Living at Aris Market Square has been a great experience! The building is modern and well-maintained, and the apartments are thoughtfully designed with a lot of attention to detail.The location is fantastic—being right in the heart of Houston, with Market Square Park and so many great restaurants and entertainment options nearby, makes life so convenient and enjoyable.The amenities are impressive, especially the rooftop pool with its amazing city views. The fitness center and resident lounge are also great additions that really enhance the living experience here.The management team and staff are always friendly and responsive, making it easy to feel at home. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the team is always professional and helpful.Overall, Aris Market Square has been a wonderful place to live, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great apartment in downtown Houston.

I’ve lived in high rises in other cities and let me tell you the staff at the Aris have beyond exceeded my expectations! They are so friendly and the customer service is top notch. I asked about finding a local coffee shop and the concierge walked me to it! Like wow, I missed that friendliness in Austin and so happy to have it back here. Don’t even get me started with how amazing the views are. I absolutely love my unit. The layout and use of space along with quality fixtures makes this feel like home. It is a little loud on the weekends with the bars close by but I’ve been able to drowned it out with my sound machine. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for luxury in the city!

After searching for so long for an apartment, I feel like the perfect apartment fell into my lap here at Aris. Trevon was such an amazing help throughout the entire process. Any time I called with a question he was more than happy to assist. The move was quick and easy and seamless, and everyone has been extremely helpful and kind. Also let’s not forget to mention that this location is basically perfect as far as getting around town.

Aris Market Square is a wonderful place to live in the heart of downtown Houston. All staff are amazing - special shout out to Marlene and Travis who are always super responsive, helpful, and communicative. Maintenance team is also super helpful and the turnaround time for requests is minimal. The concierge staff are all AMAZING. The building and apartment itself are gorgeous, with high quality features and appliances. I would highly recommend living at Aris if you’re looking to live centrally.

This is an updated review. I’ve lived here for about 4 years and I love it so much that I don’t think I can ever bring myself to move out of this building. The major reason I love it here is the staff. They’ve been the best staff I’ve ever dealt with. Always there to help no matter what and happy to do it. Trevon (I hope I’m spelling that correctly!), Mahi, Marlene, and Rotle have been nothing short of amazing. Their dedication, professionalism, and friendliness have made my time here so enjoyable. From maintenance requests to just a warm greeting in the hallways, they always make sure everything runs smoothly. The apartment itself is beautiful, with modern amenities and a prime location, but it’s really the fantastic staff that makes this place feel like home. Highly recommend!

Avoid the commute in comfort! The various one-bedroom layouts are great for young professionals who need a little more space. The bathrooms, kitchens, and built-ins are highlights. As someone who hadn’t really lived in a downtown area, I found the ARIS to be safe and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful (more than the other places I toured).

My husband and I have lived at Aris for almost 4 years and are very sad to leave (now moving to a house). Were originally from NYC and moved to Houston during the pandemic, so we signed our lease site unseen. We were so pleased when we arrived and moved in-- the hardwood floors, open space, views, amenities, collegiality, and service are all amazing. This might sound strange, but a standout is the size of the bathtubs. Ive seen many other luxury high rise apartments in Houston with tiny tubs that you can barely fit in, unlike the spacious tubs at Aris.About a year after we started living here, a new manager arrived and shes made the living experience even better. For the past couple years, if theres even a minor maintenance request we submit in the app, somebody comes within the day, sometimes within hours, to come fix it, whether its a curtain chain, a toilet paper holder, the stopper of a cabinet, the kitchen faucet, etc. For us, this level of responsiveness is probably the most important factor. We will miss everyone in the building, especially Rothle, who is the nicest person in the world!

We moved to Aris during our empty nest phase of life and it has been so wonderful. Rothle greets you at the front desk as our brilliant concierge and is one of the kindest human beings ever. The leasing team is so friendly as well. And our maintenance team gets work requests done in a matter of hours, no matter how small it is. Would highly recommend Aris if you are looking for great food nearby, immediate access to the MetroRail (which I use as my transportation to work), and a place to feel safe and at home.

Great Staff! Very professional and caring staff. I was leaving Franks one night and I was being watched by 2 people who were potential robbers. They were eyeing the Louis Vuitton purse I wore. Everywhere I went, they went. So I asked one off the vallet staff if I could sit near them sit near them for safety. They said yes and they sensed I was still uneasy so they allowed me to sit in the lobby. The male at the front desk reassured me I was safe. When I saw they left the area. I graciously thanked them and safely went home. I dont live in the property but, would recommend it to any potential residents. I would like to applaud the training, leadership and team work. Thanks you so much for all you do!

*** New Update after living at Aris for 3 years!!*** Updated 10/16/2020!! I moved out of my studio unit a year ago and moved into the spacious 1 bedroom A3 unit and love it!!! The balcony and views are unlike any other in the city! Nothing bad to report as if anything everything has remained great or even gotten better!! We recently had a turnover of the leasing staff and managers BUT I am pleasantly surprised at how amazing the new staff is.. ( As I was one of the first people to rent at Aris and having strong friendships with the old leasing staff and managers I was scared I would not see that same energy) BUT the new manager Necole is one of the best managers I have ever come across (and that is saying a lot as our previous manager was fantastic). Necole knows customer service like a true and tried professional! She is amazing and so gifted with customer service and has so many great attributes to managing her staff by leading as she does and also the way she puts the residents and potential residents needs first! What a bonus for us to have Necole on board at our Highrise as many highrises have bad management, Necole stands out and runs this building with success. Also, the new assistant manager Stephanie is fantastic and the leasing agents Mchelan and Siera are perfect leasing professionals that will truly make your stay incredible and give you an amazing tour of the building with some class and professionalism. I have been a resident at Aris for 3 years now since they opened the building and I am still so happy to be here and LOVING IT!!!*** This review is on 10/16/2020. I moved in around October 2017.I have now been living at The AMAZING Aris Market Square for 14 months and wanted to give a FULL year of me living here review. First I want to say that I am still extremely excited and blessed to be a resident of this Luxury Downtown Houston Highrise! The staff has changed some, due to people moving to assist at other properties.. so I want to give a HUGE shout out to the new Assistant Manager Lindsey B. who is absolutely INCREDIBLE!!! She and The Manager Kristen are the best managers I have ever seen at any Highrise. They get things DONE and quickly!!! Plus, they are both so sweet, kind, and go out of their way for all residents at Aris! Aris also added a new leasing agent Tatyana O. who is a great addition to the leasing team and brightens my day every time I come home from work!! She is a perfect addition to the leasing team with Adel and the leasing team manager Lyndsey who is FANTASTIC!! I have lived here over a year and they continue to treat me as well if not BETTER than the day I first came in for a tour. THAT IS SUPERB EXCELLENT 5 STAR SERVICE!!! The concierge staff has changed some but they added some great new people in that position as well! The Building maintenance team led by Nelson is the best I have ever seen and Nelson and his team makes sure to get any request fixed right away! Lastly, the Valet staff is still mostly all there with a few new additions but they are always polite, great with the residents and always willing to go above and beyond their job duties!! I have never been more happy to live at the Aris and I am a very detailed person., Yes, they have a lot more residents now and more pets, BUT I rarely ever see any dirty floors or trash or even hear the dogs bark for longer than a few seconds. The Aris team has done an amazing job on enforcing ALL rules and guidelines and continue to send emails and notify new residents of how to keep Aris the best Highrise in Houston!**AS A BONUS***I have added photos and some pics of my old studio apartment and my balcony views for you to see what a studio unit looks like at ARIS!!! I have also put some photos of my new 1 bedroom unit I moved into last year!

I love this place. I have lived in luxury apartments in other states, but Aris is so much better. The key differentiator is service. The staff here are top caliber. Every day when you walk in you are warmly greeted by the concierge or valet. The maintenance staff are also a delight to talk to and are very quick on maintenance tickets. Yes, its downtown so you might here a very small amount of sound from outside the building on a Friday evening, but that beckons me out to enjoy the city. The amenities are truly amazing. My friends from the east coast are always blown away by the entire floor dedicated to social amenities, a gym and a pool. I love this place. Aris, keep doing what you do 🙌

The Aris Market Square and their team have been exceptional over the past year. The property has undergone numerous improvements, making it one of the most luxurious high-rises in town. Shelley, Marlayne, and the entire team have been welcoming and professional, ensuring each resident receives their money’s worth and a true luxury high-rise living experience. However, some amenities, such as the grills and pool area decoration, need to be upgraded. Nevertheless, overall, I am extremely thankful for the entire Aris team and their accomplishments thus far. It was not necessary because we were fortunate to work with Trevon. He provided great photos of the units, addressed all our questions, and expertly described the building and all the amenities offered. Trevon is an invaluable resource of information not only on the building but on Houston. Trevon went out of his way to offer recommendations on everything from energy providers to rental insurance. After moving into the building Trevon continues to be an invaluable resource. He goes out of the way to be of assistance and to make us feel welcome. Trevons customer service is OUTSTANDING. Aris Market Square is a beautiful property from the valet, to the concierge up to Alexis the leasing agent. She was so welcoming from the moment my husband and I were greeted by her. The location of the property is amazing so many shops, restaurant right next door and events taking place right across the street you can’t beat that at all. The apartment homes are great the size of the homes were by far the largest of the three high rises we toured that day. I mean when you walked in it felt and looked like a home not an apartment the layouts was a plus with this place we wouldn’t have to downsize our king size bed in which we would have to in the other places to have the space needed to walk around and live comfortably.The finishes in the homes were top graded, they have full size washers and dryers, separate tub and showers which I loved and the tub is HUGE made me very happy. One of the floor plans even has a his and hers closet yes you read correctly I’ve never seen that in any of the other properties. The amenities were very nice as well I felt like I was at resort while touring the amenities part of the tour. I was able to look out right at Minute Maid stadium that’s how close it is. What made the tour great was Alexis she was amazing, she was very patient, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful she would also be a main factor for us choosing Aris Market Square she went above and beyond no pressure pure genuine person. I hardly ever write reviews on anything, but I love Aris so much that it feels like doing it an injustice not to write one. First, the building is gorgeous. It has all the amenities you can think of (pet spa, bike room, large swimming pool, patio area with grills), and it is extremely well maintained. Second, the amenities arent just kept up, they are IMPROVED. Management is always doing little things like providing free towels and sunscreen at the pool or putting free chick-fil-a biscuits in the lobby, just because. The third and most important thing about Aris is the management. Every single person who works at this building is friendly and above-and-beyond helpful. I actually look forward to walking in the door knowing I will be greeted by friendly smiles and a welcome home by every person I encounter. Its easy for apartment buildings to randomly buy chick-fil-a, but a lot harder to consistently maintain personal relationships with the people in the building that make them feel important and valued. Finally, the maintenance staff is extremely responsive; they will literally come to your apartment within minutes of submitting a maintenance request. I just renewed my lease for another year; I cant overexaggerate the fact that this is the best building Ive ever lived in and I am so grateful to have found it.

This is an amazing place, and the staff are absolutely amazing. Amber is the very very best! I had my tour with her, and she amazed me from the very beginning. I did some half-hearted application pre-your, and she absolutely prepared. During the tour, she understood that I want to compare and contrast and she placed zero pressure. She gave positive and honest opinions on other places and explained the different considerations in her view. I raised my concerns such as noise that I saw from other reviews; she explained what happened, what was done to remedy, and what she said made sense and can be verified independently. Also, after I decided to apply, I was approved in like 3 hours, some wizardry. There is so much more to say, but just that I haven’t been disappointed since.Oh yeah, the other normal good things. The maintenance is great, the elevators are great, the community room is great etc etc (no sky lounge though btw). For me, I never lived in something like this, so there are a lot of small things that I really enjoy, e.g., the dishwater was just a tad bigger than previously, which actually made a huge difference. Additionally, I didn’t know kitchen backlight looked so fancy in the night, and I didn’t know that extra 2 ft on the bathroom counter is very meaningful etc etc.Overall, great experience since the start and haven’t been disappointed since!

Not just leasing but the concierge desk as well as valet are always helpful. The building itself is beautiful, always well kept and the perfect location for business and recreation. Weve lived here about 2 months and really love it. The entire team (management, concierge, leasing, maintenance, valet, etc.) is great, everyone is always very helpful and cheerful. The common areas are always impeccably clean and well-stocked, and we really enjoy the little extras (like bottles of sparkling water available in common areas).I work from home, and the common area has tons of good spaces to sit and work, along with the conference room and business center. We also have two medium/large dogs and this is a super dog-friendly community - they keep treats in the lobby, everybody always stops to pet them when we walk through, and they even gave us a little gift box when we moved in that had treats and toys for them! Plus the dog washing room is amazing - great facility and equipment (tubs, blow-dryers, grooming station) and they even keep it stocked with shampoo, tools, aprons, etc.The location is excellent - everything you could need is within easy walking distance, we are even thinking about selling one of our cars as we dont really need it here. We looked at pretty much every apartment and condo community in the downtown area, and were so glad we chose Aris!

YOU WANT TO LIVE HERE!! TRUST ME!! Aris is the absolute best!We lived at Aris for 2 years when they first opened, first on our floor. We made the mistake and moved elsewhere (life events required more room for less $$). We have been known apartment hoppers over the years. Also, I worked in Real Estate for awhile so Im familiar with TONS of communities in Houston. Aris has been the best by far and TOTALLY worth the money. In fact, as soon as our current lease is up where we are now, we are moving back to Aris. (Note: We had a 1B/1B at Aris and paid twice as much as what we are paying now for a 2B/2B at this other **** high rise, the move away from Aris was not worth it though!).We had the A2 floor plan on the 31st floor. Probably one of the best one bedroom apartments. HUGE closet, 31st floor has floor to ceiling windows, beautiful floors. We could still hear Main St on the weekends at night if we had no fan for white noise going. Im a super light sleeper, but I only really noticed it if I was already awake. Lower floors probably have more of a problem. (Get QuietOn earbuds. They are wonderful.) Living at Aris is worth that one (and only that I can think of) minor nuisance. If we can only get an apartment on the 10th floor when we move back, that is OK with us just as long as were back!!The staff at the time (Dec 2017 - Feb 2020) was amazing. Office, Concierge, Valet, Maintenance, all of them were outstanding and we hope we see familiar faces when we move back. Were going to probably downsize when we move back but we dont care. We loved it so much.Oh, and not all high rises are built the same. We NEVER heard our upstairs neighbor at Aris. We tried a different high rise after, I hear the doggies upstairs running and scratching and barking, not horrible but very noticeable. So basically, floors at Aris are pretty soundproof!! Huge plus!MOVE HERE!! And dont move away if you dont absolutely have to.
