I recently moved out earlier this month and had an overall enjoyable stay here. I lived here for almost 2 years and had some issues here and there.Cons:-There were about 2 times throughout my stay where the fire alarm went off outside and there was no one to contact. It took about an hour and a half for it to turn off. Management never addressed it or apologized for the inconvenience.-Sometimes the trash was not picked up on schedule and we were not warned about it ahead of time.-Throughout the end of my lease, the hallways started to get super dirty and trashy. Residents around my area didn’t seem to care about the cleanness of the complex sometimes as there was trash. Also, there was dog poop everywhere.-The walls are somewhat thin. It’s not unbearable, but I used to hear next door neighbors sometimes talk at night or downstairs neighbor’s doors shutting if it was really loud.-It wasn’t a bother to me, but if you care about hearing sirens and ambulances, then this is probably not the place for you.-The pool was closed majority of the time (management would say they are cleaning it, but it was rarely clean). The gym had a missing weight for the entirety of my stay here. It was never replaced.-There was two incidents of break ins and one incident of someone’s tires being stolen right next to my car, which made me feel very uneasy.-There were lots of times when the gate would be broken or the right side gate would not open from the app at all, which would make me have to go all the way around through the other gate to get to my apartment.-My front door lock would not open at times. They use the Chirp door lock system and sometimes the pin would not work or the battery would die. Or when I wanted to lock the door, it wouldn’t lock sometimes unless I pulled the doorknob towards me. These things were a huge inconvenience, especially as a single woman where the door locking could make a big difference in my safety.-It was relatively easy for outsiders to get in as the gates would stay open for longer periods of time or the doors would be propped open.Pros:-The community is very family friendly for people with kids. Lots of kids around.-I LOVED how close everything was. Heb, Walmart, Walgreens, and TONS of restaurants are within 5-10 mins reach or even walking distance.-It was a pretty quiet community for the most part. I never had any major issues with noise at night from the other residents-Towards the end of my stay, management started incorporating food trucks every week on Fridays.-My unit was very modern and clean. It was the perfect space for me.-Maintenance was mostly reliable. Sometimes it would take a few days to hear an update, but they always came to get the job done.-The assistant manager, Toni, was always very thorough and reliable! Management was really responsive through email communication.-The community was always really safe to take walks around.-The overall community is very nice and kept from afar. The buildings were maintained well.-Again the convenience of everything being so close was such a plus for me!!-Lots of new restaurants and shops being developed around the area. The diversity was really good too.

This is a wonderful place to live. Everyone is so polite and helpful with any question or concern, which is an extra that you dont get everywhere on top of being a very nice and clean place. It is very pleasant that when you walk to the office or meet someone of the staff, they greet you, and they remember the last inquiry that you had. Just now, I came across Darwin, and he asked me if a concer about my lock had been resolved and told him that it was not completely, despite multiple efforts reloading and rebooting the apps and my account with the managers who were so helpful and kind that they even came to take a look to the issue themselves, so Darwin just came and fix it in less than a minute. That makes all the difference to have a comfortable place to live. Thank you very much to all the kind and capable people who work here.

I would love to live here again if the old management will come back. I lived here for 2 years and it’s the longest place I’ve ever stayed that’s not my parents house.I loved the atmosphere, the people who used to work there were super helpful and friendly. They took pride knowing the residents.Location wise everything was around it. Restaurants, bars and shopping centers like Walmart and HEB were across the street. They has a hospital next to it so whenever there was a power outage it barely affected us.The surroundings were mostly clean and quiet. But when new management came it became louse. We had loud neighbors on all 4 corners. And people started breaking into cars and breaking windows.

I’ve lived at Oak Crest for almost 2 years now and the stay has been great so far. What I love most about Oak Crest is how attentive the office ladies and maintenance staff are! Darwin is always very nice, helpful, and quick when it comes to solving fixes we need in our apartment. We are very thankful of the care we receive here at Oak Crest.

I’ve been living here for a while, and I have to say the maintenance service is exceptional. Whenever I’ve had an issue, Darwin has been quick to respond and incredibly helpful. He always takes the time to ensure everything is fixed properly and goes above and beyond to make sure residents are satisfied. It’s great to know there’s someone like him on the team. Highly recommend this place for its attentive staff and great living conditions!

Thank you for touching up the cabinets in the kitchen area and bathroom area. 🙂There were a few areas missed. Also, I noticed the kitchen cabinets were horizontally touched up than vertical leaving a noticeable touchup. I attached a few pictures of the missed areas for reference. **This is my first time in my life ever leaving a 1 star review. But this place is just ridiculous.Just moved in 6/1. EVERYTHING IS BROKEN.A/C not working, washing machine not working, window screen broken, and the fridge is broken too. You guys are supposed to check everything before a new tenant move in or at least fix everything as soon as possible after I made the request. But NO, I have to call and call for follow up and still got NOTHING done.Asked the front desk at 9am for fixing the ac and they said they called the emergency the maintenance would come and fix it immediately but I ended up waiting until 4 and followed up twice during the time and always got the same response “he’ll arrive soon.” What’s the point for EMERGENCY then?He came in and promised to fix the washing machine on Tuesday and I got nothing till Friday. Followed up twice with the front desk , got the promise he’ll come in today and still got NOTHING.Most importantly, Lots of my food gone bad because of the fridge is broken. The emergency maintenance came and wasn’t able to fix it. So now I HAVE TO WAIT until Monday for the manager to see if they’re ordering a new one and then wait another 2-4 days for the order. Does my food in the fridge wait???Seriously how am I supposed to live here without my fridge and the A/C ????????? This is absurd.——————*Update after moving in a month*Although the maintenance takes LONG time, they will be done. Once they found stuff under repair they change it immediately. The management team is willing to discuss all problems as long as you bring it to them personally. They definitely need to work for the units before tenants move in as the above, but they are responsible and willing to fix it.

It’s and amazing complex to rent! The cost is average, it’s clean and safe and staff are super nice! I found this place when my first option didn’t work out because of bugs and I found Camden on a Sunday!!! Yes they are even open on Sunday as well! If you wanna rent a clean and nice apt in a wonderful neighborhood choose Camden!

Im currently in the market for an apartment on this side of town, and I took a visit to these apartments. Melissa the leasing agent was honestly the best! She was attentive and answered all my questions with such professionalism. I was shown a first floor 2 bedroom unit and I absolutely fell in love! Not only that she informed me of the festivities they throw for the tenants at the office which I’m so excited to take the kiddos to! This is exactly what I was looking for! I love the maintenance team here, they are friendly and so kind to me that speaks volumes! Making a maintenance request with the app is fast and easy and the wonderful thing is how quickly they answer your request. I’ve been here a few months now and only waited about a day to get my issue resolved. I greatly appreciate the maintenance team. Even when u walking outside they stop to greet you which is so kind to me. Thank you to everyone. I love these apartments nothing like I ever seen or lived in before.

I have lived at Camden Oak Crest for the past 2 years and I absolutely love it. The grounds are always immaculately landscaped. The maintenance team is amazing and super responsive. Mirna and Ashley both work in the leasing office and are always extremely pleasant and helpful. The complex is quiet and family/pet friendly. There are frequently activities going on or resident appreciation events. The only reason that I am moving is so that I can get a larger unit (townhome) This is the perfect place to call home!

Just moved in but I have been impressed by the hospitality alone. I had a few packages that were delivered to the office from Amazon and told myself I would get them later because they were heavier items. To my surprise, someone from the office delivered them to my front door by the end of the business day all without me asking. What service!Aside from that, the apartment was as beautiful in person as I’d seen online, great amenities, and clean grounds. I’m looking forward to my stay here :)

When Oak Crest First took over from Camden Oak it wasn’t a smooth delivery because they had to do lots of renovations and adjustment with the current residence, but right now in 2023…there have been a lot of improvements with this New Management, my stay here became more pleasant by the day…Ashley got great communication skills and so does the rest of the team. I would recommend Oak Crest any day to a friend or family…..if you see something you don’t like say something and they will take care of you. Will miss this place a great deal

Moving to a new area can be so stressful. But with the help of Cynthia everything turns out to be easy. She took all the stress off my shoulders. She was very helpful, very knowledgeable, and very clear about the requirements of the leasing process. Cynthia met us before arriving to Houston via zoom to understand our needs. She then scheduled a virtual tour to show us the available units. She offered another tour when we arrived to Houston. Cynthia is also a very quick responder, kind and thoughtful. She even left us a gift in the apartment after signing the contract. No doubt, Cynthia made my experience with Oak Crest so easy. I highly recommend her service.

I was not only impressed by the apartment and location, but also the professionalism of the staff as well. Needless to say I didn’t view any other apartments and submitted their application the same day. I’ve been living here for about 3 weeks now and can attest to the other positive reviews regarding the responsiveness, quietness, and conveniences of the location. So far so good; kudos to the management team and staff.

Many thanks for Such an easy and quick move in! .The facility ın the Oak Crest is beautiful and the customer service here is stellar. We worked with Mr. Nelson from beginning to end. Even though , this is the second time for us to rent an apartment here, he told us all about the property on our office visit with hem and he scheduled us in to view the property and to see the actual apartment taht we were interested to rent . Me and my wife love details, no detail was forgotten and he respected our price range as well as must haves (quiet, nice view, etc) and he did an excellent job in getting the application as well as the approval process go as fast as he can. Everyone ın the property has been so friendly and helpful. The apts are spacious and have very good quality appliances. So we are happy and appreciate the diligence and fast turn around. The property is nice, with an excellent location, safe place to live , with a lot of amenities including beautiful swimming pool, nice and well equipped gym , …etc. And we don’t forget to mention that the property has a very professional, and efficient maintenance technicians who provide quick and excellent service that we experienced during the first few days of our moving in to our new apartment . We are glad to be back home and we recommend the Oak Crest Apartments for people who like to have a nice ,quiet and safe place to live in.

We just moved into Camden Oak Crest about a month ago, and it has been the absolute beat experience ever!! Mirna was so helpful throughout the whole leasing process, move in experience, and after the move in! She made sure my move in went smooth. I was working the day I had to move get my keys, and they made it a stress-free experience for me. The community is absolutely beautiful so it was easy deciding to move here. Maintenance also made sure my apartment home was perfect! It was so clean and so gorgeous! Thank you everyone for making this such a great experience and for always asking how my daughter is doing when I come in. We appreciate you all so much!

I have lived here at Camden Oak Crest since late May, and I find it to be the best complex in the Westchase area. The maintenance staff are always very responsive and go above and beyond. Parking is never a problem, no matter the time I come home. One thing I was pleasantly surprised with is that all apartments come with a washer/dryer. Priscilla and Ashley at the front office are super nice and dont make you feel like a customer, but as a friend! I really cannot recommend this place enough! :)

In a city where safety is a prime concern (not to forget bugs, roaches etc), Camden Oak Crest provides a safe, secure, serene, peaceful and well maintained environment. Just moved from a different state, explored over 20 communities and finally zeroed in on Oak Crest for peace of mind. Location is perfect with several shopping stores at a walking distance. Ashley was fantastic as my leasing consultant walking me through n number of questions I had before I finally signed the lease. A star taken off because the property mandates to take add on technology packages along with the lease, but if your requirements are indeed getting a cable, then its a 5+ star community!!- reviews based on pre-move in..Post move out: The community definitely deserves no less than 5 stars, so filling the missing star. Leasing office team and maintenance crew are very helpful and prompt. Maintenance issues are mostly handled within a day. And the community is not a loot unlike many others who charge an exorbitant amount after you move out. My stay was a pleasant one without any untoward incident. They host community events occasionally which is a nice for residents to commingle.

Mirna and Nicole have been absolutely amazing. From every email to any phone calls they were very responsive and answered all my questions immediately. My moving process was very smooth and probably has been one of the best moving experiences I’ve ever had. They provided me a beautiful welcome basket that came with Home essentials. My second day here I need assistance with maintenance and I put in a request online the next morning Will, the maintenance man, came right in and handle the problem and was done within a matter of minutes. ALSO, they keep the property very up-to-date and clean and also offer several amenities including a full-size gym and community center. This is a great living environment.

We stayed in the former Camden, now Oak Crest, for 12 years and enjoyed this beautiful community immensely with the palm trees, which when I took pics by the pool and sent them to my family back home, they thought we were on a tropical island!Has all the perks, gorgeous swimming pool, full service gym. Plenty outdoor space to power walk too!Unfortunately, during covid, some unsavory characters moved in and took away from the beauty. Got better after but was just time for us to move on.

The property is beautiful, the grounds are well taken care of. I loved there 24/7 gym it had everything I need for working out. Camden Oak Crest is definitely at the top of my list!

Recently went to visit this property. I was surprised at how welcoming the staff were. The apartments are nice inside and outside. The grounds and landscaping are really nice. I love that there is a 24/7 fitness center. I can cancel my gym membership. The pool is beautiful. I will hopefully be moving there soon. I would recommend this property to anyone in the west chase area! Visit Mirna. Very friendly and nice. Amazing person!

I love the Camden Oak Crest Apartments! I have lived in many other apartments in my time here in Houston, and this is my favorite! They have great staff that is very friendly, and knows how to help you to your needs. The front office staff loves to get to know you and will want to help in any way they can. The gym is very well kept. It is clean and has most everything one would need to have a side workout in the morning or the evenings. They have an office with two monitors that you can do work on. There is also a printer for anyone who needs one. Great job Camden!

Ive had an awesome living experience here! I moved in August and couldnt be happier. The rooms are spacious, the appliances are up-to-date, the complex and gym are kept clean, the staff are friendly and accommodating and the maintenance team is dependable and promptly responds to requests. My oven stopped working while I was cooking one night at 6:30pm and I was so relieved when Mirna picked up the phone. She notified maintenance and they came to replace my oven right then and there! I was back cooking at 7:30pm. Truly impressed with the management. I definitely recommend Camden Oak Crest Apartments :)

Camden Oak Crest is a serene environment, kept clean and well maintained at all times. There are always workmen silently working on the premises to ensure that awesome ambience of the environment is maintained. I had over 520lbs of packages sent to my apartment in my absence and Camden ensured that they were all safely put in my apartment without any one missing or damaged. The best part of staying at Camden Oak Crest is that the staff are super friendly and helpful and just make you feel at home while going the extra mile to ensure that all issues concerning your apartment or stay are resolved. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone thats looking for a serene and clean environment to live in either short or long term. There is a hospital and super store all within 5 minutes from Camden Oak Crest

Johnson and family here! Ive lived in nothing but Camden apartments since moving to Houston about 12 years ago and Camden Oak Crest is the best one yet! The community is wonderful. Quiet and very well up-kept. The staff are phenomenal. You walk into the front office and feel welcomed instantly. Theyre always so joyful and definitely eager to help you with whatever you may need. I love the consistency this complex has in community involvement. Theres always some event for the community for ALL ages. My kids love it here! Anytime I have an issue within our apartment, though very rare, the maintenance crew is on it! Theyre very friendly as well. The amenities are to die for! Oh my goodness, the pool? AMAZING. The gym? AMAZING. Everything is AMAZING here. My family and I will stay here for as long as we can! My overall rating is a 10+. Definitely a great place to stay.

Ive been living here for over a year now and it has been a great experience. I feel very safe and the grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The staff in the leasing office and the maintenance staff are all very friendly. The gym is fully stocked but comfortable with a view of the gorgeous pool. I especially love the regular community activities which includes Thursday happy hours, holiday parties, and fitness classes. Highly recommend!

The maintenance and leasing staff respond quickly to our request. I love the gym, and all of the greenery. A heated pool would be nice, but otherwise, its beautiful. My daughter and i hope to live here for many years. I recommend this place to all of my family and friends. They have a warm smile every time i come in the office. My experience with the Camden oak Crest location has been anything less then superb. The entire staff are some of the nicest and most helpful people I have encountered. The property is very clean, quite, and Ive encountered 0 problems with parking. I also love how everything is very convenient; maintenance staff are on 24 hour call, office are open on the weekends at residences and future residences convenience. Computer lab and workout gym are also 24 hours. I highly recommend that the Camden oak Crest location be a must visit if your looking for a new home. 10 stars from me.

I like to stay here because, from the beginning it was well received and met, my accommodation was also very good. the apartments are in perfect condition and I enjoyed as I found the house will be a good place to stay while Im here in Houston. The service company of Camden works very well, something was received that I help for my adaptation here, they provide an excellent service and are attentive and are attentive to my worries. Great place to live! The office ladies are really nice and helpful. I really enjoy working out in the fitness center, they have great equipment. The pool is nice and clean. The grounds is well maintained. Hector is really nice and very attentive. My work orders get completed right away. I really enjoy my apartment is quiet and close to everything. I was very worried because I moved here from Atlanta. The property is BEAUTIFUL, and very well kept. Also, the neighborhood is West Chase and very accessible to all of my needs. Absolutely love Camden Oak Crest Apartments! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a luxurious place that still makes you feel at home. Mirna and Ashley are wonderful. Any concerns we have, they acknowledge and handle them with no problem. I was honestly shocked at how respectful the other residents are. In my hometown it’s the complete opposite. There was a medium sized pool party today. Normally, that would be a huge issue for me, but Mirna assured me that they wouldn’t be too loud, and the party would be over with before sundown. She kept her word! They cleaned up after themselves, which is rare these days. Very respectful. 10/10!

Initial Review as of 11/25/20:Actual Unit: We love our new apartment home and have lived here for about a month. Its a bit more of a traditional type of home, not as modern or newly renovated like other competitors, but the cabinets & countertops are well-made & of good quality. The complex is very clean & most importantly, theres an in-unit washer & dryer! There are a few cosmetic problems due to a previous water leak of some sort. It is visible & can definitely be felt when walking on the hardwood floors, but its probably from a previous repair job, we just hope it wont be a problem in the near future since Houston does tend to flood a lot.Leasing Experience: Nicole was our leasing agent and she was very quick and responsive. We didnt get a chance to tour the unit before leasing it out, but Nicole went above and beyond by recording a video tour of our actual unit. On move-in day, we showed up a little before closing, but Mirna and Terrence made us feel very welcome. We really appreciate everyones efforts and were really glad we chose to make Camden Oak Crest our home.

Since moving to Houston, Texas in 2014, Camden Oak Crest has been the best living situation Ive ever had in my life. After finishing my month 15 months lease with my roommate, I decided to stay another 15 months in own apartment. With me not able to drive, Camden Oak Crest is the perfect location for me with many stores, restaurants, and 10 minutes away from my job that I can see myself living here after my lease is up again. The best community that I have stayed with of all my travels to USA. I say this because you get best service during the stay be it front office or any other services. The staff are so courteous and friendly which is hard to describe in words. I shall quote an example of their courteousness two years after my stay in this community. Mail from IRS was send to this community address. I did not even called them, with just an email follow up, I got a positive response and I was assured that they would keep me posted once they have the letter. Internally they had to approach the current tenant of the apartment, shared my details and requested on my behalf to handover the letter in front office. I got a prompt response from office regarding my letter and my friend will be picking this letter soon. Really, like the way of helping a person in need in such current situation the entire world is going through. Thanks once again for all the people involved and special thanks to Mirna Mayorga, the Assistant manager of Camden with whom I started my initial email conversations. Camden has been nothing but bliss since I moved to Texas. The staff is wonderful, they remember who you are, they acknowledged you when you walk in and take care of you. They take care of you so much that apparently today is resident appreciation day, and these ladies were up at 630 am making everyone’s day just a little brighter. I’ve read other reviews about Myrna and other staff members and it’s simply not true that they do not provide a sense of community, great customer service and a welcoming home atmosphere. They take great pride in making sure you are happy. For that lady who got evicted and had her stuff placed outside that posted that horrible review; let me tell you, they DO explain everything to you and why they have to place your items outside, sorry if you cannot be bothered to read your emails or answer their calls or maybe you should have read your lease agreement before you signed and could have avoided the whole situation. Taking it out on people that are doing their job and worse writing a review about them because you cannot communicate properly is very low. Camden has an online (Facebook type) for their community where they send you messages about maintenance, services, notifications of when your maintenance is done, lease information and people in the community can also post if they want to sell something or if anyone knows of a good babysitter or a great Mexican retc, I don’t know how much more communication they can provide. They literally notify you for everything that goes on inside the community and DM your personal updates. I posted today’s Resident Appreciation, they were out handing us ice cream, ICE CREAM! To the ladies in the office and the friendly maintenance guys I want to thank you, keep up the great work and for making this community my home

I chose this apartment complex because the reviews were good and the area seemed decent. I have been pleasantly surprised at how responsive and professional the office is during both normal hours and emergency conditions. They communicate any issues to the whole community so youre prepared and dont feel blind sided by anything happening on the complex. The area has multiple grocery stores located close by and is convenient and quiet over all.

I have been living at Camden Oak Crest for 2 years and I love it. I love Camden in general and prior to this I lived in Camden Stonebridge down the street for 6 years. All of the leasing ladies are very nice and helpful. The maintenance guys are amazing too!!! If you need something repaired it is completed right away. We don’t have any pest problems over here but one evening I had a random huge bug in my apartment and I called the emergency line because I was scared. At like 8 pm Daniel from maintenance came and got the bug for me. LOL. He lives on campus but was sooooo off duty so I really appreciated that. The apartments are nice, clean, updated and they really take care of the property grounds with pretty plants and flowers. The apartments are a little bit more expensive than other places but it’s definitely worth the peace of mind. I will be living in a Camden property until I get married and purchase a home in a few years.

My husband and I moved in about a month ago and we have been very pleased with the apartment, amenities and the amazing staffs! When we first picked this particular location, we thought we were going to be pretty far from friends and places that we used to go. Truth is, it just takes a little getting used to to find that this location is pretty good. Its not far from the hustle bustle of the city, and you get to come back to a quiet environment.We moved into a unit pending stainless steel appliances but the management quickly arranged for the vendor to come and replace them. It was done in a jiffy! We are overall very happy with what we have decided on and hopefully well get to meet some of the neighbors soon, (happy hour, maybe?).A review can only help so much. Come and see it for yourself!

I usually use Yelp to get information about a business I want to patronize, this time I felt the need to share.Its only been about a month but I feel Camden Oak Crest is currently the best value with a great location in West Houston. After researching and visiting over 25 properties (including five Camden properties) I narrowed my list down to 3 properties. (Two were Camden-Holly Springs & Oak Crest). While Camden Holly Springs was a larger property with a nicer pool and health club (gym) I was able to get a one bedroom for $300 less at Camden Oak Crest compared to the townhouse at Holly Springs. Yes, the townhouse is larger with an attached garage but what would you do with an extra $300 a month?I really liked the Camden Living website where I could search real time apartment rates/move-in dates online. This is a more efficient use of time and once I selected my apartment the application, lease, and rent could be completed online as well. You will need to pay the deposit when you move in by cashier’s check or money order.The Staff: Very friendly and will follow up quickly with any question or problem you may, mostly via email. The management could be a little more proactive in communicating with residences on upcoming projects and events. The property is well maintained and they are currently painting the outside of the apartments which requires you to remove any furniture from your patio. Signs were posted on the building that it was going to be repainted, but seemed to miss the dates and times. Camden Oak Crest has a community blog were staff and residence can communicate with each other. This is great tool to get information out quickly that is just a little underutilized. All minor issues that can be addressed as the Manager has an “open door” policy with the residence and welcomes feedback.Move in: The apartment was very clean with very minor issues to report to management. We received a nice note from our leasing agent with some Camden pens and tissue. The note was handwritten and told us to stop by the office if we needed any bottled water. I would have been more impressed if there was a note in the refrigerator with some bottled water, no big deal, unfortunately we were too busy moving to stop by the office. The property has security gates which are opened by a key fob by a swiping a panel as you drive into the property. We started moving in after the office closed on Saturday and our key fob didn’t work so we waited for someone else to open the gate. Make sure you have the staff check to see if your key fob works, ours had to be reprogramed twice. Also, they will provide you with an electrostatic Camden resident window sticker for your car. This is used to identify your vehicle and give you access to parking near your apartment, visitors can park in marked areas.Community/Amenities: Neighbors were friendly and offered to help, while we didn’t accept as we are pretty self-sufficient, it was a nice first impression. Work has kept me pretty busy but the pool is always clean and closed on Monday’s and the “Health Club” provides free small towels for you to use. Trash is picked up by a valet which an addition monthly fee (currently $25 per month) and you have access to a secure outside bin that has a compactor. There is one amenity which I feel desperately needs to be improved, the “expanded” cable TV service which is a reoccurring monthly fee. (Currently $33 per month) provided by Phonoscope Cable. Their customer service is not the best and they admitted internet connection speeds to our community are very slow. Every other Camden property I visited had Comcast/Xfinity service which only cost $17 more a month with better channels line up and internet speed. Before moving I was able to reduce my bill by $33 per month and they increased my channels and internet speed.Overall: If you are looking for apartment community that has a lot of amenities with a helpful staff in a convenient location, add it to your list of apartments to check out. I’m glad that I did.

I moved in last September and Ive been very happy staying here! The pool is beautiful and the gym is 24 hours so I didnt need my gym membership anymore. My move in process was very fast and easy and the staff did everything they could to accommodate me while I was at work.

It is the best apartment complex that I lived since I came to Houston, unfortunately I had to move, and I regret; I miss Camden :(The apartments and the furniture are wornderful.Your family is going to be secured and safe, no roaches problems unless that you dont do dishes, no shooting problems ( police is always there).I advice anyone to move to Camden OCA, because if you dont, you will regret.Talk to Priscilla and Mirna, they will make your life easier and better ;)

Lived here for two & a half years. Helped originally by Mirna. This complex is beautifully well kept and serene. Located in a good area where you’re close to everything. Close access to Beltway 8, West Park tollway, I10, & hw 6. Maintenance issues have always gotten resolved efficiently and effectively within 24 hrs. The pool is open year round and kept clean. Any security issue is always immediately notified to residents. They offer a technology package where you are forced to have Xfinity wifi and cable integrated into your rent payment, about $90 but even then it’s a decent deal for the value. Parking is not an issue here. Units have a nice layout. Only complain is the market rates going up. Renewal price was at $1300 for a 811 sq in Westchase is a bit expensive as i started my lease $300 lower than that. Found a unit in West University for the equivalent price and 135 sq larger with granite countertops and newer appliances. Sad to leave this nice complex but you have to at least get you’re money’s worth. Even then, this is probably the best apartment complex in this area as well as one of the best Camden properties in general.

I have been resident of this apartmetns for more than a year and I must say it was a pleasure staying here. Its an Utopia in regards to almost all factors. All utility places(Grocery, Gas, Pharmacy, Doctor, School) are stones throw distance. Management is extremely well and very responsive. Property manager Koti is very understanding and extend all her efforts to help. They have routine events with residents every now and then and now we have portal specific to this apartment. They recently installed Dozens of CCTV cameras along the peripheral of community to make it more secure. I am very happy to be the resident of this apartment.

The management staff are very accommodating and quick to address any needs or concerns as they arise. It is a quiet and comfortable community. I like having the bulk service of the internet and cable with Xfinity. It’s a great service and great price! Can’t beat the price. At my previous place I was paying $100.00 just for internet service so I’m really happy with my service. We love having a garage, the upgrades are beautiful, and we feel that moving here was the best decision we could have made!

Candem Oak Crest is a wonderful place to stay, the staff and leasing agents there was extremely greatful and kind from the time i walked through the door.Pricilla Moreno my Leasing agent was awsome getting the right apartment i wanted and helping my move go smoothly. The community is extremely beautiful, year round pool and 24 hours gym. The management here is great espescially Mirna Mayorga helping me with evey issure that i have , they are there for you whenever you need help.
