    We have had nothing but positive experiences with A Plus. We got into our home seamlessly. At first we realized the AC wasn’t blowing cold. They had someone out right away (an actual hvac guy) to fix it. Then the disposal went out on us and they sent an actual plumber who put in a new one. Two days ago I sent a request to fix a gate latch and they sent the nicest contractor (Lee) who had it fixed up in no time. I’m so far really happy with them :)

    It was an amazing experience working with Aaron and Amy! They do an incredible job. We bought a house which needed a ton of repairs before renting. They literally took care of everything and transformed the whole house that I couldnt believe myself that it was the same house.They go way over and beyond to help their clients, havent seen a team like that in my past experience. Really professional in all the dealings which makes things very smooth. They really deserve 10 stars or beyond if I could. Exceptional service!!!!! I really love them and very highly recommend them

    I’m going on my 3rd year renting a house from A Plus management.Once in McKinney a few years ago and now onto my second year in Allen. They have always been nothing but helpful, on top of it and super nice. Although I have not had any issues I need repaired in my current lease, when I did on my past lease they would have someone out to resolve the problem ASAP. Very good about sending out reminders, like water freeze warnings. Highly recommend them! I know some people are apprehensive to rent from a company instead of an individual owner. But I have ALWAYS had a far better experience renting from A Plus versus any other individual owner.

    Our move in process was amazing! We moved in on a weekend and they were totally available for the entire move in process. I even called on a Sunday and Amy helped! They left us a move in basket for cleaning supplies and things you might not remember immediately. Our property had been professionally cleaned prior to move in, but it was still SUPER nice to have those things right off the bat! They also offered us a free concierge service to help set up all utilities and such. We moved from another state and this was extremely helpful as we werent aware of any companies in the area.

    After 14 years of horror with 2 other property managers in Texas, I hired Amy Karns about 4 months ago,. I own several rental properties (in several states other than my own), so having a competent property manager is essential and Amy is leading the pack. From the beginning, she impressed me with her willingness to discuss all aspects of the property management agreement. Once I hired her, she was very proactive in contacting the tenants and smoothing over some problems left by the prior manager. She immediately did a very thorough inventory on both of my homes and made pro-active suggestions for repairs that needed to be made now and in the future. Additionally, Amy has ALWAYS been extremely responsive and available via cell phone and email - I think she even stepped out of a restaurant during lunch one time, to take my non-urgent call! Amy has an extensive background in real estate (sales and management) so to say Im thrilled to have Amy on my team is an understatement. If youre in the same situation I was....just tying to deal with a lazy or dishonest manager, please dont hesitant to give Amy a call.

    Amy is a property manager in the Dallas metro area, as well as a Realtor. Amy helped me with a real estate transaction (buying).Amy Karns was recommended to me via my Arizona realtor when I relocated to the Dallas metro area. I knew the north Dallas area somewhat due to visiting friends in the area, but not well enough to house-hunt on my own, and plus Id never lived in Texas. For home-hunting, I gave Amy a list of my nice-to-haves and my one or two deal breakers, and she got to work. She found a couple by the following weekend, and even in a community that had been recommended to me based on what I was looking for.The first two werent good matches for various reasons, but within a couple of days another one in that same community popped up. This one was perfect, but I was waiting on my Arizona house to close before making an offer on the home here. Amy was very understanding and incredibly patient with me. We finally made an offer, and the owner took their sweet time filtering through offers. In the meantime, we still looked at at least one more home, but Amy kept me on the straight and narrow--she knew what I wanted and didnt let me settle for less.My offer was finally chosen, and Amy and I went through some rather strange and odd circumstances with that entire transaction--from the very beginning to the very end. She kept her cool when I was on the edge of losing mine. Amy was always available to me, and no question was a dumb question, and there was no such thing as too many questions. She used her experience and knowledge of the local real estate market to navigate us to the closing (and a day early, at that!). Im very happy to now own the townhouse I wanted, and I couldnt have gotten there without Amy.I highly recommend Amy Karns if youre looking to buy or sell a house in the Dallas metro area.
