    These guys have been doing pretty good about keeping this house from falling apart on me, keeping my water running and my home warm when its cold, and their communication is open and clear. I really needed a place to live and they helped get this roof over my head quickly since I provided everything they requested in a timely manner and I am eternally grateful. I trust this management company with my home. They send trustworthy companies and contractors too.

    Everyone at the office is always so responsive and communicates very well. All the online portals are easy to use for paying your rent and requesting maintenance. Ive had my fair share of bad experiences with property managers that just dont care and can gladly say they are certainly not one.

    While my family and I have not lived at this property for very long, we have had nothing but great experiences from the 512-Society Property Mangement Team. I have personally spoken with both Seanna and Loran on different occassions and they are both very helpful and quick to respond. The portals that they have are veru user friendly, and are easy to submit important information if needed. Maintenance requests have been quickly taken care of when needed as well. We enjoy our home and hope to continue staying here!

    We leased with 512 society for 1 year and from signing to moving out it was a smooth process. We intended to release if we were to stay within the Austin area. The portals were great between tenant and maintenance portals, contact was professional and timely, and move out process was laid out with clear instructions. Shout out to Mr. Duncan with the maintenance fixes as well!

    512 Society is awesome! They helped one of my clients get two properties rented out it was smooth and simple throughout the whole process.     Being a property manager is a tough gig, no doubt, and you usually hear the bad stuff in reviews. In my experience, though, this company has been prompt and responsive to tenant concerns, to the extent that owners have sanctioned and supported it. Ive engaged them as a property owner of several sites for nearly seven years, and have been very pleased by their conscientious, professional and personable service.

    We had been dealing with different companies for a couple months and from the start they have been AMAZNG! Great communication and very understanding. There was a hiccup in some of our paperwork but they were so helpful and really put us at ease answering any questions we had. Hands down the best experience I’ve had!!     Superior professional service. A true pleasure to deal with. From someone that has used multiple management companies for rental properties all over the world, 512-Society is top notch. They have always supported any issues with the home and the pool of contractors are vetted and have always responded in a timely manner to resolve the issue quickly and professionally.

    I have not yet leased with them, but so far, the process has been very smooth. The ease of applying is refreshing. I love the Elite Residents Package and all that it offers. I look forward to working with them, if it’s in the stars. Either way, I’ll still recommend their properties because they obviously keep them very well-maintained.

    I have rented from this management company on and off for the last 8 years and they have been great. 1 instance the home we lived in had gone into forclosure due to the owner not paying his mortgage and once our management was made aware they had another home being vacated so they showed us the hime lowered our monthly payment transferred our security deposit and made it so easy to move. I would definitely recommend this company fir rentals and/or purchasing of a new home. Jessica runs a tight professional business.
