I have worked with Terri for a few years and let me tell you she is my go to person. She cares about her clients! She is amazing at what she does! Her ability to perfectly understand the needs and the personalities and the wants are skills that are not teachable. Those skills you just have or dont have. Terri has that and so much more. Found Terri by an internet search, since looking for an apartment in Austin had changed so much in the last few years, I didn’t know where to start. I contacted her and right away realized I hit the jackpot with Terri Winters as a partner.After an interview of my wants and needs, price range, etc., Terri began quickly giving links to apt complexes of ones that mostly fit my search profile.I looked at all of the ones in the first batch and provided Terri with feedback and she responded with another batch and another and another until I found the one that suited me most. Terri never showed a hint of frustration with me although I expected it.Throughout the process, Terri showed a valuable extent of knowledge about Austin apartments in all areas of town, was patient as I went through the selection process and managed all with a great gift of wit and Austintatious-like laid back air.I have no doubt she saved me weeks of floundering and intolerable frustration, and gulp, dare I say it, made it almost enjoyable.

Terri is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!. This is the second place I was able to rent/get into, all because of her! Terri has gone above and beyond to help me.In 2020, I scheduled a viewing with a different realtor who ended up not showing up and leaving me completely hanging, Terri came over short notice and was able to let me in and view the place. We ended up living there for 2 years!Now in 2022, Terri again went above and beyond with helping us find a home with all our restrictions (large dogs, within a certain area, within our budget). She is extremely responsive. She didnt mind at all when I would send her multiple listings back to back throughout the day, she would check the listing in MLS to make sure that it was a legit , ensuring that we wouldnt get scammed!She found the house that we ended up getting approve for and did a fantastic job and guiding us through the process!Also, after the tornado - she even went to our future house (accepted, but pre-move-in yet!) to make sure that it was not damaged during the storm/tornado.As long as I live in Austin, Terri is the ONLY realtor that I will go through - rent or buy!Working with Terri was an absolute pleasure :)!!!
