager, income property advisor, or all of the above, I cannot recommend Paul enough. He’s a great partner and friend.

I bought 1 property and sold 5 with Paul’s help. I really can’t recommend him enough for being very reasonable, very experienced and extremely professional. I bought a house that Paul listed and then hired him to manage all my properties rentals before finally listing them for sale and ultimately selling them all with Paul help. Paul is the go to real estate agent for me in Texas and I highly recommend him.

I have used Paul for over ten years now. He is prompt in tackling problems which is very important for the renters satisfaction. Having been burned by property managers in the past, it is hard for me to fully trust anyone. I would say Paul has pretty much won me over after all this time.

I used this service to rent a townhome in Austin. Paul was very professional in his dealings and explained everything up front. When I broke the lease early he was helpful in getting the matter resolved equitably with no tarnish to my record. Would use this service again if I need to rent a home or townhome.
