Ive only lived here for about six months now and I have to say, the office staff are very friendly (as long as youre friendly, I really appreciate that theyll speak to you with the same tone you give them) and maintenance staff are always polite. My only issue staffwise would be someone who I assume is a groundskeeper, this last summer he kicked us out of the pool about thirty minutes before the pool would close normally, not a huge deal but annoying. Ive had some small issues with the plumbing and the front door sometimes doesnt close all the way, but its definitely not something that I cant understand. Parking can also be a pain occasionally, but thats because some people will let their guests park in the resident parking. Theres nothing wrong with the place at all, and pretty much everyone complaining about something doesnt really get that theyre living in an apartment. Not everything will be smooth, and thats the way it is sometimes unfortunately, but the office and maintenance staff are always willing to do what they can

Moving day is here. I owe the staff at Guthrie Creek Apartments to write a review expressing my gratitude for the home that they provided me for the last 4 years. Deborah, Kristy, and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make sure that my every need was met. Im not going to list all the things that I loved about living here. Im just going to say that I loved living here. I will miss the community around me. I would like to give an special thanks to Deborah for being such an awesome landlord. If you are interested in Guthrie creek know that my experience was very very good!

The apartments are very affordable. The staff provided excellent customer service very helpful. I spoke with Chrissy she helped with making the leasing process simple. We was late getting in from Florida and she made it happen smoothly. I would highly recommend this complex.

I have lived here for nine years and I like it here. The neighbors are friendly enough if u speak to them. The staff members are great at taking care of any problems that come up day or night. I highly recommend living here.

We love the apartment, and the move in was a smooth transition. No issues at all. The office staff was nice also.

I lived in these apartments until I bought my house, I loved the fact that they had a park and everything was near. My son loved going to the park daily. Rent was reasonable. I lived there for 4 years
