Very professional, I didn’t run into any issuesEDIT: After a 6-month stay at one of their properties, I have had the opportunity to experience the compassionate and understanding approach of this company. Despite my unfortunate car accident and subsequent rent payment issues, they went above and beyond to work with me and my family. However, the owner eventually decided to take back possession of the property and served us with eviction papers, even taking legal action against us for an exorbitant amount. Despite my best efforts to rectify the situation, the landlord remained unsatisfied. I must now find a new home for my four children while dealing with the ongoing court proceedings. This situation highlights the importance of understanding and empathy in the landlord-tenant relationship. 1st Choice has demonstrated exceptional professionalism in their interactions with me during this challenging time

I’d like to share how great it was to work with Mason at First Choice. My husband and I had intentions to rent out our home as we needed to make a quick move to relocate states. My husband and I have been renting with first choice for over 10 years. They are really an amazing team. I have not had one issue with them in all this time. I feel extremely comfortable when they come to my home for routine maintenance checks, which is very important considering I have children. Not even joking, they responded to a maintenance request in less than 5 minutes, and had someone out within the next hour to fix the issue. I do not want to rent from another company. Chris is especially wonderful and kind. I wish I could give them 10 stars.

I’ve leased through 1st Choice for 2 years and have had a great experience. Angela in the office has always been friendly and an excellent communicator. When I’ve had maintenance needs Chris and his crew have been prompt and done a thorough job at the property. I have two dogs and they have always worked with me with scheduling and making sure I’m able to be home or put them up any time they come out. I’ve leased through another company in the past and not had such a great experience. I think what sets FCPM apart is that they are local and you are able to reach someone with any needs or questions that you have. They are on top of it and you can tell they care about the work that they do. Rent payment and maintenance request are done online so it’s quick and easy. I’d highly recommend!

My husband and I have been renting from 1st choice for 4yrs. I was skeptic about dealing with a property management company, I read the reviews and decided to try them out. I have not been disappointed about my choice. They really have lived up to what I read. I’m very pleased with your service from the beginning till now. What I really like the most is when I put in a maintenance request they are contacting me within hours. I never have to pull teeth and nails to get them to fix anything. I like to be at home when someone comes to fix something, especially since the pandemic because I like to make sure I wipe things down afterwards. Sylvia and Chris always works with my schedule to make sure I’m there and Happy with my requests. With everything going on right now, I’m happy to have y’all as my property managers. Great experience as tenants! They had a service that set up all of our utilities at the lowest cost, so instead of calling water, energy, trash, internet, etc. - it was a single 15 minute phone call. Our maintenance requests were always completed speedily. Leslie was our property manager with 1st Choice and was super friendly and easy to work with. We moved cross-country for the property and she made it stressless and easy to move in.

Sylvia, our property manager went above and beyond to find us a house to rent and has always made sure we were taken care of. Chris and the other maintenance guys have been very fast and attentive. They have an app that is super easy to put work orders in and pay rent through, similar to apartments. We didn’t need much from them until our last few months here when some things started coming up and even though they knew we would be moving out they still treated us well and I appreciate that so much! If we ever rent again or chose to rent out our own house we will be looking to work with them again for sure.

From my first conversation with Rob over the phone, to our in person meeting, I WAS and AM impressed with their service. They got my Moms property in tiptop shape before advertising it for lease. My Mom had passed away over 3 years when I handed it over to 1st Choice. My property manager, Sylvia was A+. She navigated through the pandemic and all the renter assistance prigrams and not being able to evict. I got all rent, some late, but she always got it collected. She was professional and kept me in the loop. Due to the robust housing market, I decided to sell the property. I used their in-house realtor, Amanda. Even though I never met her in person, it was the smoothest property sale I have ever been involved with. 1st Choice kept the property maintained so well, I got top dollar for my property. Since the moment of application, this company has been nothing but wonderful, kind, straight forward, helpful, and understanding with my husband and I. Especially after this year of crazy Covid turning our world upside down. We have really come to appreciate this team. We have been renting a property with them for over a year, as we are not ready to purchase a home yet and we never want to leave! Our property manager, Leslie, is super sweet. The maintenance manager, Chris, is awesome. These guys are so down to earth, friendly, and nice. Communication is always prompt. I would like to comment on how wonderful our property manager, Sylvia Arrambide, has been taking care of our properties. We transferred all of our rental properties to 1st Choice Property Management late in 2018, under Ms. Arrambide. Prior to that, we could not find any manager that worked well with us. We went through at least 8 other property managers, none of which were as professional, efficient or as caring of the owners property as Ms. Arrambide, meanwhile taking excellent care of the tenants. Even the tenants come to us occasionally to mention how great the maintenance staff is taking care of any issues of the tenants. I have rented several different places in the last 13 years and I have never felt as taken care of as I do right now renting a property managed by 1st Choice. I had nothing but trouble and horror stories trying to get previous landlords or management companies to fix issues I had at previous rentals but that has literally never been the case with 1st Choice. Any issue I have had small or large, 1st Choice gets it taken care of amazingly quick. Usually same day, sometimes next day. I have never had to wait more than a day. You can tell they actually care about their tenants and they show it in all their actions. I feel so blessed to have found a rental property through this company!
